Their estimates are OVER THE TOP high. Their estimates are so high- she said it costs more than the value of my car. She gave me numbers to junk yards. So if I didn t get a second opinion on my 2011 car- my car would be in a junkyard. They also claim you need things- when you don t. For example - I went in after I had an accident to get an estimate. And my seat belt had fallen off the part that connects it to the car. So I wanted to see how much to fix it plus the body damage from the accident. She claimed the seat belt was all locked up and I would need a new sensor because it attaches to the airbags. Went over to DC Collision to get another estimate- - it s not locked up. You don t need that . And their estimate- more than half the price. So we will definitely be using DC Collision instead. Here s pictures of the accident damage- only a bumper, a light and the fender needed to be replaced. There was zero mechanical damage. B and D s estimate was $7400!!!

Absolutely phenomenal service. From start to finish, they handle my fender bender. An insurance claim I didn t have any worries at all. I got the car back looks better than when I brought it in well, obviously, it looks better than when I brought it in. However, it looks better than it did even before the accident. I wish I could give this place more stars I would.

Would recommend! I got into an accident (the deer hit me) and had to get it repaired. I only did the fender and the light as the bumper had only some minor dings in it. Very good pricing as well! I went somewhere else beforehand as they were a closer to me and they quoted me $400 dollars more than as this establishment. The lines on the car where the fender meets the hood and door are straight and the paint matches perfectly. They also gave my car a cleaning inside and out which was much appreciated! Would use again! (but I hope not lol)Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Repair QualityThey replaced my front bumper. In about 24 hours. I go to pick it up where the bumper connects to the car by both headlights was a big seam. They did no prep. They also left paint runs on the inside of the bumper where the wheel is. They said they will fix it. Ok they called 24hrs later it was much better though they still missed a spot on the part that faces a wheel they used touch up paint. There was also a tiny ping in my drivers door i asked them to touch up. Well they touched it up 1 MM next to it and it looks like dripped paint. I am so unhappy. I never like to leave bad reviews but this place awful. Now i have to pay someone to remove the run of paint on my door. I think they should pay for it to be fixed. They also got paint on the bumper grill and there is a defect on the grillServices: Painting, Body & Trim

I wish I could give them 0 stars my experience was so terrible.stay away from these clowns at all cost .they took my wife's car in for an accident appraisal didn't check the car in for 2 days ,they tried to only diagnose the cosmetic damage and act like the very clear mechanical issues were non existent so they could get the job. after all of that they finally let insurance no they were not capable of diagnosing what the issue was in the front end. Then they proceeded to hold my car pending payment from a national insurance company that they work with and the company that is handling my claim .that was the last straw for me I will literally never in my life do any business with this shop again and I'm telling anyone that I no to stay far away from these scam artists.

I had to get my bumper repaired. My insurance Co. referred B&B so I went there. The people are friendly,honest,reliable,professional and my car was impeccable when I picked it up. I would recommend this business if you ever need your car repaired.

Excellent service! Everyone I spoke to was very friendly. My car was fixed quickly and it looks great. I hope I don't need such extensive work again, but the two times I've needed work, B & B has gone above and beyond. I highly recommend their services.

B&B is awesome and Amazing! I have had wonderful service from B&B three times in total! Twice recently in the last few months. They are wonderful and professional. Absolutely wonderful people! Both of my recent visits were during the Corona Virus Pandemic. It has been bit chaotic for everyone! The staff at B&B made everything much easier. Their work on my SUV was excellent! Done in a timely fashion. Professional and Efficient. Personable, Kind and Great! They helped me with my rental car in Wappingers at Enterprise. Any questions I had they were a big help. For which I am so grateful! The work both times is great! I highly recommend them! Go to them you will be so glad you did! Thank you everyone at B&B.

Had my car fixed there when I was a teenager. They did a great job! Had recently got into another fender bender. Took it to them because I wanted it fixed right. Got the car back in a quick time and looked like new! They even went the extra and fixed something else I asked. Top notch place. Definitely would go back. Thank you!!

Normally I do not write reviews but needed to after my experience. They were professional but what stood out was I was pleasantly surprised that my car was cleaned both inside and outside and I only got a headlight casing fixed, it's the small things like this that make your experience feel they went over and beyond. Had a whole cupholder of change and it was missing, thought wow really? but all the change was placed where the rest of my coins where and the cupholder cleaned spotless. To me this service demonstrates they treat your car like its their own and its these small services that differentiate themselves from others.Service: Body & Trim

Just showed up for an estimate and they did it. Very good shop. I used them in the past and they took care of my daughters car. It was a total loss and we thought we'd only get X from the insurance company. But B & B worked with us to get credits for new parts and money put into the car that would have been lost. They keep a clean and orderly shop and the people are always friendly.

Brought in my Subaru Crosstrek after a parking lot hit and run. They were recommended to me by Mid Hudson Subaru. Quick free estimate on a new rear bumper and pad. They worked seamlessly with State Farm and I basically had to do nothing. About a 3 week wait to get the car in but it was well worth the wait. The car was done on time, (basically) at the exact quoted price and looks the best it's ever looked. Thank you for cleaning the inside too! This is a family operation and I highly recommend them. I have used this shop many times for repairs on several of my vehicles. They always do excellent work and are very professional to deal with. My entire family uses them as well and we have all been extremely satisfied with the results. They are an honest family run business that does quality work.

B & B stands for Bamboozle & Brash. I have had previous work done there in the past and it was excellent. A combination of about 15 thousand dollars between two accidents. I have a new problem where a branch fell on my car and left 2 medium sized dents on the hood. I went in asking for an out of pocket estimate and was very rudely cut-off mid sentence and denied. The woman, who has been at the front desk since my first experience there said something to the effect of you will get what I give you. She looked at my hood for all of 15 seconds and said the whole thing was flattened and pancaked which was a total absurdity and lie. Everyone who sees it says its not too bad don't worry about it.I tried to make polite conversation and saw the Clove Creek Dinner Theatre flyer and said that I love that place, and she said her Mother owns it. Besides that she acted like I was the plague and was very crabby, as is her Mother. Then she hands me a whopping 1,800 dollar and change estimate saying I needed a whole new hood. I have a giant Grand Marquis made with solid steel.She knew when she handed it to me there was no way on earth I was having the work done there. You could see it in her eyes and smirk she gave me when she handed me the estimate. I implore everyone to not go there. They seemed like they were desperate or trying to line their pockets with some holiday cash, they aren't getting any from me that's for sure.I am currently researching different methods of fixing dents online and You Tube. There are many different ways an average person can do this using a heating source such as a hair dryer, and very cold water. This combination helps the area expand and contract which may in itself make that dent flat again. Plungers can also be used. Keep the money in your pockets and your insurance costs down. Take it from me B & B Auto Specialists will never give you a quick fix or solve. Can I give a 0 star review? I will soon find out. Nope, I had to give 1 star, oh well.

This Auto shop is by far the best one I have ever been too. They were fast on the repairs and they went above and beyond by cleaning the inside and outside of my car!!! I would recommend this shop to everyone!!
