Excellent and thorough shopping experience. Salesperson really took his time to go over all options with us and prices are very competitive. You will get the same prices as a big box store, but they will be sure all items are in perfect shape before delivering. Haul away was free. Delivery was on time and they really took their time. Refrigerator door alignment was off, but we were able to fix it afterwards. Everything else was perfect. This was our first purchase, but we will be back for all future appliance purchases. Lovely and stress free experience.

I was very happy with the sales office and installation of my GE microwave. The process was simple buying it in person as a walk-in and I received immediate service and bought exactly what I was looking for. The order came in on time and the delivery was seamless. Alejandro and his helper were great and I used the new microwave last night and it's great. Thanks for the wonderful experience, I have already referred you to three friends!

Alex at Automatic Appliance was very knowledgeable and helpful. He helped me to choose the perfect refrigerator for me just through a phone call. The delivery was efficient and seamless. Alejandro and Cameron did a great job. Will definitely shop there again.

Recommended by a friend who only buys appliances at Automatic Appliance over many years. I shopped at Home Depot and Loews and knew what I wanted when I went there. They were friendly, knowledgeable and efficient, answered all our questions and the price was comparable to the other stores. We bought the dishwasher we wanted, they called within a few days and we had it installed within the week. I highly recommend Automatic Appliance. It's so nice to have good service, good prices and capable installation.

Five stars for Alex and the team, Matt and Recco at Automatic Appliance. No high pressure sales talk. Knowledgeable. Courteous. Helpful. Five stars for Dennis, the warehouse manager, and the installation team, Alejandro and Carmen. Dennis called to say when the installation would be done. Alejandro and Carmen showed up as planned. Efficient and clean installation. I highly recommend Automatic Appliance.

We needed a new washer dryer set and started checking local stores for availability. Home Depot and Lowe s had little to no selection and it would be weeks before we could get anything we wanted. Then we came across Automatic Appliance and saw all the great reviews so we decided to check them out. We went to the showroom and the Manager Brandon who was very friendly and was able to answer all of our questions was able to get us a much better set for way less than the other stores and we would have them in 3 days! The delivery guys were great and had everything up and running very quickly! I would absolutely recommend these guys, they were awesome and we will definitely be buying from them again very soon!

Great experience! Replacement of washer and dryer. So glad I didn't use a big box store. They helped me select the appropriate unit, provided delivery, installation and haul away of the old unit. Installer was friendly and accommodating to work with. Thanks!

Automatic Appliance offered us many choicesand options, explaining each advantage and cost . Their price is competitive. They asked all the right questions about access and delivery, including follow up questions after we got home from visiting them. We received our new refrigerator 6 days after visiting them. Their delivery team was professional and dealt willingly and quickly with the challenges of the delivery (2 flights of stairs and one narrow door).

It s a pleasure to shop locally where you have the complete attention of the associate.All my questions were answered and great help in choosing a new range and micro.Delivery was also terrific. They arrived on time, took care to install both appliances. They checked that everything was working properly and even had advice on cleaning stainless steel.From the store to delivery, all the associates were pleasant and helpful!

I went to Automatic Appliance because I wanted to buy local. I was not sure how competitive they would be but there prices were exactly the same as big box store, even on advertised sale items! Was very pleased with the professionalism of the staff, the personalization of their service and the knowledge of the sales people. I would recommend them to anyone.

It was quick and easy to make my purchase (I went in knowing what I wanted, and they helped me to find the best thing). They made sure the range was in good shape before delivering it. The delivery guys were on time, tidy, thorough, and made sure I knew how to work everything before they left.

I had a sudden need for an appliance. The store helped me decide between models, worked with me on fast delivery and gave me a fair price. To top it off the delivery team actually showed up when promised. They were beyond friendly and accommodating. Why would I go anywhere else for my appliance needs?

Once again, from sales to delivery and installation, Automatic Appliance demonstrated their commitment to excellent customer service. This is the third time in approximately 5-7 years I have purchased a major appliance from them and they have not let me down. The two men who delivered and installed the appliance were very pleasant, courteous and respectful the whole time they were here.Thank you again, Automatic Appliance, for being a company where customer service is the number one priority.

Amazing company. From the customer service to the delivery. I highly recommend this company. They responded to my price quote within minutes. They made the purchase easy and smooth. I thoroughly recommend Automatic Appliance for all your appliance needs after my recent experience with ordering a refrigerator from them. The salesman Matt couldn't be nicer and the delivery man Alejandro and his assistant were very friendly and professional and took the time to make sure the refrigerator was situated correctly and running properly before leaving.

They were very helpful when I went in looking for appliances. Showed me the options, explained the difference, priced it all out and they were very reasonable. Only issue I had was I asked them to call my dad for set up because I'd be at work and they still called me. My husband was the one there for installation and they didn't call him when they were on the way like I was told they would. Other than that, everything was great. Highly recommend!

Our dryer broke on a Sunday, Monday was a holiday, and Automatic Appliance still managed to deliver and install a new dryer for us by Thursday! Their website also helped us find the best dryer for us, their text service was great, and the purchase was super easy. Glad to be able to buy local instead of from a big box store. I definitely recommend them and will shop there in the future.
