Broke down late Easter night.. thought I was gonna have to sleep in the car till morning and freeze.. nope.. they had men working. Picked me up under a half hour and dealt with the insurance company (geico).. Dominic had the tow truck nice and warm.. had me home before you know.. thanks guys

My son and I got into a wreck on January 16, I'm grateful for the help from this towing service, however, bc I was in a vulnerable position, this company besides taking my vehicle without my permission (as it was totaled) also took some of my personal belongings from my car. It also seems as though they literally rolled some of my items in the mud as it was wet from the snow bc when I look thru my stuff that they did give me, I had to discard them!!! They were supposed to wait on me to get my approval as to whether or not they could take my car and bring them my title, however, they took it upon themselves to remove my vehicle from the lot without my permission and wasn't even going to return my items unless I asked for them!!! I was vulnerable, and they took advantage of me!! They returned 75% of my personal belongings and took 25% along with my vehicle!! But it's okay bc what? That's right! "Whatever a man is sowing, this he will also reap"!! Translation: what goes around comes around!! They are going to wind up losing more than what they took from me!! Thank you for helping my son and I from the accident, but you did not have to take my personal belongings!!

Broke down at 9pm on a rainy Sunday night. Called Prestige to come tow me. They were there in less than 30 minutes. The driver was Jaime was very friendly and helpful. Had to have my truck fix at their shop. The service manager Joe was extremely helpful and friendly. I was surprised how reasonable the final price was. I did not get taken advantage of at all. Overall Prestige was great! Would highly recommend!Service: Car towing

I had just moved and I've been very stressed and I accidentally left my keys in my vehicle. I "called up prestige. Immediately came to my rescue. They were professional kind and I am so grateful. They are very nice to deal with. The driver of the tow truck was very friendly and towed me to the shop. Since it was closing time I had to stay at the local hotel. They provided me with a ride to the hotel. Hopefully, they will be able to repair my car in the morning.
