Big shout out to The folks over at Prestige I was stuck in a ditch hung up on the road with a box truck out in the boonies and Jake came to the rescue within 5 mins I was out and able to continue my deliveries.Definitely a great team professional from dispatch to recovery highly recommend.Thanks for everything.

I wrecked my car called them and they were there within 20 minutes to pick up the vehicle and they're going to be doing the work on it so I'll keep you posted on how that works out

I wish I could give them 10 stars! They were an absolute lifesaver for us yesterday when my daughter got a flat tire on her way back to college. She was 4 hours away from us and 2 hours away from her school, we had no idea who to call. We tried working with the roadside service provided by our insurance company, but they completely misled us, so we Googled places based on her location and called Prestige. Shane was amazing! Not only did they go and pick her and her car up, but they located a tire to fit her car from another location and brought my daughter, her car and the tire back to their place. They took such great care of her and had her back on the road within an hour and a half. As parents, we are so grateful that she was in good hands and safe! Their towing and repair cost were very, very reasonable. It s so great to know that there are still good people and honest companies out there in this world. Thank you, Prestige!!!

UPDATE BELOW THIS**: Make sure you're a local to deal with this place!!They overcharged me after telling me one price on the phone. They are disputing my bank over it - **name spelled wrong and price way over. Have yet to send my ID BACK TO ME almost 3 **(this was about 3 months ago)** weeks later. Pretty sure that's against the law....or they should pay for the replacement. **Verbal agreements are also legally binding. **UPDATE: Is it ethical that they lied about the price verbally and took advantage of a stressed out, not local, traveler. That never sent me my license back that they claim they handed it to me with my bank card with a full letter size page receipt on top (which had a tiny receipt photo copied in the corner) hence the price overlooked (real cute). Oddly, I got the paper folded up and put away, and my card back in its paper holder, and THEN inside my wallet. I was so distraught to think that I didn't also put my license in there. When I called after realizing at a gas station, they asked me (an hour drive away) if I wanted to pick it up. They immediately knew who I was and told me I left my ID there before I could ask. Then why didn't you call me? Or come out while you pulled my brand new car out from behind two tow trucks, so I couldn't even see it or what, steal it?? I was there for over 30 mins. I had a puppy to take of, so I asked if they could mail it, "Sure, no problem," now I'm currently ordering a new license. Because it's been 3 months, and they won't answer my area code #. If they tow you, record the conversation over the phone. And take pics of times and places while traveling, always, I guess phone records and cameras don't count unless you take them to court. Btw if you were wondering, "It's a safe place to hitch hike," as well.

From one tow company to another, excellent service and more then fair pricing. Sometimes a tow truck needs a tow truck and prestige came out and did their thing.

We use them for our fleet of ambulances. Hands down the best. They always get us in, even on short notice and have our vehicles out asap. Hands down the best there is.

BEST TOWING COMPANY HANDS DOWN!! I used the today for a heavy box truck that was stuck at a pretty complicated space. The two guys on the truck made it look easy in five minutes! Fair price too!!

On Saturday 1/16/23, I called AAA due to a flat tire on my Tesla. The roadside service offered by Tesla could not help me in Sullivan County NY. Mike from Prestige Towing and Recovery in Harris, NY promptly came to the rescue and spotted a nail in my tire. After trying unsuccessfully to plug the tire in bitter cold weather, he carefully guided me to drive the car onto the flatbed to avoid any damage. Once at the shop, Mike and several other technicians took off the tire, plugged it, and topped off all my tires to the correct PSI setting. They could not have been more helpful and they answered all my questions about my specialty tires. My car does not have a spare tire or donut. This was a Saturday afternoon, when my usual tire center was closed. I don't know what I would have done without Prestige and the great young men who work there!Services: Special vehicle towing, Car towing

After dealing with a fly by night towing company. I called Geico to say I wanted a real towing company to pick up my truck. In 15mins tow truck was there and and on his way. Great company. They know what they are doing.

Had progressive emergency roadside waited 6 hours before they called me and said I'd have to pay for out of network towing for 275. Call prestige they came within 45 minutes and it was only 150.Highly recommend themService: Car towingService: Car towing

The staff is so kind and professional start to finish ,they kept me informed and helped me navigate the insurance process. It was a pleasure doing business with them ,I highly recommend. Also they did a bueatiful job on my car,you can not even tell it has been in an accident.

Prestige is A+++ in service and what they do. Because of that, that is why I've used them for years and no one else. Legal added their way to accommodate and make sureThe job is done right and that we are always satisfied and happy. Carroll has always usually been my point of contact and she is just absolutely amazing and a wonderful person to deal with. Had my ford f350 dually towed today 5/1/22. The man who towed it was great and very quick. The problem is the price. It was towed about 12 miles and I was charge $175.00 for it. I have had a vehicle of similar size towed from hancock, NY to my home an hour away and it was the same price. Came very fast, did a good job, was quoted $55.00 over the phone and when I went to pay him he told me $65.00. All I had were 20s ($80.00) so I asked him to just give me back 10 and he said he had no change. So,needless to say I had to give him $80.00 and he took the rest as a tip. Kinda fishy but I wasn't in the mood to argue!

The driver was very polite. Came quickly to pick us up and get us home. I was a little nervous about riding in our vehicle on the back of the tow truck, but we made it, for our two hr journey home.

I was involved in a motorcycle accident Prestige was on the scene towed my bike collected all my belongings bagged them made sure I got them bike was pretty beat up but yet they still stored it indoors which I didn t expect thx for that !!Sean , Debbie the driver and the entire staff were nothing less than true professionals !!!5 stars you guys treated my bike and me like I was family amongst everything else you guys have going on Services: Motorcycle towing, Special vehicle towing

Sean was very help full ..man of his word he sent us help quickly in freezing temp to get my family and into shelter while he was able to get us a tow for 100 miles and the driver was well experienced and handled my vehicle with respect....THANK YOU GUYS FOR ALL YOUR HELP.Service: Car towing

They deserve more then 5 star!!What a great outfit came out and helped one of our flatbeds.Driver though his radiator was leaking they came out and filled coolant and just tightened the radiator cap and told him he will be fine.

Flat tire at Exit 103 on 17 and couldn't get lug nut off of truck tire. Called Prestige and they were there is 15 minutes. Quickly changed my tire for me. Allowed me to follow them back to the shop (on my way), pay with a card, use the restroom and added air to my tire. Great service. I would definitely use again in an emergency.

Chevy set up a tow with Prestige at 6:00 pm. Was advised of an ETA of 7:15-7:30. Got a text update at 7:07 stating the truck was still on time to arrive at ETA. At 7:40, no truck. I called the tow company, man answers and says they are 15 minutes out. Okay, I'll wait. (Should be there by 7:55). It's 8:05, no truck. I call, no answer. I call again, no answer. I send a text, no answer. It's now 8:25. I call again, rings once, get sent to voicemail. Can't leave a voicemail because it's full. I call about 15 times in a row, keep getting sent to voicemail. It's now 8:35. Call Chevy, Chevy apologizes and calls the tow company, NO ANSWER. Big surprise. Chevy cancelled the tow and sent Sun City towing with an ETA of 9:43 - 9:58. Sun City towing shows up at 9:45. THANK YOU SUN CITY TOWING. Prestige towing NEVER showed up and NEVER called me. DO NOT USE, they are ridiculous. I had to sit in a parking lot for FOUR hours because Prestige could not even give me a courtesy call.

When my car unexpectedly broke down I was towed to Prestige. I will say that the staff was 100% amazing. Ryan and staff I want to thank you for helping put my car on lift to take home. Your concern was for my car and me, very very personable, you don't get that everywhere definitely truly blessed with a great place.

I called Prestige at 11:30 this morning My truck won't start. The dispatcher told me someone would be there in an hour. I called back at 2 and they were running behind and someone would be there soon. 3 o'clock came and still nobody. I called Dispatch and she put me on hold for 16 minutes. When >I finally got to talk to amechanic he said it was too much work and to call someone else. Not a good way to run a business wish I could give o stars people are rude and lie

Great service on Easter weekend when my son broke down on 17 in the Town of Thompson and he towed him back to eastern Orange County. Got there really quickly and the operator/driver was an awesome guy. Highly recommend.

We've been a customer since their start long ago with our 100+ vehicle fleet. Fast, courteous, capable, caring to never damage your equipment, reasonably priced, they never say no. We've had complicated tows & recoveries involving hazardous materials trucks - we rest knowing Prestige is involved since they're the pros by far. Highly recommend.

There was a misunderstanding about a repair, 4 weeks ago, however there was no fault by Prestige at all. They repaired my car, and it was done in a very timely manner. I am very happy with the repair. Thank you Carol for following up.

Can t say enough positive things about Prestige and specifically Tom. He arrived early, immaculately clean car, and was helpful early in the morning, a real rarity these days.
