Fantastic charming hotel located in a very popular shopping area. The rooms are comfortable, very clean and decorated in a very modern theme, country chic. We attended a banquet next door and the convenience of staying at the Craftsman was the reason we stayed. We were thoroughly impressed with this hotel, we would return again. Hats off to the housekeeping team, as this was the cleanest hotel room we've ever stayed in, it was spotless everywhere. Only thing we missed was the fantastic water pressure we have in our house, but don't let that deter you from staying at this great hotel. Modern, clean, and comfortable beds what more can you ask for at a hotel. Great job Craftsman!Rooms: Modern country chicNearby activities: Lots of shopping across the street

Honestly cannot rave enough about our experience at the Craftsman! I will never even consider suggesting a different hotel to incoming family and friends, this is the best. The rooms were spotless, well appointed and very comfortable. The entire property is warm, welcoming and inviting, just like the staff. Can't say enough nice things about Bobby, Kayla and Andrea, just to name a few. My pregnant (with twins) daughter said more than once how comfortable and quiet the rooms are. Great continental breakfast on site and one of the best restaurants in the area attached to the hotel. Plenty of other food and shopping options less than 5 minutes away as well. Considering our stay there was in relation to my sister's funeral, we really were struggling as it was and they really made everything so nice. Highly recommend!

We were impressed from the moment we pulled into the parking lot! The Craftsman is a beautiful inn, with quite the presence! The woman who greeted us was very helpful and welcoming. The rooms were clean, and smelled so nice! Comfy beds that gave us an amazing night's sleep. The breakfast was similar to a Holiday Inn, but was very good. We loved that it had the restaurant on the grounds, which was absolutely phenomenal! Overall, we were thrilled with out weekend at The Craftsman, and would love to return!

This place is aesthetically appealing, it s clean, stunning and has a serene feel. If that isn t reason enough to stay, please let me tell you about the lovely staff. We travelled 5 hours for IVF services, staff have been overly accommodating, kind and really make your experience comfortable. We had someone bring us a microwave because they saw us running to the lobby to heat up a heating pad! That s kindness and wholesome service. Hands down one of the best places we ve stayed. The restaurant attached to the hotel is phenomenal and the food is trip worthy in itself.

Beautiful hotel and great breakfast in the morning! Rooms were clean, beds were extremely comfortable. Really nice bathrooms. Only downside was that the walls were so thin so you heard everything. It didn t bother us though. There is a restaurant next door which is convenient. It is definitely classy looking. We didn t eat there though.

We were just driving through on our way to Canada, we arrived at 4am and they were able to accommodate us for the night. Everything was clean! Breakfast was delish, with many options. Although my mom is diabetic and it was hard to find some non-carb/sugar options for her. They did have boiled eggs, yogurt, and I pulled apart the breakfast sandwich for her. (Just a note) they did have gluten-free bread and Chex cereal which was nice as well. The waffle maker brought back memories from college all in all the best part of our stay was the bed, clean bathroom, and breakfast station

There is a lot of potential here. I was really hoping to love this hotel. I come to Syracuse twice month and stay in a hotel. Usually a major brand but tried this hotel this time.Cons:No plugs near the bed. There is a clock with two plugs on it, on one side of the bed, but the other side has no plugs, and the closest plug on the side wall was full so I had to choose between a lamp and my CPAP. It just seems like really poor planning. When we arrived they tried to put us in room 111, which is right next to the elevators and lobby on the first floor and the walls are like paper. I'd specifically asked for the second floor when booking. They did move us, and Andrea was very understanding. The bathroom is pretty, the wrought iron barn door style shower door is heavy and didn't close easily. But the bathroom is so small every time you sit on the toilet you hit your elbow on the shower door handle if you're not careful. They also weren't keeping up with the deep cleaning of the bathrooms. There was gunk along the top of the sink, and in the corners of the shower. (Pictures included)The tvs have no Internet capabilities. No Netflix or Amazon prime if you want to watch a movie, and the remote barely worked. We had to manually turn on/off the TV. It's 2024, tvs with Internet connection are standard.ProsGreat staffGreat breakfast selection microwave breakfast sandwich and waffles are only hot choice.Beds were very comfortableIt is a very esthetic hotel, and the restaurant next door was delicious. It's very close to a lot of restaurants and shopping.

Just stayed a week here for a procedure and the staff were so friendly and welcoming. Kayla went out of her way to make sure we received a delivery after a procedure I was having. And the person who worked a few nights during our stay recommended some great dining spots for us.The only downside was our bed was very dusty on the headboard, there were some cobwebs in corners, and the bottom of the shower had that pink mold around it. So we were not impressed with housekeeping.Next time we are in the area we will stay here again. The beds are amazingSafety: We felt safe everywhere on the groundsFood & drinks: The restaurant on property was really good.

Great hotel!!!! I stayed there for 3 days while having my house renovated and it was amazing. Everyone was always happy and helpful anything I needed they had right away and the restaurant is the best in town! If your looking for a nice mom and pop hotel that's very modern clean and fancy this is the place to go! I would give 10 stars I loved every minute of my stay. Thank you to all the staff who work there!Nearby activities: Your right in the middle of Fayettevilles town centerFood & drinks: Amazing foodNoteworthy details: Very clean and modern and had all the amenities you could need or want

The room was tastefully decorated, roomy and comfortable. The location is in a safe area with nearby shops and restaurants. The breakfast spread was decent, good coffee and very clean. The only downside is if you are a light sleeper think about asking for a room on a higher floor. I had very noisy upstairs neighbors. Luckily they stopped dancing (from the sound of it) before I asked to change rooms.

What kind of hotel paves their parking lot at 8am on Memorial Day weekend without informing guests of this until the night before? They might pull the same thing when you are staying there. This might be the worst hotel in the world! I would give it no stars if I could. You can do better than this trashy dump.Noteworthy details: Horrible, uncomfortable, noisy, dirty rooms. Staff is inattentive and amateurish. Management is horrible with no integrity. Don't say I didn't warn you.

Stayed here 3 nights and would recommend. Room was clean, mattress was comfortable, and pillows were soft (felt like down). Our King Jr suite had a mini fridge, TV, desk, extra little end tables and a couch with chase lounge.Breakfast included bagels, muffins, danishes, yogurt, breakfast sandwiches, hard boiled eggs, fruit, granola bars, oatmeal and juices. If you're on the first floor you may hear people upstairs walking around.Overall our stay was wonderful and we'd stay here again.Nearby activities: Destiny mall, zoo, shoppingWalkability: Target, Kohls, TJMaxx, Speedway, multiple restaurants.Food & drinks: There is a bar & grill attached to the hotel which looked wonderful.

This review is specifically regarding the process of coordinating and hosting events at the Craftsman Inn Conference Center. I've worked with the events team at the Craftsman for several years to coordinate an annual conference we have, and have never been disappointed. They are highly detail oriented, patient with nervous personalities, and always follow through with the event details agreed upon. Additionally, the banquet options are always delicious, fresh, and beautifully presented. These are people that know what they are doing!

Have stayed here several times. Very nice hotel. Always clean and the staff are polite as well. The breakfast is not hot but that's more often than not the case at most places these days. I will definitely stay again in the future.

Very nice inn and suites! I happened upon it on Expedia and got a great rate for a one bedroom, 2 queen room. We haven't visited the grille yet, but it definitely looks good.Rooms: The bedding and beds themselves are very comfortable. The rooms are very nicely laid out with a mini fridge and coffee maker. Free breakfast with stay.
