Bought a VW 3 months ago. The start stop button had started to fail. Sales was nice. Service doesn't think it was critical and could have it towed if necessary. Appointment 3 weeks away. Sales says I can bring it in, and they will fix it immediately (literally 5 minute fix). Have been here 2 1/2 hours with no info. I do understand they are understaffed. Still frustrating.
