Bought our new Ford Bronco. Awesome experience! Our salesman Peter was amazing! Explained so much to my daughter about financing, interest, payments, how to run various things. He really took his time.

I just bought a Brand new beautiful CX 5 from Bryan at Romano Mazda in Syracuse. He is by far the best and most real car salesman I have ever had. Explained everything in great detail. Gave all the warranty options but not in a pressured way. Showed me everything about how to use the bells and whistles. I have bought cars in the past. Hate doing it especially because it can be harder for woman but he is in no way like that. He will be my go too from now on. I would recommend anyone be smart and go see someone real like Bryan.

This is my third review about Romano Ford, and they knocked it out of the ballpark, again! That s why I only deal with Romano Ford. I ve been driving Ford Escapes from Romano since 2003 and Dan, Michael and Eric make sure they find me the vehicle I want at a great deal. Here s a tip. If you want the best sales service, do your research before you go in and know what model of vehicle you want. For me it is the Escape which helps the sales team to focus in on features and the best deal.

Bought new Tiguan a couple of years back, and the sales associate, Nick Sgroi, was very helpful and pleasant to work with.The service department has also been very accommodating and upfront on service fees and time needed to finish the service. Shuttle service is available if you need to leave your vehicle for the day.

I was forgotten and waited hours for my car only to find out, at closing time, that they did nothing on my vehicle and never told me. I asked about my vehicle 30 mins before they closed and that's when they found out and told me. Even the Boss didn't know that they didn't work on my vehicle that day, nor did they notify me of same. Took 2 more days to get my car.Not happy with the customer service I received and most likely will not return to them.Lots more happened,but you get the idea.

I brought my 2022 Tiguan in for an oil change and was told it needed rear brakes at 19,000 miles. Dealership charged me $700 to replace brakes even though most people told me it is really unusual for brakes to go at such low mileage. I tried to speak with Mr Romano but he never returned my calls and never had anyone talk to me on his behalf. I was very disappointed in how little they wanted to help resolve this issue. Romano auto couldn t be bothered to return my calls. Customer service doesn t exist there.

Brought my Escape in for a routine oil change/checkup. They also reminded me that there was a recall and they had the part in. They replaced that and my total bill was about $65.00!! Can t beat that even if my husband did it.They also have a shuttle service which is wonderful. They brought me home, called me when my car was done, and came to pick me up. All in about 4 hours.I was very pleased and would recommend them to anyone!!

I will never bring my car any where else after my experience today at Romano VW. Everyone was very warm & welcoming as soon as you enter the doors. You could tell the GM was on his toes making sure everyone was satisfied & everything was running smoothly. I had a service appointment today & the gentleman that took care of me went above & beyond to educate me on my VW and to reassure me the noise I was hearing was completely normal for these cars; keep in mind this is my first VW. He even took me out on a drive to get a feel for my concern; which put my concern at ease. I also learned a great deal about the car during our short drive. This saved a lot of time & money across the board I am beyond grateful!!! This was exceptional service that I ve honestly never experienced ANY WHERE!!

THEVIES, a manager forged my name to the vehicle purchase/ lease agreement then refused to provide me a copy when I asked to see it before I bought the car. The manager asked me for my credit report security questions over the phone and told me I didn t need to do it myself. Once the manager had accessed my credit he asked me to send the dealership the down payment I was supposed to give to the bank (which is against the law).

These folks have always provided excellent service for my VWs. Problems are properly diagnosed and fixed the first time, and they've found ways to comp parts or work with me on some items. Their service and parts departments are very courteous and professional, a perfect 5 stars in my experience. But I've never been successful buying a car from this dealership. I've tried, and they'll often quote a competitive price for something on the lot, but they either don't return my phone calls, or don't work very hard to find the car I'm looking for. I hate begging a salesperson to take my money, so I've had to buy elsewhere, and then bring that car here for the excellent service.

Had my 2020 Ecosport SES, NY inspection and oil changed. Exceptional service team, very pleased. Great dealer, and now I can sat that about service dept.

Picked up my 2019 F150 SuperCrew today. Pat did an amazing job showing me all the features of this truck...and there were a lot!! Don't think any salesperson ever did as thorough a job as Pat. As I said in an earlier review, I felt really good doing business with Romano for the very first time & hope it's the first of many vehicles I get here.

Went in for 2 recalls took all week and then when I got home I looked underneath it and found a flashlight stuck to my exhaust! Then found a missing nut on the heat shield and a bolt for the crossmember. We ended up taking it back to have them fixed it right

My wife has been leasing cars from Romano dealerships for over 25 years. I have also leased from Romano as well. Today I purchased a 2022 Tiguan R Line Black from Pete, our salesman we always use. Purchasing in these times is difficult due to Covid and the micro chip shortage, but Pete made it easy and it took about an hour to complete the process. I recommend all of the Romano dealerships. 10/20/22 I just had my NYS Inspection. It didn't take long and was $10.

Typical car dealership. I have stopped by a few times. Spoke with someone about a used vehicle. No one follows up unless you are ready at that exact time to buy a car. I know what I am looking for and I guess I need to go somewhere else to find it. This shows me that if there were ever an issue they would not be fun to deal with. Just like most cat dealership s they want is to sell a car now.

My wife purchased a vehicle at Romano Mercedes. We had a fantastic salesman named Pat. Our experience with that particular dealership has been great. As for the other Romano dealerships I can't say.

Was considering the purchase of a gle until I totally felt talked down to and the sales person left mid question to move a car.... If it weren't for my wife I would have walked right out right then. Did I mention we were going to buy cash. Their loss. Carvana here I come.

Best dealer in the area. Will go back for any vehicle needs. Whether it is a new or used vehicle. Also have most of my work done here. Friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable staff.
