The NAPA is LaFayette is a very small older store with a limited storefront, but a decent selection behind the counter.Good helpful people, and I am glad to have them nearby!

Have gotten parts here for brakes on several occasions. EVERY time they have given me the wrong parts and I d have to put my vehicle back together and return the parts. This last time I wasn t able to put my vehicle back together and drive down and get the correct parts due to various reasons. So I called. They confirmed the rotors I was given were for the front and not the rears I asked for. Look, everyone makes mistakes. But not everyone is able own up to them and rise up to the occasion to provide fantastic customer service. NAPA in Lafayette is completely incapable of this. The owner gave me a too bad attitude and wouldn t do anything in the least to help me in my stranded situation due to THEIR error. Don t waste your time going here. I will not be returning.
