Bought a used zero turn here. Mike was awesome to work with. He got the machine transferred in from another store, got it serviced and ready to go and personally delivered it to my house. Great guy & great company. Will recommend friends here & will definitely do more business here in the future. 10/10 would recommend.

Go see Jacob! We were able to upgrade a tractor, implements, and two zero-turns this spring. The pricing was better than any other manufacturer and the availability was almost instant! Really great team in Lafayette, keep up the good work! Thanks for all the new toys!

The service people and the counter people were very friendly and very cordial. I paid a lot of money for my John Deere 155 lawn tractor repair cost three times more than I paid for it but I was happy that I would basically take home a brand new lawnmower. So long story short, I rolled my tractor off the back of my truck, I hope all pop the hood to see what repair they had done clean on the outside I left up on the hood and to my surprise the hood went flying onto my lawn because it was broken the plastic hinges all the hardware was broken. It was not broken when I dropped it off. But beyond that I can live with the hood being broken because it will stay on while I m mowing my grass. but how was unpleasantly surprised to find out I did not find any new wiring harnesses that they said they replaced because mice chewed my wires. Everything looked originally dirty. My oil filter was still dirty. They were supposed to give it a spring tuneup. I m not really impressed with what they charge me for over $1000 .

Two years ago, I traded in my 8 year old x300 and got a very fair deal on a new x570 (separate review). This spring, I experienced an issue where the mower would run for 10-12 minutes, and then cut out, getting worse each time. Took it into Lafayette store for service. Turned out to be a very tough fix, taking a couple tries. But Logan (Service) and Josh (store manager) stayed on it and even gave me a loaner (delivered on a Friday after store hours, which was amazing!!) until the problem was resolved. Really appreciate their effort and commitment. I recommend them highly for both sales and service!!!

Recently while ordering low cost Stihl parts this dealership insisted on charging me shipping fees. The shipping fees were actually double to triple the cost of the parts. Basically, the dealer is adding a gratuity to bill. The actual shipping fee for the part based on weight should be around a first class stamp (around fifty cents).Recently went to Runnings and they don't charge shipping / freight for Stihl parts.In response to the owner, I went back to order more parts and I was told by the salesman that there was no option available other than paying a shipping fee. I was not able to order parts to be included in a regularly scheduled shipment from Stihl and avoid paying a shipping fee. I stand by my gratuity comment above as justified and accurate.

Bought a 584 with a few attachments. Jacob(hope I got your name right) helped me out. Smooth. Fast forward 7 hours of tractor use. Rear tire falls off. Call over at 2 on a Friday. Get Jacob on the phone. Sent a few pictures. He said more than once "that's not supposed to happen". Came over same day Friday at 5:30 with the 450 to take it back to the shop and arranged to drop off mower until it was fixed. Stuff happens. It's what happens after the fact. This dealership in Lafayette NY goes above and beyond to help you out. I bought my big lawn tractor from them, bought my snowblower from them, have everything serviced by them and they do a great job! Unfortately I really hit a root and bent my blade and another small part and Josh helped me to get my tractor in and fixed as fast as possible. They are great to deal with and today Josh did everything he could so I could get by tractor back to mow before my grass got too long!

This is an excellent company to do business with.I purchased a mower and had issues during the warranty period that needed repairs. The service department was very accommodating, polite and professional. They explained what was being done on the repairs and also what the cause was. The service manager followed up after repairs and monitored the situation. It was determined the issue could not be fully resolved due to available repair methods to the affected components.Cazenovia Equipment management was notified and took prompt steps to remedy the situation to my full and complete satisfaction.I would highly recommend Cazenovia Equipment, they care about their customers and stand behind their products.

Like Cazenovia equipment but not so happy with John Deere. For starts getting parts takes longer than what it should take. Deere should be able to get parts to customers much faster than they do.Also how the parts are listed seems random at times and much time and effort was required to even find the proper part with increased chances for mistakes . Which happened on my last order. The wrong part was ordered... It took over 20 minutes just to find the parts in their data base. Deere really needs to do a better job when putting kits together.Even more concerning is how Deere sell parts. In my last visit I needed a loader handle grip but in order to get this $25.00 part I would be forced to also buy several not needed parts that were arbitrarily put in a kit to make it easier on J D. A total cost for the kit over $ 220.00 because Deere forced me to but a full kit.

I just would like to say how great they were in helping me solve the problem with a snowblower that I bought from someone else and needed a part for it they went out of their way to locate both parts and got me going again great service and very friendly

More inventory here than at other similar shops, and a truckload arrived while we were there yesterday. Some toys and Deere clothing for all ages as well. Always good parts department staff.

Great place to get John deere serviced and parts. Parts came in and got my tractor fixed and back to me in a timely manner...great work and no complaints..will definitely keep going back for future services

If you need parts,advise or think you'd like to check out the new small tractors these people will take good care of you...they got the parts that I needed to keep my old John Deere tractor going and without trying low rating it or suggesting I get something new....I really liked that about them..very helpful..my go to place for parts..
