Ia family member of mine had a bad oil leak where he was losing a ton of oil we found this company called later in the morning and Tom had his truck fixed by their closing time at 6 o clock and also waited till 7 o clock for us to get there they just pay him for his job I would strongly recommend this company to anybody they were very professional and they did a very good job with everything definitely use them and thank you again Tom anybody who goes there ask for time he ll help you

Had a awesome experience here. MGEN2 was super quick to diagnose my cars issues, and fix them with fair pricing. Great customer service and very kind people. I had an issue with my card at the counter when time to pay and they were extremely understanding and patient while I took a few minutes to work it out with my bank. Will definitely be using this shop for all my services in the future.Services: Tires, Steering & suspension repair, Brakes, Oil change

I brought my 2023 C8 Corvette for service and feeling Apprehensive not trusting anyone with my car. After my conversation with Tommy Sr and son I was put at ease and couldn't have been any happier with their service. I highly recommend with their white glove service!!!

I called early in the morning to see if I could drop off my van for an oil change and to re-set the pesky "low tire pressure" warning.Tom said come in and they would take care of everything. I needed to get my brakes fixed sort of last minute and they were very accommodating I left my car before going to work and they managed to get it done by the time I was done with my shift. I googled car shops near me because I was in emergency need of help with my car. I had unpleasant experiences with shops prior so I had to find some where else. I spoke to a woman on the phone, she was so pleasant and told me to come on down even though it was late in the day. When I got there I was immediately greeted and asked about how they could help me. They even offered me a refreshment while I waited with my children. I wasn t expecting to be taken care of the same day due to other shops telling me that it was too late in the day, they may have to order parts, they can t do it etc. They were not only able to see me right away but they fixed my car completely & in just a short amount of time.I literally cried tears of joy in the parking lot because I was low on money and frustrated trying to fix this problem with my 10 month old and 12 year old with me. This shop doesn t know the weight they just took off of me. This random shop that I found on google literally just made my day. Things like this don t happen for me so this gave me reassurance that there s still many nice people in this world that will go the extra mile to help you. I didn t feel like I was just a number to them. Going forward I will now handle all of my car business with Mgen2. I trust them whole heartedly. I never leave reviews on things but this time I just had to. I m so very grateful of the business that I received.

Left my car with instructions of what I needed done while on vacation. By the time I got back the job was done. Tommy & everyone at MGEN2 are super nice. They are always very accommodating & very knowledgeable. You can tell they care about their customers. Have you seen that drop/ pickup box ? So convenient!Never again will I have to ask my boss to leave early to pick up my car from the shop or rush to get there again before they close. Tommy was kind enough to help me out one day when my battery died & since it was under warranty all I needed was to get back to where I bought it. He was kind enough to lend me a battery to get me there. He did not have to do that, but he did & I am so grateful. I will never take my car anywhere else. Welcome to the neighborhood!

Described to Tom jr what I wanted my exhaust to look like and he transformed the exhaust exit better than factory. Could not be more pleased. And of course always happy to please. If you're looking for a repair shop this is the place. I've known Tommy a very long time. Anytime I needed something Tommy has always been there to help. You'll get the right job at a fair price. If you want a mechanic you can trust go Mgen2.

It was my first time using MGEN2 and I had such a great overall experience! They had no problem fitting me in on the day I needed even though it was very busy. All staff were friendly and courteous. The shop is brand new, state of the art and extremely clean. They diagnosed my car and called me before doing anything to let me know the needed repairs. The price was very fair as well. I have been looking for a reliable shop to bring my car and I definitely found it. I would recommend them to any of my family or friends!

I ll start with the did a good job diagnosing what was wrong with my car, and the staff were friendly. However, they were busy when we tried to bring my car down to get checked and told us to come by a few days later. We waited the time asked and called to confirm it was still okay and was told to wait a few more days again, but once we mentioned being told to wait previously they agreed to have us bring the car down. After dropping it off, there were no updates and we were told that they did a cabin filter while they were at it despite not getting approval. When I went to pay, they said they were very busy with the end of month/year with registrations and that they thought they called to talk about the need for a cabin filter. After looking at the bill, $150 between parts, labor and taking out parts I will not be going back. You can also expect a surcharge despite sales tax on your reciept

Outstanding professionalism and honesty top quality workmanship. I work in a customer service position for over 30 years and I trust Mgen2 over a dealership my family s experience over the years is if you need something repaired it will be diagnosed and repaired right the first time and for routine maintenance it will be done properly at a reasonable price. Truck would not start, turns out fuel pump needed replacement. Tommy reached out every step of the way . Excellent service, quality work. Tommy and his team are honest and did an excellent job. Thanks guys

Very good, actually needed 2 for the amount of light I was looking for but works great! My one complaint would be the batteries are so tight inside it was tough getting the batteries to connect either end but once it did worked great

This was my first time using MGEN2 the shop was very clean & everyone was very friendly! They explained everything to me & were very honest. Didn't make you feel like they just wanted your money like shops usually do. I would highly recommend MGEN2!

Been going to these guys for YEARS. Followed them from their original location to this wonderful new location because they are fantastic.
