Didn t clean properly. I have new spots of my car that need to be cleaned. My mat had an Advil melt in it previously but they didn t even try to clean it out. Paid for the super wash. Gross. Wont be back. Rather travel for a real wash. They don t even own mat cleaners so I guess it all adds up. Wouldn t recommend to someone I didn t like.

This place has gone downhill from what it used to be years ago. It looks like the owner is only interested in collecting money at the register, don't bother saying hello back to your customers or welcome or thank you, not even a smile.The pricing has gone up so much, but the service is terrible.The guys cleaning your car need training, they are terrible at their jobs and only care about how much tip you gave them, they even count it in front of you, how rude.I got a full-service wash, which includes cleaning and vacuuming the interior, cleaning the seats, dash, tires, etc.I paid over $30.00 plus tips. However, my car was not vacuumed, the dust was smeared all over the dash, the seats were not cleaned, the inside of my car was not done, let's just say that and the exterior looked as if I hosed it down at home.I would have gone back inside and made the old man aware, not that he would have cared, but I was on my lunch break and needed to get back to work.For that amount of money, my car should have been spotless inside and out.If you hate your job so much or cannot provide proper service to your local community, then close your business.You are a rip off and your service is terrible.I will never go back to this car wash and will make my family and friends aware of the horrible service you provide for money you should not be charging.

I wish I read the reviews before going here. I paid $50 for the best car wash they had when I got back into my car. I noticed it was not vacuum thoroughly and my front windshield still had stuff all over it. I drove home and just figured I would clean it myself once I got home. But once I looked in my passenger side, I noticed how much dirt was still on the seats when I looked in the backseat and trunk it was even worse I don t know what they did. My car was not cleaned at all. Do not go here even with me heavily generously tipping the guy washing my car it still came out horrible and I spent way too much for what they actually did. I can t figure out how to add pictures, but I did take them. All I would do is highly recommend reading all the reviews. If you re just doing an outside wash, they did a great job with that but anything interior I would not recommend at all.

I can say that the price is the same as the car washes in the area. It is really clean and has a nice service. I recommend it.

Overall the quality as gone down significantly over the years. the price has more than doubled over the last year. For $50, you don t even get your car armor all inside your vehicle. Just a dusting of your dashboard. It s insanely expensive and they do a bad job. Don t go here.

Professional oil change, quick, priced well... and a free $30 full service car wash with your oil change. I drive out of my way to come here. Courteous management, excellent oil change and car wash.

Terrible. Them charging for this is ridiculous. I thought I was going to a respectable place. I get out and they didn t even clean the car. These are 5 minutes after the wash. I don t usually like leaving a negative review, I purchased the highest cost service for my car, and when I left, I still had dust on my dashboard m, paper wrappers in door and my wiper marks could be seen on the front window. I will not be going back again.

They have 2 lines 1 is full service and the other exterior wash only. the lane for full service is closed so the exterior wash only have to wait for the to clean the I side of the cars . we just want the exterior wash. we have been stuck in this line for 30minutes and there are still 3 cars ahead of us!. what a waste of time and gas!

I got package #4 cost over $40 i don't know what else included, but it not good . which included exterior and interior armorall and tired.. but my outside/exterior was not armorall.. inside ok..

Price is great compared to any other decent car washes in eastern Suffolk.The wait is not. I ve only come here 4 times, and 2 of those occasions I waited almost an 45 minutes before even getting my car washed. It would seem they do not have the amount of spaces to finalize vehicles that one would consider optimal. Would avoid if you re in a rush unless it s quite early in the AM.

The staff at Magic Car Wash especially Doug are amazing. Went there for my car wash on Friday with my baby girl and got such a thorough cleaning. Previously, I had never left a car wash without feeling less than satisfied. This time at this car wash I felt like I got what I paid for and more. The prices are great! The friendly staff took their time to thoroughly vacuum, wipe down and armorall the interior making it look new again. The outside was spotless! I had left behind a mat and Doug was kind enough to replace it for me quickly and with a smile. I highly recommend this car wash!!!

I posted a critical review one year ago. I met the owner recently and he assured me that there won t be an issue again as they have made changes. I am changing the rating to 3 in anticipation of a better service. I have started to get my cars washed here again. Hopefully I won t come across any issues and will change rating to 5 as soon as I feel they are up to mark.

I started to go here when I receive gift certificates from my in-laws for my new car. They are the best. My new favorite car wash. They do a really nice job! The go above and beyond to wipe down your car or truck when they finish. Try it for yourself. You will be very satisfied.

Pretty good car wash. I got the full service. Cleaned really well. The guys cleaning my car were really chatty, and I watched them clean some of the same things 2 or 3 times, but I can't really complain since they did such a great job. Just wish they were a little quicker and less chatty.

I love this place they make my car look like it just came out of the show room of a car dealership. There maybe a line but it is worth the wait, and the wait is not that long they are fast and efficient. I recommend this place to everyone you can't get a better car wash anywhere else. I am actually going again today, if you want your car done right go to magic car wash they make your car shine.

Best car wash service on Long Island. They do a great job on your car and the service is the best I ve experienced. Inside waiting area is the cleanest I ve ever seen at a car wash. The owner makes sure you get what you want. I would high recommend this place.

Great job on the oil change, fast, good price. The complimentary wash was amazing. The owner oc the establishment, Doug, is a hands on leader who takes a genuine interest in each and every customer's complete satisfaction. This car wash is the best one I've been too since Jmj in Nassau county. I have a big truck and got everything done that I could have on the truck and it was only 43 dollars of course they charged me oversized fee but it's okay cause its totally worth it imagine if it was a small car probably will be 25 freaking amazing plus super friendly

These guys do an incredible job on both Oil Changes and car washes. I've had one bad experience where I waited a bit longer to be greeted, but I'm typically just impatient. Once the MGMT realized I was a bit put off they really seemed genuinely concerned about getting me on their team again. Grateful to have such wonderful service local, thanks!
