We have over 50 fleet trucks for our company and this is the only place that we bring our vehicles for both warranty work and general repairs! Turn around time can be slow at times but atleast we know the job was done correctly!

Had a great experience with this shop. Went in for transmission pan replacement and rear springs for an older car -- they were able to get my car back to me by end of day. This place is the perfect example of why no one trusts mechanics. BE AWARE OF THIS SCAMMERSMy husband and I took our car to be repaired, after confirming that they worked with our insurance, they checked it and told us to leave it there. Later they called us with a very high bill and said that the insurance would not cover it, we called the insurance and they told us that it was false and that they even approved the bill and that they could also cover the part so we would not have to pay so much money.In the end, the guy in charge treated us badly and told us to take the car and that he was not going to call the insurance.We wasted our time since we had to leave the car for 2 days, and we had to pay $115 for the diagnostic even though it was covered by the insurance, just because he didn't want to do the process.Everything would have been so simple if they just said no from the beginning, but as usual, people always want to take advantage of each other. Please be careful with this site and take care of your money, car, and time.

Excellent service and very reasonably priced. They do the work that needs to be done and don't try to up-sell you like other repair shops. A true locally owned business that you can rely on.

I always reccomend advent auto for most car repairs! The owner is honest and respectful and they don't try to overcharge ya! I always come here for my inspection. Would highly reccomend!

Mike and his crew are A1 in the industry! Definitely a trustworthy place to bring your car for repair. Extremely competent knowledgeable mechanics. The owner runs a tight ship, and an always full parking lot will tell you without a doubt the quality of work done here!

Had my car repaired here two times. They are great at pricing and do everything they say their going to do. I will only service my vehicle here and had nothing but excellent customer service and quality repairs. Highly recommend to anyone who needs a great shop to rely on!!!

Great shop. Very trustworthy. They'll tell you exactly what's going on and won't tr6 to rip you off or upsell you. I've recommend them multiple times and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them in the future.

I've been going to Mike's shop for years. I send everyone here and they all love his shop. He is the best mechanic and shop around. He will always tell you exactly what you need now, need later, and don't need at all.Rare mechanic these days!Dan

I was very nervous bringing my car in for inspection, as I have had several shops in the area rip me off. However, that definitely was not the case at Advent. They were very pleasant, knowledgable and customer-oriented. They treated me well, charged fairly (well under what I expected), and had me in and out of there in a little over an hour - on one of their busiest days. Oh, and I should add that they must be pretty smart, too, because they know something more repair shops should learn: a well treated customer will generally be a repeat customer. And I definitely will be (a repeat customer)!

I used Advent Auto over the summer and was very pleased. A few weeks ago I took my car in for hard starting. The battery was bad and the positive terminal was corroded. After a charging test, I requested, the problem was the battery. All told it was over $199.00. The problem was that, yesterday, I happened to be under the hood of the car and realized that they didn't even clean off the corrosion left from the previous battery. In my opinion a "professional" would have cleaned it before attaching it to the battery. Was not happy. It was an easy $199 for them and I'm a fool to have paid it

Brought my car in under warranty for major repairs and the car was returned with a missing e-brake on a manual shift. This garage claims it was never there and tried to charge an additional $500 to put it back in. The parking brake was working fine before this happened. I got screwed.

I gave Advent Auto a shot years ago mainly because they are very close to where I live. Now, about 8 years later, I will never go anywhere else. I have dealt with them on several occasions and have always felt that they were being honest and professional with me. I have gone to a lot of mechanics and have felt like I was getting ripped off but that has never happened with Advent. Great shop.

My truck broke down and I called this shop and they were able to fit me in within a few hours of calling. Tony sat right down with me and went over in detail what was going on. He kept me up to speed all day and even fixed other things that were not the reason why I was there. He also worked with me on picking it up and the price of the work was unbearable!!! I will be going here for everything car related from now on!! Thanks Tony!!!

I had to have my car towed late Saturday. I picked this ace, having no prior experience there. Very good experience! It was all fixed Monday afternoon.

I got my car towed to them for just originally the right front tires, took a day to install them. They told me my front struts were bad, I had just got them done at bob Johnson in January 2019. I wanted to check them out and for 2 tires I should have went back to Bob johnsons. Needless to say I took my car back to Bob johnson due to lifetime warranty and they said nothings wrong... hmmm I hope this wasn't to try to get more work out of me, ido know ALOT about cars..

Expensive, they was partnered with Uncle Vic, won't completely fix your car but will hit your extended warranty up Everytime to make their money. Everytime I brought my car in I asked what a certain light that was on when I bought the car and the kept telling me it was nothing. Well nothing was a faulty airbag system and I found out when I was hit, pushed into a pole and injured my spine.
