AMAZING! I had so much wrong with my car and Eli and Victor kept me very well informed on each step being taken with my car, making sure I understand what was being done. I feel very confident in knowing my car is safe now. They got my car back to me so fast and I cannot recommend this business enough!

Pete at TLC did a phenomenal job on fixing my 2015 Chevy Silverado for me. Kept me informed throughout the process, and did the work in a timely fashion! I recommend TLC to all my friends and family! Thank you guys!

Unfortunately, the workshop takes longer and the managers are liars, they only lie, they give you ���� n at the end of the day and it takes two weeks to do the work of one day. I do not recommend it if you want to have a good headache and loss of money and time. It's the right place

Honest and fair. We broke down in Queens, and we are from out of state (Virginia). Our vehicle was sitting for 3 months at the dealer waiting for a part in national backorder. The part never came. Rich and Peter helped get me back in the road in 1 day with a repair on the damaged part.If we lived closer we would exclusively use them for their expertise. I m tempted to come from Virginia to get work done but that s a bit of a haul.If you are looking for a locally owned independent honest and trustworthy mechanic look no further.Thank you all!

Needed to get my new rims and tires balanced on my truck. I was looking for a place that would have the skill and tools to work on such big tires. I found this place on google maps and figured to give them a try. Office is very clean and welcoming. I am truly shocked that I had such a great experience because I would not expect it from a truck repair shop. Peter was amazing! He is very friendly and knowledgeable. He even kept me informed all along the way as to progress of my vehicle! They vacuumed my floor mats also! I am so happy with the service and the work they did. They did not lie to me or try to sell me something I did not need. They were honest and courteous. I left with big smile, flawless work superb customer service. I thought this was the end, but Peter followed up with me days later to see how my truck was doing! They do bunch of stuff to cars and trucks so call or visit them ! This is our Go To auto shop for both our professional and personal needs. Pete from TLC have came through for us again and again. They are extremely professional and knowledgeable. I even take my personal truck there for any needs, and it s a specialty vehicle that many shops don t know what to do with. These guys are simply the best.

I have been a customer since I met Pete Sr and Pete Jr. in 2004/2005. Nothing negative to say, honest great place that you can trust to get any job done. I recently moved and make the 40 minute trip to get my vehicles service by TLC.

These guys give you one price before they start the price and then when you go to pick up price is much higher and to top it all off truck still leaks brake fluid.

I couldn t be happier with TLC. As a former Mechanic myself, I have been around the industry for years. TLC has been my fleet mechanic for my business vans, and personal vehicles. They are knowledgeable, reliable, offer great service, and MOST importantly. They do the job the right, the first time. Prices are incredibly fair and reasonable. I would ABSOLUTELY recommend TLC. I manage maintenance for a fleet of roughly 250+ vehicles. I have been dealing with TLC for roughly 6 months and I cannot say one negative thing about them. Pete, the owner is incredibly trustworthy and honest. He is constantly giving us updates on vehicles minimum 2-3 times a week. There work is incredibly clean and thorough. If you are company with a small or large fleet, or even need a great shop for your personal vehicle TLC is the shop to go to. I have been taking my cars to TLC for years and couldn't say enough good things about the team there. They always communicate all issues clearly, are extremely fair priced and always a pleasure to deal with. If you ever have an issue with your vehicle, whether it is a big or small issue, these are the guys you can trust to get it done right. 5 stars for sure.

Excellent shop, nothing but a great experience at TLC time and time again! The staff is thorough, knowledgeable, clean, and above all honest! I trust TLC with all of my vehicles, and they ve serviced everything from our company dump trucks, F150, and our personal BMWs and every time it s a seamless experience. I ve used them for performance modifications and routine maintenance, and the staff has always been friendly and very affordable, never trying to upsell and always focused on getting the job done quickly and properly the first time around. I have a Tesla and I had a small nail in the tire with a slow leak. Tesla wanted to replace the entire tire for $450 (of course) and after TLC looked into the issue they found it was a simple job of plugging the tire properly (special tires). They did it and I am on the road again! Great team, family owned business, nice honest people. I highly recommend them!Service: Tires

I manage a truck rental fleet and have been doing business with this shop for over a year. So far it's going great. Rich, Peter, Jonyer are super nice guys, best of all, they follow all instructions in regards to safety and DOT compliance. Pricing is fair, work is completed in a timely fashion, and they do try their best to accommodate our renters. They've even offered pick up and delivery within a reasonable distance. I have to say, in this day and age, finding an honest business that won't take advantage of another is hard to find, so I'm happy to recommend this shop to anyone searching for one.Services: Exhaust, Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic, Battery, Oil change

I have been going to TLC Auto for over ten years and have never had a bad experience. Pete and the rest of the staff have always been professional, courteous and thorough. When there has been an issue with my vehicle I am presented options in a simple yet honest way and their work is superlative. TLC Auto is not your typical repair shop - this company and family goes above and beyond for you. Every employee I have encountered over the years has been extremely helpful, honest and trustworthy, and most importantly fair priced! They have always gone out of their way and made sure the turn around time was fast and sufficient with my crazy work schedule.I could not recommend them more!Services: Tires, Body & Trim, Oil change

I will definitely be coming back here for my car troubles. I really had no idea what was wrong with my car and I was nervous bringing it to a place I d never been as should anyone. Fritz was great at explaining the problem, everything they were going to do for my car and the ultimate solution. It ended up being issues with my transmission. Any questions I had were answered promptly and with patience. Just a great group and I recommend all my friends come here for their car troubles.Service: Transmission

First time using TLC auto and truck repair and i could not be more pleased with them. Both Joe and Pete took time to explain what was wrong with my vehicle. They go above and beyond for their customers, and I saw this within just 1 visit. The shop is thorough, went through all diagnostic tests on my vehicle, and still returned my car in a timely fashion. If you re reading reviews trying to make a decision on whether you should go here, GO! I ve been going here for about 2 years now for maintenance on my truck and the only way I can describe my experiences are high quality and high professionalism, every time. My experience to booking appointments with Lisa to checking in and out my vehicle with the team could not be any easier.They give genuine advice on best ways to alleviate any issues that arise, and are always truthful in vehicle condition. They found a minor issue in my truck while giving me an oil change that, if weren t resolved would have created much bigger issues down the road. They even advised me to check my dealership warranty as the issue should be covered, and it was! They inspect the vehicle even when just giving oil changes, something you d never find at a dealership.And I haven t even had custom work done yet, but man am I happy to have already created the relationship with these guys. Looking at what I see when I take my truck in their custom work is BEAUTIFUL! I tell all of my friends with trucks, this is really the top spot on Long Island to get your vehicle serviced. 6 out of 5 stars!Service: General repairs

I recently had my 2015 Tahoe over to TLC for tires, brakes and general service. I was very unsure of my next tire choice so I advised Joe that I wanted tires that could handle towing a heavy travel trailer, aggressive enough to head out the 4x4 beaches but would not be noisy for long highway trips. Well I put my trust in the right people and the right shop because the tire they chose for me was perfect. They performed a free comprehensive multi-point inspection and only suggest items of safety or need for repair and they give you a list of items to simply note and keep track of. No tricks, just good honest mechanics. They only use quality parts, not after market products that just don t perform and last like the OEM ones. You get what you pay for in auto parts. They have very competitive pricing and being as meticulous as I am, they gave my truck back in the same neat and clean condition in which I gave it to them. No greasy hand prints on the trunk, hood, door handles or steering wheel. I got to see some of their upgrade work on several 4x4 trucks and they produce some sharp looking vehicles. I have absolutely no issue with recommending them. Nice work TLC Auto and Truck !

I have been using TLC truck and auto for the past 15 years, and from the beginning it has always been a pleasure. From the moment you walk in the door they make you feel like you re part of the TLC family their staff greets you smile and is nothing but helpful. They always give a thorough inspection of your vehicle s condition, which helps avoid any unwanted or unexpected hiccups going down the road. I have recommended many members of my friends and family to TLC and they ve always been as pleased as I have been. Have brought multiple vehicles here and never had any issues, only ones I trust with my cars. The care they have for other people s vehicles is like nothing I have ever experienced! They replaced the clutch in my Hellcat and figured out an intermittent starting problem and fixed an oil leak in my corvette z06 at a very reasonable price. Will continue to use these guys for a very very long time! Highly recommend!

Brought in my 19 Acura TLX ASpec for a routine oil change and check up and these guys did a fabulous job. Extremely professional when you walk in the door. Very attentive to my vehicles specific needs and treated her like it was their own. Their services are never rushed and completed with precise accuracy. Will definitely be coming back for future routine work. Give these guys a chance, they will not disappoint!!!!
