I was greeted by a Team of helpful employees the second I drove in. I actually smiled thinking how important they made me feel. Ken was absolutely amazing - he kept us well informed throughout our service and recapped next service suggestions at the end. My car was returned to me spotless! Overall, this was a magnificent experience. A big thank you to all of the hard working employees at Stoler Lexus!

Michael was my appointed service advisor and he was EXCELLENT.I found him to be polite and friendly.Most importantly, he was extremely knowledgeable about the Lexus vehicles.His advice was very helpful and important to me.I have a lot of confidence in his opinions concerning the maintenance of my vehicle.Lexus needs more like him.I have been leasing and driving various different types of vehicles for many years and could not be more pleased with the Lexus.I think it's the finest vehicle made.

I took my car to your 30000-mile maintenance, in this maintenance they found that there were damaged parts under the car. They call me to say that the parts are damaged and will be exchanged for new parts. A day after this I check the parts that were replaced and I realized that I had just paid for a very unprofessional job, where the original part of my car is not installed. It is evident the bad procedure and the poorly adjusted part that they put on my car, a new car.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I brought in my Lexus ES 350 for an inspection and a wheel alignment. My service Advisor. Victor Baez advised me that since I have brought my vehicle in for service in the past my inspection will be free. Wow! What a Surprise, although this is my first Lexus and the first Lexus dealership I ve ever dealt with. I can honestly say this is the best Lexus dealership out there. I will not go anywhere else for service. They truly stand by their product and their customers. 10 stars for Victor and Stoler Lexus. Thank you.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Stoler Lexus of Farmingdale for a service appointment and I must say my experience exceeded all expectations. The scheduling process was seamless and the staff accommodated my preferred time slot without any hassles. Once the service was completed it was given to me meticulously cleaned inside and out. My experience at Stoler Lexus was exceptional. I would highly recommend this dealership

I brought my car into service yesterday(11/15). From start to finish it was a fantastic experience. I drove right up and into the service area. I was immediately greeted and checked in. I brought my son(4 months) with me and the person checking me in offered to help me which was greatly appreciated. I went to a service manager Victor who went over again my service to confirm what I expect on this visit will be taken care of. He then proceeded to escort me over to the child s play room for privacy for me and my son while we wait. He also offered food and coffee which was very kind. The service took about an hour which is what he quoted and because I had my son he had the tech back my car into the service area so I can easily get him back in the car and head out. I was truly blown away with the entire experience and I am thankful that Stoler is my dealer!

From the moment I dropped off my RX to get serviced to the moment I picked it back up, everyone in service was professional and a delight to deal with at Stoler. Ken was friendly, helpful and professional. They arranged to lend me a loaner while my car was serviced, which allowed me to not skip a beat during my Saturday. I will continue to get my Lexus serviced here. This was The best car service experience I ve had in my life. Jeremy was very professional, courteous, informative, he updated me as each job was being done in my car. Jeremy answered all my questions and addressed my concerns in a very honest and clear manner.The facility is state of the art, very beautiful, clean, and quite large ! Complementary hot drinks of the highest quality. Cashier was smiling very polite and sweet. I honestly cannot say enough about my experience with Stoler Lexus. I had a small problem with windshield wipers and the car battery didn t hold charge I called the service department of Stoler Lexus and Lori was so very kind to have my car picked up and taken to the repair shop at the dealer she made sure all my needs were addressed. The repairs were done parts were replaced after all that my car was washed and waxed in and out I have owned many new cars thru different dealers Stoler was way above all the rest they take great care of customers and there vehicles. Had to have my second key synced to my car. Other than having to wait 4 1/2 months for the key to arrive, which was not the service department s fault at all, the service experience was wonderful. Quick, easy, and very pleasant.

No good a tall I have lexus platinum care and they couldn't fix this small scratch they are recommending me to body shop to pay out of pocket sad indeed

I was having an issue for 2yrs, whereby my hybrid system check light would come on and cause the vehicle to shut off at stops. I will update you on the progress of the repair to see if the problem was fixed. The repair price was decent with a 6-month warranty. Kenneth was really pleasant, and helpful and kept me up to date with the progress of the work. Highly recommend.

Went in for a recall, Kenny the service advisor was great super quick and took care of it the same day.Some lady in the service department offered me a loaner and required a credit card and a deposit along with a bunch of other rules for fees. I've never seen an another dealership require that. I declined the loaner only because the lady was extremely condescending and oozed of irony. the fact that Kenny took care if it made up for that.so thumbs up to Kenny!

Clean facility, extremely courteous staff. Especially Victor and Marge (I believe that s her name) who makes it easy, faster and hassle free. I think they know me by now. I drive in at 7:30 am after work, hand over the keys and I literally take a nap. I required added services this time and a brand new loaner was offered to me. Hassle free.

I have been to other Lexus dealers. The service at Stoler is a step above the rest. Definitely recommend. Polite. Service advisor Jeremy was knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Taken in ontime and finished quickly. Car is running smoother than ever. Five star !

Stoler was calling me for weeks to make an appointment because my car key arrived. I made an appointment to finally get that key ( I was only given one when I bought the car) and I thought hey let me do the second free service I was promised. When I get there I was told I am not going to get it for free because i was supposed to get it at 5k then 10 k. This was 20 k service. No one told me that when I bought the car or when I did my 10k service. How convenient. Then after doing the oil change they said- sorry but we do not have the key so you have to come back. I also asked to check my tire pressure 3 times. The guy said, sure, it s a part of tire rotation. Guess what . No one did the tire pressure. Hopefully they did change that oil.

Michael was so polite and made things easy for me. He tried his hardest to get everything done in a timely manner, even tho my car isn t a Lexus. They took very good care of it and everyone there is so nice and helpful.

I brought my car in for service. I was waiting for the service rep to come get me, so we can go over the reason I brought my car in. The rep called me and introduced hisself to me as Lorenzo my rep. We went over the reason I was there. I was explaining something that happen and he listen and then said if I have a problem come back and let him know. Lorenzo was so nice. I appreciate Lorenzo let me know I can always call if I have an issue.

I was in and out in 45 minutes. I got my tires rotated, my fluids topped off, my new key programed and my car was cleaned inside and out. The rep that helped me was on top of it with timing and keeping me informed. Thanks Stoler Lexus!

This is my second Lexus because I love the cars, and the bonus is the service you get with them. The Service Rep, Victor, was so nice and helpful. Even the person who put on my new wipers was a doll. Very happy with Stoler.
