I would like to first extend my gratitude to the owners of Silver Star Auto Body II located in Centereach NYThey continue to deliver personalized customer services which are second to none . My family has had the pleasure of utilizing their services over the years. Although typically dealing with a collision expert is not generally what would be considered a pleasant experience they do go out if their way to help you get through the process. They have never fallen short of their giving their best in the way of delivering personal excellence by treating and accommodating you like most other places do not . They also restore your vehicles to perfection by their amazing restoration work regardless of how extensive the damages have been. I was completely impressed with Kelly and Paul who are wonderful people to say the least . Their professionalism and customer service support are top rate which I have consistently received from the very first time I entered their shop .They continue to exceed my expectations every time any of our vehicles has been serviced. I highly recommend this business to friends, family and others without any hesitation.The staff go above and beyond to have helped me maintain my vehicles . They also help you to understand the whole process from start to finish. Best of the best. Totally satisfied with the work they've done on my 2022 BMW. It's black, and I don't really trust too many auto collision places. They do fine work, the whole staff is amazing and if they promise you a day that it will be finished, very often it's even sooner.I also brought my daughters 2023 Kia there with 10K in damage. Absolutely looks like showroom condition.Give them your business, and after you see their excellence, I highly doubt that you'll go anywhere else.

After an absent-minded driver swiped the front of my car in a parking lot I was very upset. As soon as she opened the claim on her insurance I began the repair process with Silver Star. They were fast, efficient, and friendly. Handled everything seamlessly. Work done was top quality. I would highly recommend not needing body work in the first plce, but if you do, would also highly recommend Silver Star.

I have been taking my cars to Silver Star Auto Body in Farmingdale, NY for almost 3 decades. I introduced my parents to this shop as well. We still take our cars there even today. They do a stellar job with repairs from accidents and then they clean & polish the car before returning it. I highly recommend this shop.

My experience here was really amazing!Frank and Janet helped me a lot throughout the process, they answered all my questions and I got my car back within a few days!They are very helpful and their work was amazing!!Someone had keyed my car and they took really good care of it, it looks like a new car!I would recommend them to everyone!Really good customer service!Thank you so much!I really appreciate everything you guys did!Service: Painting

Frank and staff was awesome. They set up a rental for me for the week and kept me up to date on the progress of my truck. My truck came out looking brand new. I could not be happier with the job they did.

Had a no fault hit on my 2017 Honda Civic. Silver Star did an incredible job of going through the process of working w the other person involved, & did an excellent job on my car. The owner Frank was hands on the entire time, and the team kept me updated on everything. My car was fixed in a timely manner, but you can tell it wasn t rushed. Would recommend Silver Star to any/everyone who needs repair.

This is by far the Best body shop I have ever been to ! ! Frankie is a great guy and makes sure you get your car fixed for a great price ! They work quick and efficiently and are great with communicating with you about on going progress of the car. I got my car back and I love it. Great experience! Super accommodating staff that went above and beyond when repairing my car. I'd Highly Recommend this Silver Star Auto Body Shop.

Excellent, trustworthy and professional. They did a wonderful job on my honda pilot. They were very helpful arranging rental car and handled all insurance communications. The whole process was taken care. They finished the job before the promised time. Dropped the car to my driveway and picked the rental. Your care during corona time was exceptional. You guys went above and beyond. Hope I don't meet any accident again but I will be your permanent customer. Thanks to the whole team at silver star auto, Farmingdale.

This place deserves a 10 out of 5 stars!!!! To say that I had an excellent experience with this business is an understatement... I had significant time limitations due to an upcoming cross-country move, and they made it happen with complete professionalism and attention to detail. The work was beautifully done and my car was returned in perfect condition. I cannot thank them enough!In short: GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS WITH 100% CONFIDENCE. I m so glad I did :-)

I had my vehicle repaired after a major collision. They worked well with an out of state insurance company and the vehicle drives better than when new. It was lovely to pick up a fully detailed car.

I came in to get a quote for a personal car a few months back and initially spoke to Paul who has been my guy ever since. the quality of work is amazing and very fair with their prices. they have since done multiple cars for me and my business from bmw's to lamborghinis i trust those guys with all of our cars.The communication and turn around time is amazing, the lady in the office is very polite i believe her name is Anette keeps you up to date until the day the car gets picked up and Paul and his guys are great people who do great work. i cant thank these guys enough and i highly recommend them!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I normally don't write reviews, but sometimes something good comes along and deserves to be recognized. Frank and Janet (and everyone who put time into fixing my car) really went above and beyond. I can't imagine better customer service. They really took care of me and my car looks brand new. I will now always recommend them to my family and friends, and if needed will always go back to them. Thank you to every body at Silver Star. I couldn't be happier or more thankful for you guys!!

I just wanna thank Genet and Frankie for literally saving my life in regards to a recent car accident . Not only did they make the process quick, it was also painless. Genet ran point and handled my insurance company and the rental car company as well and Frankie made sure my car looked like new again! I hope I m never in need of their services again personally but I wouldn t hesitate to recommend them to family or friends. Thanks again to the gang at Silver Star Auto in Farmingdale!

This was a true 5 star experience from start to finish. It was my first time walking in there and was treated like a lifelong customer. Frankie is a true veteran of the industry who will go above and beyond for every single customer. Janet in the office was very helpful and always there if I had any questions as well. I found my new go to body shop from now on THANKS AGAIN!!

this place is the best one i ever met . it has the best services and tech here. Really thanks the manager Paul a lot. Paul always gives you the right suggestion and he is so nice and patient. thanks him.when I got my car today, I got a perfect fix hood with beautiful line and perfect match color .(shape change and scratches with my car'hood ,). when i told paul that i felt so happy, the teers is in my eyes. i only pay to fix and paint my hood. the price is very reasonable. besides fix my hood, they fixed my another 2 light scraches and they washed my car . they even make the tires so muc clean. and they adjusted my tire pressure to right one.oh my good. i dont know how to say it. the place is both trusted and trustworthy.i suggest the people who want to get the best services , resultes and price , just come here.

Had body damage at 3ish on a Fri right by their shop and my car was not able to drive with needing to drive 4 hours upstate early Mon morning. The front manager John, drove his own car to check it out and meet me. Walked me through tow and before it even got off of the tow truck, him and the shop manager Misael were looking at it. With a garage full of cars before close, they went right to it and fixed my needed body damage BEFORE 5 OCLOCK THAT DAY and got me back on the road. Both John and Misael went above and beyond for any business to treat their customers. Will easily have my future business after really helping me.

Brought my Honda Accord in to Silver Star and they did a FANTASTIC job! I recommend them to everybody! VERY FAIR AND FRANKIE IS A GREAT GUY TO DO BUSINESS WITH! I RATE SILVER STAR THE HIGHEST POSSIBLE!

I got my front bumper fixed here. The was a huge gap between the bumper and the front light when they hand it back. I told them that the other side wasn't it like this. It to them an extra day to fix it. But if I hadn't noticed they would have not fixed it. So make sure to check carefully

I'm glad I found this place after I got rear ended 2 years ago. They did a B-E-A-U-T-I-F-U-L job. It was as if it never happened. Needless to say, when i was rear ended yet again recently, I did not hesitate to bring it back to them. Thanks Janet, Paul and team.
