We recently purchased a car from here and we had a great experience. Matt- was friendly and helpful, he took the time to answer all of our questions and he made sure that we were happy with the purchase. We would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a car.The staff was friendly and helpful. We were comfortable with the entire process.The dealership was clean and organized. It was easy to find the car that we were interested in and was able to quickly get us a test drive.My Husband did some research before we went to the dealership and we found that their prices were competitive.The financing process was easy and straightforward. They helped us find a financing option that worked for us.Overall, we had a great experience at this place and we would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a car.

Purchased my Cadillac here in August 2023. The sale went well and I was pleased with my experience until I had to bring the car in for service. Went back for an oil change and the blackout package. I was misled by Mike Lugo - he gave me incorrect pricing on three different occasions. The service department s lack of communication in keeping me informed was way below the level of service I expected from this establishment. Initially was told all service would be done in 4 days, then it changed to 2 days but actually took 10 days!! No one called me during that timeframe. The only time I was able to speak with someone in the service department was when I had to track them down by pressing zero for the operator, waiting on hold only to be transferred to voicemail and calling back multiple times before I got a human on the line. Service and communication was very poor and needless to say, I will never return to this dealer for any future services. Mike Lugo was quite rude and gave me incorrect information and it seems he and the service team never communicated with each other. Take your service business elsewhere!

This is the second purchase from this dealership and our experience was great again. John our salesman is phenomenal, he makes you feel like family from the minute you walk in until delivery of your vehicle. Vic in finance was terrific. Our salesman, Chris Henderson, worked tirelessly to get us the very best deal on our new car. Everything he promised, he delivered. He was clear, direct and very personable. I usually dread having to deal with car salesman every time I need to renew my lease. However, this last time at Sarant Cadillac was different. My salesman Dominic Vivo was wonderful. No stress or doubletalk. Very upfront. I recommend him to anyone looking to buy/lease a Cadillac.

My salesman, Matthew Ryan Exemplifies the professional, and personal experience I look for in a car salesman. Matthew Did not try to sell me a car. He wanted to sell me the car that I wanted and when he didn t have it, he went out of his way to find one in Pennsylvania and went and got it and delivered to me on the promised date I cannot thank him enough for great experience, a great vehicle, and maybe even become a good friend.

As always, Tony and the rest of the folks at the Service Department at Sarant Cadillac did a wonderful job. I brought my car in for service, relaxed in their friendly customer waiting area for a few hours and, before I knew it, the car was ready to go, along with a complimentary car wash for the interior and exterior of the car. That's customer service the way it should be!

I brought in my 2020 XT6 for new tires, alignment and oil change. The original tires had over 47,000 miles on them, still had tread left, but with winter here why chance it? I was in the shop at 9, and everything was done by 11:30, maybe a little sooner. Efficient, friendly service, it's appreciated.

From the start The Sarant team was amazing. Upon arrival I was immediately guided in the right direction where they answered all my questions and concerns. The service team had me in and out within a hour . Definitely recommend The Sarant team for all your needs. 5 stars for sure!!

I am a first time Cadillac owner and I have to say, I was not impressed with the service area of this dealership, for a luxury dealership I was underwhelmed with the surroundings and the lack of customer service. I was barely looked at when I walked in, then told to wait in a sitting area - with decrepit furniture and a few snacks thrown in a basket. The bathroom was backed up and when I told the girl at the desk she didn't even she offer an alternative bathroom to use. GROSS! I never spoke with my service rep until after I inquired on what was going on. My car came back filthy, it needed a car wash when I brought it in admittedly, but I have had other luxury cars and my car was always returned to me sparkling clean after service. Not to mention offered food, coffee, beverages, manicures, and computer use while I waited. (Lexus in RVC). When I asked about a car wash he said he would have to see if there was anyone available to bring it to a car wash down the road or he could give me a voucher for the next time I came in, SMH - To say that I am extremely disappointed is an understatement. I guess I have high expectations after being spoiled by Lexus.

I had a very lousy experience with this company, especially with MIKE HUGO, who handles car loans at the company. In the second week after purchasing a car, I discovered that I had been misled and approached him to rectify the situation by canceling certain unnecessary packages.While he initially agreed to assist, I never received a refund despite numerous follow-up calls. The interactions with Mike Lugo were consistently rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional. After a month or two, he finally decided to address my refund request but claimed he needed additional documents. Despite immediately providing the required documents, the refund did not materialize. In a face-to-face encounter at the office, he dismissed my concerns, stating I was wasting his time and instructing me to wait.To my dismay, this situation persisted, and when I contacted the general manager, they asserted they never received my cancellation request, Moreover, MIKE LUGO's behavior included shouting at me on the phone while asserting his professionalism. I am genuinely shocked at the unprofessional service I received despite spending tens of thousands of dollars. I now have serious concerns that my refund may have been misappropriated.If the manager does not address this matter promptly, I am prepared to take legal action to resolve the issue.

If you want POOR customer service this dealership is for you. I have a 2022 Cadillac Escalde but because I didn't buy my car from them they don't want to honor any type of loaner car. I advise them car is making very awkward noise which will result to a big service job which is profitable work. THEY DONT CARE .Is it my fault they had no cars in 2022 to purchase ?

Service was excellent. This is our third three year lease, second with Dina campanaro. Dina made the new lease transition for us as smooth and efficient as we have ever seen. She is a professional with a wonderful way of dealing with customers. She answered all of our questions and instructed us on any changes with our new car. We will certainly continue to come back to Sarant

Sean was excellent as a service advisor! It seems that the job they did replacing the cabin air filter was good. I cant tell because i don't know where it is located and the cabin freshness was not terrible before it was replaced. As far as the detail job goes, it was not as I expected. The interior of my car is always clean, but there was a line on the passenger front seat like a pencil mark. It was still there when I picked up the car, I easily removed it with a wet cloth, which tells me the person doing the job didn t see it or didn t even tried to clean it. There are still stains on the exterior that i will now have to remove with a compound job. Plus there was a dirty spot on the roof by the tailgate that i was able to wipe off with a wet cloth. The detailer gets 3 stars out of 10!

Customer service is absolutely horrible. I am blessed to be able to work with multiple dealerships on a regular and customer service goes such a long way These people literally scream at you over the phone about updating an address. Yes, updating an address.We requested this change immediately upon seeing that it was incorrect and yet a week later getting screamed at over the phone.Unacceptable to say the least.

Very poor service. I drove there on July 29th to repair the engine and repaired my air-conditioning and refrigeration system. There was no news on August 19th. I called today and said that the practice was completed, but the air-conditioning of the car over there Still bad, no explanation! Really very poor service,

The people that work there are very knowledgeable and honest. I just purchased a new 2023 Escalade. My salesperson was Dina. She knew every inch of the car and took the time to show me and explain everything. Their receptionist Darlene is very professional and can answer most questions without me waiting to speak with others. Antonio the Manager is just a great person and gave me the best price he could possibly give. Vic the finance person was also a great pleasure to work with. No one was pushy.
