Had an insurance photo inspection competed today. Rag s was great. Took less than 10 minutes. Did not have to make appointment. Everything was competed right at the car. No forms to complete. Great place!

This is my second time going to Rav s Auto. I brought my elderly neighbor s car to them. I would like to say that they are customer friendly, they take time to explain the car issues to you, and they are knowledgeable. I am very happy with their work. Rav s Auto will now be the go-to mechanic for my family and I. They are honest, reliable, prices are great, and they will not overcharge for their work. I will be recommending them to family and friends.

I had to get a photo taken for insurance reasons, so I looked up Rav s and gave them a call. Immediately got an appointment for that day. When I walked in, he remembered me from the phone (BY NAME!) and told me to wait until he was finished with another customer. I think I waited maybe 2 minutes, if even, and was greeted by the same man with an apology for taking too long . This man was probably one of the nicest people I ve ever met. Perfect service across the board. Cannot recommend Rav s any higher. Go there with FULL confidence! He gave perfect service for JUST an insurance photo. 10/10.

Very pleased with my visit today for a photo inspection. I was there a little early and they were ready for me in less than 5 minutes. The young man taking the photos & my information was very polite, and was done in 15 minutes. Would highly recommend to anyone needing to have this done.

I had to get two cars photo inspected due to an insurance change . I called Rav on a Saturday, they gave me an appointment for the same day . They even helped me download the inspection photos to my insurance carrier . Great experience will definitely use them in the future .

Great service. They diagnose the issue correctly and corrected the issue. They were super accommodating to my schedule and it was really easy to book an appointment. During the day of pickup, I was running really late due to the 9/29 downpour. The owner stayed way past closing time so that I could pick it up. I really appreciate the extra effort to make their customers happy. This place is a little gem and will certainly book again for any further issue for my audi.

Rav did a very good job taking pictures of my car for the insurance company. He was exceptionally helpful explaining how the insurance company gets notified, carefully took my information, told me how to follow up with the insurance company to make sure they received the report and made sure I received an email copy of the report before I left. I would highly recommend Rav Auto Corp on Allen Blvd in Farmingdale, NY

I had an outstanding experience at Rav's Auto. I brought my car in the other day and the service I received on my car was top-notch. It was very quick and easy. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. They explained everything in detail and delivered my car back in excellent condition. I highly recommend Rav's Auto for their exceptional service and expertise and I will definitely be returning for any future work on my cars. A trustworthy and reliable auto body shop in every way!
