I got in contact with Nick at Precision auto sales looking to buy a Volkswagen they had. Upon arrival the staff members were very helpful and knowledgeable, car looked just as good as it was in the pictures. I test drove the vehicle and the following day I picked it up. Very easy and painless experience and I m looking forward to doing more business with them in the future!

Also inquired about the jeep wrangler like person below me just wow is all I can say;Edit: first of all you have a terrible tone second I should have looked up this company s other one star reviews before even making the trip here and three I was willing to put down $1000 not $100 for a used Jeep Cherokee with 122k miles listed at $5k why would I put anymore down for a used up vehicle as it is. Learn to talk properly to consumers and you d have better business and I ll be leaving the one star review have the day you deserve.

Vehicle was as advertised and in excellent condition! An 05 that drove brand new! Dan was easy to work with and has his customer s best interests at heart. I would recommend to anyone and certainly would buy from again!

What a great, family-owned business! Sal and son Nick were very professional and personable. I missed an opportunity to purchase a Volvo XC90 that had already sold, but they had another coming in and asked if I wanted to see it. I had the opportunity to see the vehicle and discuss the detailing of the car. They delivered just as discussed and ensured the car was road ready. Nick treated me like an educated consumer. After 30 years and eight vehicle purchases, I finally found a dealer that listened and acknowledged my wishes. I highly recommend Precision Auto Sales of NY.

Called about a 2006 jeep wrangler that i saw on line. Exactly what i wanted. Called them they said oh that jeep sold two weeks ago. I said they should take it off line . Someone that worked there agreed. Two weeks later i see the same jeep listed. Might not be wrong,but i question the integrity of this place. Would not recommend or buy from them

I never leave reviews for anything, but I ll make an exception. I bought a 4 x 4 van one-of-a-kind from precision auto sales. Everything was taken care of soup to nuts paperwork. No problem. I had an issue with the truck a couple of days later without question they took the truck back. Gave it to their mechanics did whatever is necessary and got it back on my hands as soon as possible soon as possible. Very pleased with my truck and the service that was provided.

Purchased a low mileage Mercedes for my Granddaughter and could not be happier. Nick, Sal, and Dan were wonderful to deal with. They are not your typical high pressure used car salesmen. They let us road test the vehicle without hesitation and made the entire purchase process a wonderful experience. Thanks gentlemen!

The owners of Precision Auto Sales were so wonderful to deal with. They were honest and went above and beyond to make buying a used car easy. There were a few things that we requested to have esthetically fixed before the purchase, which they did and they even provided us with a new oil change and brake pads. Highly recommend!

Precision auto sales is the best place to purchase a vehicle, hands down! A great, family owned business, very professional, and of course, most importantly, reliable cars! I bought a 2005 Subaru Forester with 77,000 miles and drove it across country a week after purchasing and not one issue. Wouldn t think of buying a car anywhere else in NY besides these guys. GREAT experience

Precision Auto Sales Of NY had my car for 20 days. Repairs were done well thanks to Hardman's Auto Electric Service . Sal is your stereotypical used car salesman. Shook me down for $700 towards repairs that should be covered by the warranty at purchase because "this is a big job,". Told me car wouldn't get fixed "right " if I didn't give him money. Why should I pay? " That's how life is " is his response. Cash is all he would take and right in his pocket it went. He likes to tell you "I'm the owner " a lot. Couple tanks of gas and who knows how much in tolls for all involved. STAY AWAY!!!

Bought a truck here about 2 years ago, now the clearcoat and stuff is fading off. They painted over rust and thats starting to show. I paid top dollar for the truck and expected it to be in great shape. Power locks needed replaced, window motors needed fixed, tires dry rotted. Also charged me more for delivery than the delivery people charged. Alot of stuff i didnt expect to have to fix right away. I made a mistake buying here and hopefully i can save someone else the trouble.

We had an excellent experience with Precision Auto sales. We bought a 2013 Volvo XC90 with 18000 miles and are so happy with our purchase. This is a family owned dealer: the owner Sal and his two sons. They are good honest people, not pushy at all. Keep in mind you will need to communicate via an interpreter which was our first experience doing that. We definitely recommend this dealer and would go back to them again.

Very shady place stay away from these people. Do not put a deposit down on a car here they will not honor it . They do not know how to do business. I was told by nick that Financing is a problem for them but had a conversation with Dan yesterday saying that financing was easy and no problem. They told me I could not finance the car Then they had some woman call me and feed me more shady stuff. Don't understand why they couldn't be honest from the start and say we don't do financing lol Never have I experienced such shady stuff at a dealership. Don't waste your time here plenty of other dealerships who do good honest business

I cannot begin to express how painless this truck purchase was. I dealt with Dan from beginning to end he answered any question I had whether it was something stupid or something important he had an answer and it was honest. I ve purchased a couple of vehicles in the past from other dealerships and it s been headaches every time so I was dreading this but when I tell you it was painless, it was the easiest thing I ve ever done. Any questions I had regarding the finance or regarding paying he was able to answer them any questions I had about the vehicle he was able to answer them as well. Big shout out to Dan and his family for helping me out. Dan treated me like we ve been friends for years and I ll be sure to be back.

It was such a pleasure to work with an honest and straightforward car dealership for once. These guys were true to their word. I traveled from New Jersey to this place of business to purchase a car. They gave me a great price and were quick with the paperwork. No BS! And the pressure was extremely low as the other reviews have said here. They handed me the keys and let me drive and review the car as much as I wanted on my own. This is definitely a great place to buy used car.

These guys are great- I ve bought 3 used cars in my life and I can say this is by far the best experience I ve had. I knew what I wanted, a used 05 accord, and they went above and beyond on helping me get it. I even had an issue with my insurance and they took almost two hours of their time to help resolve it. Honest and hilarious guys as well.

I was helped by Nick, he made me feel very comfortable throughout my car buying process as there was no pressure to buy and i didn't feel rushed into making a decision. He provided the car fax on request and had information on the car ready to go! The dealership made the purchasing process easy and didn't play any games (which most used car dealers do).Final price was exactly as negotiated and had no last minute surprises.They were very professional and polite which i greatly appreciate! 10/10 would buy another car from them again. Highly recommended for your next used car purchase.

This shop is the best. Sold us the vehicle we wanted at a fair price, answered all questions about previous history. Had their mechanic at their expense do an extensive check of systems and components. Patiently went through all our on site questions before we drove it out. And the car was super clean inside and out. I'd go to them again in a heartbeat.

I purchased a 2007 Lexus with 72000 miles from them in May 2021. They included a 30 day warranty on engine & power train. Not only did they change the brake pads but they said the front rotors needed to be changed too NO EXTRA CHARGE!A week later my check engine light goes on. The dealer took care of it right away - his mechanic said it needed two new CO2 sensorsgot the parts in a few days did the install and all is good! NO CHARGE!!!!And no argument about taking care of my car!I highly recommend this company!

First let me start by saying don t believe the reviews before me at least the negative ones because it almost stopped me from driving there. I just purchased a 2004 Expedition XLT with only 64,000. This is such a rear car to find with such low mileage. I bought the car at sticker price which is what my bank valued it at. The Owners son does the selling, he is very personable and made conversation the entire time. He was very interactive with my kids which they can be handful most of the time. He even gave them little car fax fixes which they loved and were actually pretty cute. The car runs amazing, he didn t pressure me into buying anything and knew I meant business right away. He let me test drive the car in which I floored it multiple times to ensure there were no hidden issues.This dealership is amazing and I will purchase all of my used vehicles from them going forward. They really gave some gems on the lot. I found this car on Craigslist too. Thank you precision auto sales.

Very happy with my Honda Pilot! Dealt with Nick who made the whole transaction as seamless as possible. Took his time to explain all the features of the vehicle. I looked at many vehicles before coming to Precision and I'm happy I took the hour and a half drive from the Bronx. The car was ready and cleaned for me on the day I was ready to pick it up. Definitely reccomend this dealer to anyone looking for a great used car. Love my car!

I bought a car 2 months ago from here that I haven t been able to register because it will not pass my states emissions requirements. There are several thousands in repairs the car needs to pass. Help is impossible to get a hold of, the customer service is incredibly rude and actually hung up on me a couple of times. I had to drive back to the dealer from 2 hours away, because the customer service people kept blowing me off...all I wanted was get my money back that I put toward the registration and state taxes. Once I showed up Dan willingly with no issues refunded me that money. Come to find out after the third time It failed its inspection it needs even more repairs and all I get on the phone is I can t help you . None of the cars air/cabin filters were even replaced when I bought it. Use caution, I bought a car here and cannot even get it through inspection/registered. I rarely leave reviews but this place left me no choice. I never hassled anyone to repair the car, the first time I did ask I basically got laughed at on the phone and said that was 2 months ago...yet it s been the same issue that s been on record from when I bought the car, plus many more building up. I was also told I need a better mechanic when I have one of the best in New England who has the highest certification on the type of car.List of things wrong with the car (some have nothing to do with the inspection but none the less...very unacceptable)All 4 window regulators - $454Ecu - $1,400Fuel pump and entire housing (wrong one installed on car causing check engine) -$400O2 sensor -$56Air filters-$45Muffler fell apart on way home -150$2,505 in parts alone, these are without labor....and I spent 5,800 on the car.

I changed my mind about buying a car from them and they are refusing to return $500 deposit. After reading their bad reviews and seeing how they operate, I am glad it only got to this point.Edit: Not lying like the owner says in his reply. I changed my mind about buying the car and they refused to refund my deposit unless I came in person. I checked with the credit card company and they confirmed that I shouldn't have to go in person for a refund. These guys are shysters and these are the facts.

Advised me my car only took supreme after I paid the man. Check engine light came in a week later. And now it's been almost a year and the car engine went even though we did all scheduled maintenance engine still went now they don't even call me back or my husband less then a year that should not happen to any car in less then year. These guys are a RIP OFF PLEASE ADVISE ALL PRECISION AUTO IS NOT A TRUST WORTH DEALER. Do Not Go Save Your Self...

If I could give these guys 0 stars I would - my fianc� had purchased a car and we drove over two hours to pick it up from where we live. Everyone seemed so nice and helpful at first - until problems with the car started to happen once it did not pass emissions just days after. Three emissions tests later with no luck, we have contacted this dealership numerous times with either no response, or if we do get a response, they are rude and say that there is nothing that they can do to help us and we have had them hang up on us countless times. This dealership does not deserve to be in business considering these guys are absolute crooks and they screw over innocent people just for their money.
