Lou was a huge help in my time of need. I read the reviews first and of course there were some bad ones but not bad enough to keep me from going to see things for myself and Thank God I did. Lou was very helpful and knowledgeable. Even gave me some knowledge about what I should look at in my car to stay on top of things and he was fast. I was in and out

As a driver for 32 years and using many various auto shops, all I can say is that this location has my business for life. The techs, the service and the pricing was great. They went above and beyond and did NOT try to upsell me on unnecessary services. By far the best Jiffy Lube, the best techs and best service around. Thank you for helping me find my permanent auto shop, you guys are truly amazing!

Just had my oil changed and Lou and his team were so helpful and sweet! They knew who I was and pulled up my information right away, made it clear, easy, quick and as cost effective as possible! Fantastic team and service and extremely friendly would absolutely recommended!!!

The shop I went to is outstanding. I travel out of my way to go there. They are way more efficient and quick than the last shop I went to which was much closer to my home. I highly recommend these guys to everyone.

Making two reviews, I m beyond angry!!!!!!!! Lou who apparently a manager there took advantage of me and not okay!!!! I asked for oil change that it!!! He gave me the top synthetic oil while I just wanted the basic synthetic. Wait it gets worst. Then after he finished my oil change he comes inside with my car filter. I did not tell him to take out my car filter and bring inside to tell me I need new filter! Best part was it was pretty clean. I got it done the last oil change! I know for fact he has to ask before taking my filter out without asking me. I was shocked! Also said I needed anti freeze I agreed to fill up but realized after fact how cheap was to buy on my own. I was furious. I can t believe he is manager and took my filter out without my permission!!

The techs were horrible. My 2011 Escape was on a left angled down. I mentioned this and the tech insisted it was flat. They didn t check ANYTHING. I told them the oil was to be 5w20. The amount of oil they put in was suspiciously low to me so as soon as I left I gasses up the car and checked the oil. It was on the refill level. I went back angry, showed your techs the level and he put more oil in. When I left I saw the receipt it was 5w30 which is NOT RECOMMENDED FOR MY CAR.I wanted to try JiffyLube as my usual service is Valvoline. NEVER AGAIN.I immediately went to Valvoline and had the do the correct oil change ( that I did not need to tell them) to the 5W20. They did the usual great job,of checking the lights tire pressure filters etc that your techs never did. I am writing a negative review and plan to fight the charges. This franchise is an embarrassment to your franchise team and I am disgusted.

So I have to start with saying I travel 20 miles - 40 mins to these guys (an hour or more during prime time traffic) - I ve been using Lou and his crew for over a year now and I must say they are the most knowledgeable, honest, professional and coolest cats u could ever encounter in the industry.When u pull up everyone knows their position in the bays and knows exactly what to do. I met a new guy (John) and watching Lou train him was priceless. He treats his guys with respect and instills them with hands-on knowledge all the while maintaining a cool work place environment.Bravo to the Farmingdale Jiffy Lube crew. I come here religiously for all my car maintenance needs. This place is great and the employees are very personable. The manager Lou is a great and knowledgeable man who understands every service the company offers and what is right for you. It s comforting to know that I am getting the best and affordable needs for my car.They also have a lounge and it s always clean!

By far the easiest and most seamless oil change I ve ever gotten done. Levi and Garrett and the crew they had working under them took care of my car as if it was their own. Oil change was ok. Lobby area wasn't so clean and car making noises like something is loose after I left and got on the high way. Couldn't go back because my children were tired and wanted to go home.

Came in quick one day while I had some time and I was not disappointed. Loui was able to not only help me get an oil change but he also checked out other things on my car that needed to be replaced/fixed. I visited on a Sunday and I brought two vehicles my 2016 Jeep Sahara and 2018 Cadillac Escalade. Had my 4 yr old too! The waiting area was clean and had treats ! It was a painless process!

They are always kind, courteous, and professional! The service here is absolutely exceptional. It's quick in and out for an oil change and I know it's going to be done right.
