I was referred to Bayport Auto Repair & Service because I was searching for an honest and reliable mechanic. After speaking to Mr. Mohamed, we discussed all the details of the repairs needed to be done.Later, my car was completely repaired. I'm totally satisfied!! Mr. Mohamed and his experienced team are a class above all. I highly recommend them.

i had an amazing experience, Mohamed is a truly kind and honest man. i have no idea about cars and many mechanics have taken advantage of my lack of knowledge not Mohamed, he actually took the time and showed me the problem and explained what he needs to do to fix it and gave me the most amazing price and threw in a free oil change!! now my car is driving smoother than ever and im thrilled!! i will only go here from now on!!

Mohammed was super helpful and kind, didn t overcharge me for unnecessary fixes, and explained everything to me clearly. The woman at the front desk was very sweet and helpful as well. Great place with great people!

I was recommended this auto repair shop by a relative, who also spoke highly of the services performed here. Friendly, flexible staff, honest workers, and always ready to help! All issues with my car were explained in laymen's terms and solutions were readily offered (whether by the shop or by referring out). Every single 5 star rating is well earned!! Mohammed is literally the most honest mechanic/human being that I know. The customer service given by he and his family are top shelf. In addition to exceptional customer service, and superior body work (my car rides perfectly!), Mohammed has a consistent system of built in integrity. I cannot tell you how many times I thought something was wrong with my car only to be told "nope" after a thorough inspection, and then being politely sent away without being charged. Also, because of their stellar customer service, Bayport Auto is always packed, yet Mohammed always finds a way to take my car in. I will NEVER allow another team to touch my Baby, lol.... The team is all pleasant and wonderful. Clean shop, nice waiting room / office. Actual secretary that's easy to deal with.Always get my oil changes, inspections and repairs done here. Reasonable, professional and even let me schedule.Very happy I found them.

My daughter had an accident & Mohammed did an amazing job repairing the car like brand new in just 3 days at a great price. Other bodyshops would've charged much more. He is a true gentleman and delivers what he promises.

I had the most amazing experience at Bayport Auto Repair. The staff was so nice and were jumping to help me. I got an inspection for my car and it only took 10 minutes! Bayport Auto is a great auto repair shop! I'm there very often with old cars and Mohammed takes very good care of them. He also is very knowledgeable and helpful. Great service!!! Great staff!!

Mohammed is the nicest and most honest mechanic I have ever dealt with. I went because my car needed a boost to start and he told me that both of my car batteries (yes I have two batteries in my minivan) need to be replaced. He then proceeded to show me using his diagnostic machine. Then he checked my mileage and told me that my car is probably under warranty and I should check to see if it will be covered by the dealer. He saved me a lot of money. I have used him for everything in the past, but this experience just showed me his goodness. He's great!Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Battery

This shop is honest and fair.They replaced my struts and shocks at a more than fair price. Came back a second time for another issue after going over a very large pothole. The shop took my car in even though the were very busy. They were able to find the problem recommend how to fix it and charged me nothing. Mohammad is the most honest and helpful mechanic I have met in Queens. He is absolutely the best. He will not charge you anything extra, and will try to diagnose the problem before giving you any quotes and whatever quote he gives is, is the best you can get. His service is very very good. We highly recommend Bayport Auto. My husband has been taking his car to them for years and today they repaired the muffler on my car. It's a family run operation (Mohammed and his son and wife) and we find that they are honest, decent people who do great work. Their prices are competitive, and often cheaper and they get you in and out as quickly as possible. Best mechanic in Farrockaway. This is the only shop I would trust with my car. All work is done to the highest standard with fair prices. Mohammad Is very reliable and him nor his staff would ever try to charge for unnecessary fixes like other mechanics would do! Take your car to this shop your won t regret it!! I've been going here for so many years never had a problem. I'm ALWAYS satisfied with my services from Junior and Mohammed. Best people I've ever met in my life very trust worthy and kind. I've left money in my car before and it's been exactly how I left it nothing missing. If theirs anything wrong with my car they will let me know they do not over charge at all. I've been to dealers before and I've always been over charged. I am so glad to have met Junior and Mohammed. I feel right at home when I go here. I always recommend them to people I know and they are always also satisfied with their services as well. They deserve nothing but 5 stars!

I cannot say enough how glad I am someone recommended this place to me. I have a 2015 Prius that I recently drove out from the west coast. The check engine light came on so I took it to a Toyota Dealership in Queens that shall remain nameless. After charging me $160 for a diagnostic they gave me a list of several things that needed repair, including a new purge valve that they wanted to charge me over $1,000 to replace. Thankfully, I decided to get a second opinion and after asking around a coworker recommended Bayport. Mohamed looked it over (free of charge!) and told me that aside from needing an oil change there was nothing wrong with my car. This man is an honest mechanic who won't push all sorts of costly, unnecessary repairs on you for the sake of business. That's a rare and wonderful thing.Service: Auto engine diagnostic
