I've had two repairs done at this shop now. I love this place! I couldn't recommend an auto shop more. They are easy to work with and are very FAST and reliable. They don't try to charge you extra for anything.. honestly . The quote they gave me is the price I've paid...and they leave you muffins on your dashboard when you pick up your vehicle!Moore's automotive R U L E S.

This is the first time I have used this auto repair shop. I needed my winter tires put on. When we called we assumed maybe later in the week or next week even ... but no they had an opening that day. They were so professional and fast. I was so impressed. Also the place is so clean. Like I wanted to sit and wait just to enjoy coffee and a muffin.I was surprised with muffins when I got in to pick up my vechial.Wow we are totally coming here from now on.

I have been here for a few different things in the last few months and they have been super great. Angie is always super sweet, polite and always helpful. I drop my car off in the morning and what needed done is done by the end of my work day. My alignment somehow got messed up again and they took care of it. Very honest and respectable. It's hard to find an honest shop to take your car to but at Moore's Auto you can count on a quote and explanation before the work is even completed. We took our Jeep over to Moore's after being quoted over $500 bucks to get our rear brakes done at I-86. Not only were they professional with quick and friendly service, they were half the cost! Our entire family will be using them moving forward! Thank you Moore's we are happy to have finally found a good garage!

Having lost trust in our dealership service department, we took our car to Moore's for Chris to assess the situation. We trust his honest, and fair diagnosis of our vehicle. The savings for the same work recommended and estimated by Moore's was substantial...around $400 saved by taking our car to Chris. Most importantly, we trust that the work will be done with great skill. Best experience ever! (and we even were treated to some delicious homemade muffins baked by Angie) We are impressed and will be back.

This is the best auto repair shop in the area by far! Angie is so friendly and she explains everything. They truly care about their customers and are not out to make money. They are honest and tell you what needs to be done and don t add on repairs that are unnecessary. My first visit was wonderful! Prices are very reasonable. They were able to get the exact tires I wanted and found I had a bad wheel bearing. I was quite relieved when Angie said they could replace the wheel bearing while they had my vehicle and I wouldn't have to make another appointment to have it done. Angie is very sweet and helpful! The muffins that were left on my dash were delicious also!

Trusting your vehicle to a shop that you have never been to before can be a stressful experience. You won't have that problem here. Phone calls are returned very quickly (if not answered immediately), estimates are given quickly and explained very thoroughly, prices are good, work is done properly. Moores is exactly the kind of business you wish every business was. Clean, professional, welcoming and friendly, efficient, cost effective, and with wonderful customer service. This is exactly the kind of shop I dreamed of owning when I was younger. After my repair work, my truck drives like it did when I first got it! Thank you Chris and Angie. Don't forget to try Angie's home-made muffins, they are fantastic! My husband and I were Chris' VERY FIRST customers! He was very honest and dependable. His prices were extremely reasonable. The day we were moving from NY to Ga our car began having problems. We took it to Chris and he had us on our way in no time. He didn't even charge us because he wanted to do that for us to show his appreciation for us being his 1st customers. We miss having such a dependable mechanic we can count on!!!

Chris & Angie Moore have a great business. He is known for doing the job right and being honest about the work he needs to do. He has rebuilt a few cars we have owned and treats you with a competent and caring manner. He welcomes questions if you have them, and always seems to have a smile no matter what the situation!

I travel a lot for work and have difficulty getting my two company vehicles serviced; the minivan needs to be quick so I can allow my employees to use it and the Cargovan is about 8' tall and often hard to get in to the shop.Moore's automotive not only stayed late one day to fix our tire emergency, but they also have the best customer service of anywhere I've been anywhere in the country. They treat you like an honored guest and make sure you're getting the best service they can provide.A couple highlights: I was given fresh/homemade muffins to take home to snack on and they drove my car around the block to make sure that the wheel was put back on correctly. Amazing.If you're within 2-hours of Moore's Automotive it is well worth your time to travel out to have them service your vehicles.

Amazing, friendly service! I brought my vehicle in to get inspected, knowing it needed work. Moore's took care of everything, kept me informed, and told me about some things to keep an eye on that would be needing attention in the future. I'm very pleased and will definitely be going back!

Good people and good service. They have done check engine lights, air conditioner compressor, alignment, oil changes, and other stuff that kept both of my cars on the road. They are always upfront and do the work that I tell them to do - no more and no less. They are simply fantastic!

I have only been in Falconer, NY for five years and still am finding good trustworthy businesses for everything I need. I needed someone to help with finding how the rain was getting into my trunk. I will say you are getting a lot up here. What a surprise with everything and a people I will go back to. They were trustworthy and he did a caring excellent job. Even the price made me whistle for it was much less than I expected. Honesty goes a long way. And there was even a good ending for he had a very good down to earth secretary and helper, his wife. Other than that, the car is fixed.

Just a few words about Chris and his family. He and his wife run a top notch garage and I have been with him since the beginning. He is someone I trust and I'm thrilled to have him as my car guy.It's just one less thing I have to worry about.They are the most honest people in the business and in life. They're honest, kind and do great work. Prices are competitive and the work is reliable. I wish the community would respect these wonderful people by wearing masks when they come in to their shop. I'm in the waiting room waiting and 1/2 of the people that have come in don't wear masks which is very disrespectful to some wonderful people.

If honesty and integrity is as important to you as quality workmanship, then I would recommend this service without reservation. New to Jamestown, I went to Chris and Angie upon the recommendation of my daughter who has been using this service for years. I wasn't disappointed in the least even though my auto required more work (and expense) than I anticipated. The point is, they had my complete trust and, for me, that meant everything. Five stars PLUS for this couple!

They do an amazing job on all your automotive needs! Fast friendly service from start to finish is what this team offers, fair prices with quality work! I had a valve stem replaced and they even found me a new donut for my van!

Great Service! Took my car in for a minor repair and was going to wait for it. I expected to be there quite a while thinking they would have to get a part. I was in and out much faster than expected. Price was very reasonable as well!

Chris is incredibly thorough. He is very honest, transparent, and fair with his pricing. Just a great guy to deal with. If you genuinely care about the longevity of your vehicle, then Moore's Automotive is the place to go.

My check engine light had been on in my Toyota Avalon for a couple of months. I took the car to a private mechanic, but he was not able to find the location of the evaporation leak. I then took the car to the dealership and was provided with a quote of $1380 to have the evap leak corrected. After seeing several facebook friends recommend Moore's, I decided to take my car there before I agreed to have the car fixed at the dealership. Not only did Moore's figure out that the diagnosis from the dealership was incorrect, but the cost to fix the car at Moore's was substantially lower than it would've been at the dealership. My check engine light is now off! Angie is very pleasant, Chris is very thorough, and the waiting area is clean and relaxing. As an added bonus, the whole family enjoyed the complimentary homemade muffins!

Moore s Automotive is the only place I will take my vehicles to have work done. They go above and beyond every time! They always get you right in and are very knowledgeable and trustworthy. Give them a try. You will be glad you did!

Friendly from the time you walk in till you leave. The establishment was clean and service was done really quickly. They are not like most garages, they preformed service I needed done , and didn t try to sell me things I didn t need. As a woman who is mechanical I know what my truck needs at all times. I have not had service work done here. I stopped to purchase gift certificates fot oil changes as gits. However, it was a nice new facility. Very clean and the receptionist was very nice. I would not hesitate to try them the next time I need work done on my vehicle.

I was in town visiting family and needed to have my brakes replaced. I was only in town for two days and these guys squeezed me in and did the job in one day. If you re looking for an honest mechanic who values his customers more than a fee extra dollars, this is the place to go.

Moore's is the place you can take your car when nobody else in town can fix it . Chris is great at finding those check engine problems . This is what you are always looking for a small town trustworthy shop with all of the abilities of the larger chains. We have taken every vehicle for at least ten years and have always experienced honesty, the best price (will even tell you if he's not) and a quick turn time.

After moving here from Williamsport PA. we needed to find a family Dr. for our cars. Moores was the perfect choice. Great service from the initial phone call to schedule service to picking my truck up. Right down to the home-made cupcake on the dash. They even completed the work under the estimated price. Highly recommend giving them a call for your auto needs....get more from Moores...lol, couldn't resist
