We came here because of a roadside emergency. The salesman came out with tools helped us secure the bottome of the car and got us on the road in ten minutes. Did not hesitate. Amazing! What great people. Customer service like this is rare. Really appreciated them!

Steve and staff were so great. Was an easy buy process since we lived out of state. Would recommend to anyone who is looking for any bike, UTV or outdoor recreation equipment. Love love love

Was not the best experience ever for the first time buying of a harley. The sales manager would not get ahold of me and plainly lied to me about stuff he was not very professional at all. At the end of the sale almost 3wks later I was finally able to pick my motorcycle up with the help of the owner of jamestown n a salesman he assigned to me. The motor clothes girl was absolutely amazing though very helpful with all your clothing needs. If every employee of jamestown harley was like her it would be an amazing place to shop. I personally won't buy there again and def won't send anyone there to buy anything

I traveled from Erie pa to get my motorcycle repaired @ Harley Davidson of Jamestown after a shop (not Harley of Erie) jacked my heritage Softail's trans drain plug then tried to quote me 5x the cost to fix it. Well worth the time to travel and get something fixed right the first time. Todd was amazing to work with and made this a very enjoyable experience for what it was.

Harley feels like a place of friends! Santa at Harley has become a tradition we do with my daughter( first visit at 4 days old... That was 4 years ago). Not only do I take my bike here in the warmth, I pick up goodies and visit in the cold.

"I said this was about service, which it is. I check in for routine maintenance, along with problem calls (one major rebuild included after I hit a deer). And have always come out happy and with a fully functional ride. You guys are awesome. But also a shout out to parts. They always find what I need, and more importantly what I want! "Had my bike in for dyno tune after completing the Stage 1. Answered every question I had. Gave me information I didn't know I needed (but did) and they were very expeditious. So far the best service department I've worked with yet. "

We came here for the 'trunk or treat' event on Halloween. The staff was wonderful & inviting, my son who is scared of everything even relaxed and had fun. Loved all the bikes, and clothes they had.

This is the only one place I will ever go for service or when we are ready for a new bike! Guaranteed you will be wowed every time!Thanks again Tim (Service Mgr) for helping me when our battery went dead an hour south of the dealership in PA.. Your professional driver Craig picked me up, brought me in, Tim and his guys made the repair fast! It was like a nascar pit crew, three guys were on it and was on my way home. Absolutely awesome! Will never forget!

I just got my first Harley from this dealership. Everything they did was fantastic! They made sure I was taking every correct step, went over the bike with me, showed me around the floor and had me meet some of the people who are an integral part of the dealership. Steed and Melinda were very patient as my insurance were making mistakes. Everyone felt welcoming, and ringing the bell for my first Harley was an incredible feeling. Getting to talk to everyone made the experience more fun and like I was already apart of a community. Thank you everyone!

Stopped in on the way of a multi-state trip. We were greeted by a sales guy when he opened a garage door to roll out a bike. Welcome to Jamestown H-D . By the time I was out of the very clean men s room- I could hear my wife chatting it up with the apparel specialist upstairs. I don t recall her name, but dang- her energy for a Tuesday after a Memorial weekend was contagious! This is the kind of dealership we so enjoy walking into. -The wife and I have rode all 48 states on our separate Harley-Davidson s, Mexico and Canada and stopped in dealers in nearly all- We really enjoy the amazing experiences at them like this one in Jamestown. The selection of gear and bikes is impressive & you really should shop motor clothes & accessories to be wowed & treated like a VIP.

While I have never personal purchased a motorcycle here, I have been to several events including the 1st 5k last year and some of the car/motorcycle shows. The staff seems pleasant and the showroom has a nice layout.

I had an outstanding experience today 3/30/2022. Call about a part yesterday and found it in stock. Unfortunately when I arrived today it in fact wasn't what I needed. The guys in parts attempted to find the correct piece that I needed to repair my turn signal. Eventually it was taken back to the shop and a replacement was found and my signal was repaired and I was on my way. Thank you for the kind and professional help. Always a pleasure to deal with such a great bunch of folks.

I paid for a stater sellaniod New. Waited 7 days to get it. Installed it. When I used the starter button the starter engaged and would not stop. Had to disconnect the negative cable what took long enough to burn up my starter. Brand New sellaniod missing a spring. Thanks for selling me a bad part and burning up my starter.. thanks

I'd been going to Jamestown HD for a while with my boyfriend who is a long-time rider. I wanted to get my permit and start riding my own bike. Jamestown HD truly mentored and helped me all through the process. I finally got a motorcycle in May, got my permit, and signed up for the MSS course. It's a beginner bike and I'm 100% confident I'll be back at Jamestown HD when I'm ready to upgrade to a bigger bike. They are the absolute BEST and truly got me excited about the whole process. The staff are always happy, encouraging, SO knowledgeable, and truly experts in their field.
