On the spot, Danny cheerfully changed my headlight. I drive at night for work, and needed it done right away. Was charged a very fair price for everything. Great job and terrific customer service !!

Wade and his team are excellent. Always honest, efficient and affordable auto care. They are always very upfront and honest about services as well as cost. On top of that they get work done quickly so you aren't without a vehicle for longer than needed. I had struggled to find a mechanic I trusted in Rochester but when I moved to Fairport we were referred to Dial a Tire and haven't looked back. Even when I had to get my old truck towed and said I was taking it here the AAA driver said he was glad and would highly recommend Wade.

Excellent care with my vehicle and wonderful customer service from start to finish. Wade and his family are great communicators. Marcy explains everything I need to know and is very knowledgeable. In the past I needed new tires. They were ordered and done the next day. I needed repairs on my vehicle and not only did they give me an appointment right away but car was done in excellent time. I highly recommend Dial a Tire to family, friends neighbors.

Brought in my tires after getting them balanced somewhere else but still receiving vibrations. Wade correctly advised that the tire wear was uneven and to request a tire rotation when rebalancing at my original shop.I had left my usual shop without bringing up these issues post balance. Yet Wade correctly advised me despite it not giving him business (other than the $25 lift charge which is more than fair). Explains why they've been in business for so long and with great reviews.

I have been going to Dial-A-Tire since before Wade became the owner, well over 30 years. I have absolute trust in Wade, Dan, Marcy and the rest of the staff. They are always honest about what my cars need and don't need and they do quality work. They never do unnecessary work and have proven this to me numerous times over the years. Like the time recently a service department at a dealership told me I needed brakes and when Dan looked at them (free of charge) he told me I had 8-10 thousand miles left on them. Or the time I had scheduled a very expensive repair and when I bought the car in they looked a second time and they realized it was actually something else which was very inexpensive. They apologized and did the fix it needed. Both times they could have sold me something expensive I didn't need and they did not. I can cite many other examples of why I trust Dial-A-Tire. It's difficult to find a place to take your car that you can trust. You can trust Dial-A-Tire and I will be doing business with them for as long as they are there.

Dial A tire made a mistake when repairing my car, a relatively big mistake. They were completely honest and took full responsibility. Not all mechanics would do this.I respect Wade and Dial A tire for their honesty. Their insurance company will be Paying the cost for this mistake. All people make mistakes. Not all people take responsibility for them. This is why I m giving them a five star rating

A great family and a great shop. Wade is my first call every time. I take two cars to him, my sister's family takes their cars to him, my parents take their cars to him--and have for literally decades. None of us would dream of going anywhere else.Wade is fair, knowledgeable, frank, and arguably funny. I have zero reservations about recommending Wade and Dial-A-Tire to anyone.

Honest mechanics, very friendly. Trustworthy. They explain what's wrong and repair in the most cost-effective way possible. They don't replace parts that can be repaired. One time I had a nearly-dead battery, and I called these guys to see if they could help me immediately if I could get the car to them. When I got there, they quickly tested the battery to make sure it couldn't be recharged, then swapped in a new one without ever even pulling the car into a bay. It was like a pit stop, in and out in less than 10 minutes. Really helpful, fair prices, a great local business.

I have been going to Wade at Dial-A-Tire for 13 years now. When I need service, he is professional, and always goes above and beyond. I hit a bad bump, and thought I had done something to my car. He stopped his work, drove my car around the block to see how it was handling, told me I would be fine, and charged me nothing. I always shop around as a cautious shopper, and have always come back to DIal-A-Tire. The service is personal, and his fees are competitive or lower than other services. To be honest, I go to Wade even if his prices are a bit higher. Because he is awesome.

My family and I have been going to Dial-a-Tire for several years and will never be going back. I looked through all the receipts from Dial-a-Tire, and realized I was charged for labor that was never performed on my car. First, was back in 2011 when Wade, owner of Dial-a-Tire, charged me $44.26 for No repair took car for test drive, loud tires. This was the note on the receipt I was given. In 2012, I brought in my Ford in because I noticed a loud sound when driving; I explained that the sound has gotten louder as the days have gone on. When I picked up my car, I was charged $80.96 for a loose lug nut. Looking back, I remember being thankful, it was not anything big; repair or cost wise. Not thinking, that is a lot of money for something so simple. In November of 2013, I had to get new tires on my 2005 Escape and of course brought my car to Dial-a-Tire to have the work done. I got four new Firestone tires; since the SUV was all wheel drive, that cost me $640.72, I had no issues with paying that price. Then in July of 2014, nine months later I bring my car back in as I am hearing a loud sound when going over bumps. Come to find out my right rear passenger wheel well completely corroded through. I was charged $53.97 for someone to see a hole over a foot long in my wheel well and to tell me the sound was coming from my shock tower that was loose which was hitting the inside of my car.I feel as though I was taken advantage of every time I brought in my car to Dial-a-Tire and hope for anyone reading this will find a new mechanic and will never have their car serviced at Dial-a-Tire. Wade and his mechanics failed to inform me of the rust when they put on my new tires nine months prior. As well as, charging their customers for minimal labor that was performed.Displaying photo 1.JPG

Dial-a-tire is a small shop right in the village of Fairport. I've always taken my car there for inspections and tire changing. They have always been very friendly, and more importantly - honest and reliable.I have done business with many other garages over the years, and they all have eventually either overcharged me or tried to get me to have something expensive done when I didn't need it.Dial-a-tire has never done anything like that to me. The only way they could be a better business is if they did more repairs, since I would rather use them than anybody else.

After spending over 900 dollars to fix issues that needed to be done for inspection, there is still a loud clunking noise. My wipers, which were ripped before bringing it in, were not replaced. Shoddy work guys. Go to a more professional mechanic and save yourself from getting a headache, as well as inevitably needing to go get more work done that Dial a Tire missed.

Discovered a soft tire on my car and didn't want to go to one of the usual, commercial tire places. Wade was able to get my car in and taken care of at a reasonable price with the exact tire brand and style that was already on my car.

I brought my car in to be looked at and they were very honest with me about what it would cost and gave me good advice. They didn't pressure me to do anything just to make some money.
