I've been going to these guys for parts for probably 15 years now. Only once did I get a wrong part from a newer guy who admitted that he grabbed the wrong one, instead of making up some BS story. They know their stuff and are happy to break out the paper catalog when needed to make sure you get the right part. Prices are good but service is excellent. They have gone out of their way for me plenty of times to earn my business, rather than the larger chains who just try to upsell you fuel injector cleaner at the counter...

I came to your business on Feb.29th to get new wiper blades and I was fighting with them trying to get them off and a one of your workers saw me came out and took them off for me and put the new ones on.Everyone is so nice and helpful.I have been there before and will definatly return again.Thank you for being so helpful and so friendly. It's the Debbie Supply of auto stores. This privately owned and operated business stocks many hard-to-find parts and is willing to order just about anything for you. In many cases their prices are way better than the national franchises. Conveniently located in the village of Fairport, near the historic Erie Canal.

Stellar service! The battery in my car was starting to get weak and in need of replacement so I walked into BanD a few weeks back for a price & availability check. The battery finally died today and I was forced to buy a new one. Not only were they were happy to help, they had the battery on hand, and today they were willing to deliver it along with myself to my house after going there and purchasing it.It's a short walk and an even shorter bike ride to BanD -- ~1-1.5 mi tops -- but getting the battery home would have been a hardship for me. I was in a tight spot and they helped by delivering the battery and myself back home. The driver also refused the tip I offered. Service like this is exceptionally rare and well worth a reasonable premium but the point is I paid less than I expected too.BanD has been in business since I was a kid so I give them an A+ for quality, an A+ for service and an A for Appeal. It's not a new store nor is it the prettiest but it's stood the test of time and that's appealing to me. I used to 'wrench' for a living as well as working in parts so whilst I never did business with them when working in the trade this should still be considered high praise. They can also expect a mystery benefactor as being responsible for delivering them pizza for lunch very soon.

I went there to get 2 front caliper rebuild kits.. they told me NOONE makes those anymore.. I said yes they def do. He told me i was wrong and that he could sell me 2 remanufactured rebuild calipers for $180 EACH!! I was SHOCKED!! i told him they are just trying to upsell their products and i will just take the rebuild kits.. again he told me i will never find them and NOONE makes them anymore.Well after i left i called Advanced Auto in penfield and they had 2 rebuild kits instock for $6.99 eachI will never go back to BAND as they are just straight up liars!

Always have or can get what you need, and the pricing is very good. Support your local business, rather than the overpriced National Chains

Replacing rusted steel fuel lines with nylon required many non-standard fittings. Rob, at the counter, helped me select the fittings and had everything on-hand to complete the job.
