Controlled storage at $120 a month just to have all my stuff covered in mold and find out it was a known issue. Army movers will not take it if it has mold. Paid for about a year of storage. Stay away.

Very pricey storage units for the area. They also do not prorate if you turn in your storage early. Would caution against using here if military

This place has a captive market being right outside Fort Drum. However, the staff is unhelpful and more interested in moving the greatest number of customers through the store. They said I would not be charged for a trailer I had returned the same day as pickup due to a change in my moving plans. They told me I would receive a refund for the unused equipment via email. However, the email never came and I had to resolve the issue with the store I turned the truck into halfway across the country.

Worst service and a waste of my time. I don t know how they have business if they don t want to give you the truck to move furniture. All I asked was I need it for two days and the guy at the front desk just kept asking why two days? And honestly I don t care about the money for all I care I would spend $500 but this guy kept going on and on how why we shouldn t have it for two days or telling us what we should do instead and at that point I got tired of hearing the old man and left him talking to himself. At the end of the day I would be the one reliable and I would be the one paying out of my pocket for whatever scenario this guy kept making up in his head but instead it sounded like the old man was worried as if he would be responsible and paying for it instead. Just annoying and didn t even want their service anymore. Felt more convenient and less of a hassle to ask a friend to borrow their truck instead.

Got the 26 truck and auto transport we needed. However, to weigh anything on their scale is $20 for a POV.. you can drive a mile down the road to Pinnacle and get it done for $7.Female clerk told us our 26 UHaul came with a dolly, false. You have to pay separate for that.

Uhall rented me an unsafe pick-up. The pick-up truck they rented me had a "donut" on the right rear wheel. Those tires are for emergencies. They are not a proper tire for safe everyday use. Please don't rent that truck again until you replace that unsafe tire.

The female clerk was extremely rude. The weigh prices were higher than everywhere else and they misquoted the prices to me. I will never use this location again and will tell everyone I know not to use them. If I could give negative stars, I would.

Had a difficult move from Watertown to Savannah, GA, but the workers here made it a lot easier for me, especially when it came to safely securing my lifted 4Runner to the car trailer. Really appreciated their patience and willingness to help.

I rented a truck in Philadelphia PA and returned it to this location. There was some clerical mistake with the truck's odometer reading that led to me being charged for an extra 300-some miles that I never drove. I asked the staff if they could help me straighten it out. Jared and Scott were both very professional and helped me clear things up, issuing me a refund for the excess mileage that never happened. I was happy with the service I received.

This place charges for scale use.Hanson Aggregate has free scale serviceThey have broken plate glass over the customer checkout area and I scraped my hand on it.Check out was very slow... swiped and signed my card 3x times... then paid cash...Not the greatest start for this business starting out

I have a 2017 F150 Supercrew Cab with 5 1/2 ft bed. And I rented a 10x20 storage unit. I was able to back the truck into storage unit and close it. There was just enough room for me to close. Great price and good situation for me.

Dropped a truck and auto hauled off here after moving from Alabama and the staff was very helpful. Got a weigh ticket for my trip and helped me break ice off of the trailer to unload my car. My interactions with Jared were prompt and professional.

Management that works there preys on military personnel that are often forced into undesirable circumstances forcing them to rent storage. Then they get a kick out of it when they find out that you need more storage space than quoted so they get more money. And then when you get a new house to put all your belongings in, it's not "Congratulations", but instead "Did you find someone else to rent your lockers for me". Insanely unprofessionally, I will donate all of my belonging before giving this "company" one more penny.

Very friendly staff, albeit a little on the slower side (though they seemed pretty busy for the workforce available). Otherwise quick and easy, but always end up more pricey than the advertising leads on

Had no issue getting a truck early because there was one available. This location also has a vehicle scale for weighing household goods.

Always used them for moving and storage. Everyone was nice. They have indoor and outdoor storage areas.
