Went in last month to look at some entertainment consoles and rear view cameras for my 2014 Subie. Small selection of consoles but they had what I was looking for.Everything was setup within 2 hours and they cut me a deal. Very nice workers and helpful if you have any questions.Would recommend.

Don't waste your time or money because this man will scam whatever he can out of you. I took a 2023 brand new yukon to him for subs and amp. During the installation he dug my side panels real bad. Wouldn't take any responsibility for the damage. Months later driving to work the yukon went into limp mode. Called the gmc dealer for a tow and warranty work. Later after the gmc technician dug into it he had told me all codes went back to a wire leading to my amp remote wire. Dealership said they wouldn't warranty it because it was his mistake and recommended that I go to the guy that did the install . Chudmans hooked the wire to a bad spot. After calling Chudmans he said he was gonna walk away from it. Won't take any responsibility for the mistake he made. Won't help with this bill at all. Wouldn't a legitimate business have insurance for these things. Very unprofessional and rude. Wouldn't recommend this man to anyone at all. Dealership also said he put a hole in my firewall and didn't use grommets for the main power cable. Said it was only a matter of time and I would have a fire. Save your money and go to someone legitimate. I just picked my vehicle up from gmc so I would like to add. Tech at gmc said there is a proper way to do the install and that is to hook the wire to the accessory and not to the ignition. Over time it was throwing codes telling the computer there was a ground. Multiple codes. Explains why i had no amp power or bass unless the car was started. Wire would have been hooked to accessory it would have worked with the key on. Bottom line is the wire was hooked up wrong so take responsibility.

Awesome people and service. They installed a car starter and a year later it would not work I brought it back and they put a new one in no charge highly recommended.

Went there on a Sunday night after my daughters new radio had a problem with the install. In 20 minutes we had the radio working again after a quick professional install. I just drove up and he hooked me up quickly. I was very impressed with the service and his expertise. My daughter has been without a radio for several months and has a long drive back from Fort Drum back to Philadelphia PA. She can now have some music for her drive back. So pleased with the service

They had a replacement marine stereo in stock (unlike all the surrounding big box stores) which got us out of a jam. Super friendly service, excellent knowledge, and fantastic pricing. Highly recommend to anyone for your audio needs for cars, RVs, ATVs, or as in our case, pontoon boat!

Not recommended. Lack of technician, relying on user guide. Unable to find solution to fix remote issues.

Whether its a 5 star place or not, I wouldn t know as I had one service. I came in for a radio install that I bought from walmart, just because it was the cheapest. Tried fiddling with it myself, failed. Finally called this place and got in the same day. Brought it in, just gave info about my vehicle and handed over the keys. Got it back in about maybe 20 mins. They fixed my mistakes. Got the keys back and paid the $97. Now that seems like a bit much to twist a few wires together (in my case), but its really not. I saw other reviews saying it was over priced. What there is to understand, you re getting a product they buy to install (in my case I bought it elsewhere). Their radios on the wall for $125 is a fair price, and then having it professionally installed -aka no mistakes, $97 install = $222 is well worth it. They gotta make money and you need a service. Supply and demand. Capitalism. Respectable prices and services. Guys were real nice.

Not only did they have great craftmanship and attitudes but they were more than willing to figure out why my system wasnt playing to full capacity and told me what was needed to improve it. They installed what i need and i am greatful for their expertise and kindness. They will be the only audio shop i go to in the future.

Came in for some difficulty I was having doing a self install and Chud stopped what he was doing to help me out. Drive away with everything working great. Multiple other people came in and he immediately helped them as well.

We purchased a 2011 Chevy Traverse LTZ from Laduke Auto Sales (Audio Arsenal) in 2020. The day we picked it up, we were on our way home with it and already ran into an issue with it We got ahold of Greg and let him know of the issue. When we got home, we got our other car so we could take it back. About a mile from home, it made a clunking noise, completely lost power and stalled out. It would not start back up. We had to have it towed back to their lot so he could see what happened. Turns out something in the motor went bad. He then had it towed to West Main Auto in Watertown, which I do not recommend them at all either. After 3 weeks of them having it, we went to pick it up.We were told it had a new motor put in. When I asked Greg how many miles were on it, the mileage he said was roughly 10,000 more than the previous motor. We asked to see a receipt for proof of work done but he said we would have to pay for it. Not sure why we would have to pay for a receipt for repair verification. I get that it has payment information on it which can be covered up before giving it to us.Anyway, we took the Traverse back home and realized along the way it was shaking. It was not shaking when we originally got it. Greg told us to bring it back again. He then took it back to West Main Auto. Turns out when West Main Auto removed the motor, they also damaged a ball joint and didn't say anything. They replaced the ball joint but it took around another week for us to get it back. When we got it back, it was fine just past the 30 day lemon law warranty when more things started happening. It needed new o2 sensors, all 3 catalytic converters need replacing, shocks, struts and brakes were all replaced. I know shocks and brakes are normal wear but the o2 sensors and 3 catalytic converters, something was wrong. We had 1 converter replaced so far along with all 4 o2 sensors. It was driving fine again for about another month before we got a code for the timing chain. At this time, the vehicle no longer has the 30 day lemon law warranty or a manufacturer warranty so we're stuck paying for all the repairs this time which is over $2,000 with parts and labor.I don't recommend getting a vehicle here unless you plan on having it for a short period of time. I also don't recommend them because they use West Main Auto for their repairs.UPDATE: On 7/13, I had an appointment at Davidson's to diagnos the P0008 code. They found that it's a stretched timing chain. Now thinking about it, that sounds like what happened when we bought it. Greg said a new motor was put in but we had to pay him for a receipt. I think it was probably cobbed back together to pass the 30 day warranty and he wanted us to pay for a fake receipt. Stay away!!!

If I could give 0 stars I would. This place is a scam. I bought a remote starter from them and was ensured there was a warranty if anything went wrong. The thing broke within a month and when I went to ask about it the guy blew me off. I even said I would pay for a new one. Absolutely a scam selling cheap garbage.

I bought a car 2 months ago from you guys, and since then I ve had tons of issues that I was told were not present when I bought it. First of all, the passenger side tire blew up driving down the road, two weeks after buying it. I was told that the tires were in good condition. Then a week or so later check engine light comes on for a turbo underboost issue, waste gate stuck, and might need new turbo if problem returns. When the work was being done, he found the front left wheel bearing was basically destroyed. I was told when I bought it that you had that checked, and it was inspected. He told me he had no clue how it passed an inspection. 450 dollars down the tube. Just today, I have a transmission leak. I thought you were honest people, I ve drive the carI bought from you two thousand miles, and more and more and more issues. I think you ripped me off, and I hope nobody would buy a car from this cheat again!

well, i want to like this place but it really does have many faults. it s my 2nd time visiting to have Apple car play installed & their way of getting the job done is very sloppy. when installing my radio, i had a major fear of them breaking something in the process. they are very rough when installing and taking apart things and it makes me cringe to watch. I was also told i couldn t hang around the garage while they was working on my car so i wasn t able to see how they were handling my car. when they were done installing my CarPlay, i had a dash light to come on so i took it back up there requesting them to take care of it because i refuse to pay for something i did not cause. On a more positive note, some of the staff was extremely helpful and polite.it s not too bad of a place but i highly advise anyone that visits to be very cautious.

Honestly, I WANT to like this place, but I find it simply quite hard to do so. I've been here a few times, and each time is quite the experience I tell you what, Chud is sure an interesting guy, but that's really all he's got going for this place. I paid for an amp install not too long ago, nothing crazy, just the amp, he told me he would get it done that day, 4 hours later, he hasn't even touched the truck, or said a word to me. I took an amp wiring kit and did it myself. While I was there, he finished an audio install on a different customers car, and he FORGOT to install front door speakers, that the customer paid for. If you go into this place expect to wait anywhere from 10-30 minuets to even say a word to the guy. My final gripe is they are quite overpriced, usually $10-$50 extra, I understand he needs to profit, but you pay with card there is another $10 fee on top. Moral of the review is, Do not pay for an audio install, and buying parts from here isn't bad, just be warry of the the extra charge.

If I could rate them zero stars I 100% would... First of all, the floors look like they haven't been cleaned in years. The bathroom was disgusting and not usable. It took almost an hour of waiting before they even started on our car. Find another place before you come here. I DO NOT recommend! Very scuzzy and unsanitary. And their "play room" for the kids was equally as filthy.

Bad experience. This shop sold me an 800$ stereo/nav system. When I went to pick it up the tech who had just worked on it looked hungover and shady. The wiring job they did installing it seems to have fried my electrical system. I had to go to the Toyota dealer and have a lot of the electrical system replaced. I lost the stereo and about 3000$. Meditation helped.

They worked till 9 wich is 3 hours past there work hours to make sure one other dude az well as my self were took care of. Chud is a goof and a great dude to talk to and the other gentlemen made me feel comfortable with his hospitality. Thx so much for all your effort I'd recommend this place for anyone who can appreciate good work and plenty of personality as they wait for their vehicle or audio to be finished. 9 out of 10 because the wait time was a bit ruff.

Stay away! At first he was slightly decent before making the payment then the stereo stopped freaking working after 2 days really. He refused to call me back and decided to block me. Who does that?! Never coming back never ever!

I would give them 0 stars if I could. I had a sub system installed here and not even 2 hours later the speakers voice coil fried on me because of the way they set it up. I took the speaker to (Extreme Rides, which i prefer you go to) and they told me that the way the sub was set up was the reason for my JL voice cord was fried. I ve asked for my money back and was told by Chudman that it was the speaker that was non functional and he would not give me my money back. All around horrible experience take you re money to Extreme rides for better service and quality.

I called and wanted an amp and subwoofers installed in my 2016 dodge durango, the vehicle already had a 500 watt factory alpine sound system in it that all the factory speakers ran off of, I wanted to add a 2500 watt amp to power a single 12" sub with and still have the factory amp still power the door speakers. PLUS, our vehicle has a factory touch screen, kind of control center, which powers almost everything in the vehicle. They had it all hooked up in an hour and they concealed the wiring and amp so good that I had to call them afterward and ask where they put the amp!! Definitely a nice establishment with really good service, I have absolutely zero complaints.

I had a rearview camera and dvd player installed in my car in December of 2014. I was initially very pleased with the install. I then relocated to NC, and after a heavy rain, I experienced a substantial leak(standing water in our car). When we took it into the Chevrolet dealership, they determined that the leak was absolutely caused by the installation of the rearview camera(they put this in writing). The location where the wires entered the car was not properly sealed. I had to pay nearly $800 in repairs, and I was without my vehicle for over a week(which cost an extra $500 in rental charges). I called Audio Arsenal to inform them of the problem, and I spoke to Greg(referred to as the owner by an associate) who was dismissive, and said he wanted proof. I immediately e-mailed him the receipts and statement from the dealership, as well as the phone number to the service technician (who said he would gladly tell Gregg what a poor install was done with the rearview camera). It has been two months now, and after several e-mails, phone calls(now Greg is never available), and inquiries on their website I have received no response back. I was only asking to recoup the damages and not the rental car fees, which I felt was a good compromise because ultimately everything still works great, and I have been very happy with the performance of the dvd player and the rearview camera. Now when I return to Watertown next week instead of visiting family and friends, I am going to have to take Greg to small claims court. I will be asking for the full amount of expense I incurred now for the inconvenience, which I know I will receive, with an ironclad statement from the dealership saying Audio Arsenal's install caused the problem(plus all of the my calls and e-mails documented). I just hate wasting time and energy on something like this, that could have been settled amicably if Greg was an honorable person, or a good business owner. So overall, their installs should perform well for you, but if you have any sort of problem, do not expect any service whatsoever(unless I am just being taken advantage of because he knows I live in a different state now). I would definetely discourage any active duty(I heard they opened up a shop on post too), as if you aren't in Watertown when a problem happens you will not be able to take them to court because that is the only way it looks like they will take you seriously.
