I came from an another autoshop that scammed me for using junk parts in my car before I came to them and did right by me. Not only did they fix and replace all of the previous autoshop failed to do, but they also installed carplay in my car. They re very transparent with their transactions and accommodating with my needs and questions. They re also reliable with the time frame provided to be able to accommodate my work and school schedule. They also have this detailing service that is beyond me. My car was properly sanitized and it smelled good & clean. I highly recommend this place.

I called them regarding an issue with my alarm system going off randomly. They came the same day, to my house and took my car to run a diagnostic test and they figured out it was my battery. They were all super kind and very trustful. I came back just to install the battery once they got it, which took 2 minutes. Shady business practices.They tried to charge me for storage fees at the very end, but never mentioned it or included it on any invoices. They used and charged for aftermarket parts but claimed it was OEM.Also, they just get all their work done by the shop up the street called Silva's and then overcharge the customer.Save your time and money and car and go anywhere else.

Let me set the scene:I was driving back to Long Island from Upstate NY at around 8-9PM. My car gave me a loud notification on my dashboard, Engine overheating. The serpentine belt burnt and snapped off (Mechanic told me). I called Geico for a Towing, and I googled for mechanic shops. I thought there would be none open, BUT then I saw a 24-hour mechanic > 2Fast Performance!!! I called them and left a message. Not even 5 minutes later, I got a call back stating that a mechanic would be able to see my car immediately. I arrived at their location and the mechanic arrived shortly after. That s when he told me the serpentine belt snapped off. They ordered the part, picked it up, and worked on it the following day. Here is another example where their customer service is TOP-NOTCH. The mechanic drove my mother, brother, and I to the nearest hotel!! And! The following day, he picked us up. THANK YOU!!!! The mechanic was efficient, respectful, and professional. I definitely recommend their services!!

I recently had the pleasure of taking my car to a local mechanic shop, and I must say that I was thoroughly impressed with the quality of service I received. From the moment I walked in the door, I was greeted with a warm welcome and treated with respect and kindness.The mechanic here is truly knowledgeable and skilled, and they took the time to explain everything to me in detail so that I could understand what was going on with my vehicle. They were patient and never made me feel rushed or uncertain, which was a refreshing change from many other mechanics I have dealt with in the past.Most importantly, they were able to fix my car and get it back on the road in no time at all. Definitely recommend using them for all your repairs. Needed a last second serpentine belt replaced and was stranded. They came the second they received notice of the issue. Professional and quality work, great price as well. They take the extra steps to ensure every aspect of the issue is completely resolved. Very grateful for their services!
