Used Precision Automotive service twice so far. One was for a very expensive job to replace the rear main seal in our 2010 Audi A3. I strictly was looking for a business that works on European vehicles on a regular basis. These guys did a phenomenal job. Not only was the job done on a timely manor, also cleaned every single part that came out of the gal. When I looked under my hood I was blown away. We plan to keep using this Audi and are comfortable taking her on long trips now at 140k miles young. The more recent job was with new rotors a pads on my 2019 mini clubman. Again, professional service.

You guys at Precision are absolutely the best in the Business. I didn't have an appointment, but when I drive in with a nearly flat tire, I was taken right in and rhe problem was solved within an hour. I went in for an oil change and inspection at Precision Auto. As a current out-of-state student with limited car knowledge, I was worried about potential mechanic horror stories. However, after researching, Precision Auto seemed like the best choice for my Volkswagen. Despite being almost 2 hours late to my appointment, the staff was understanding and rescheduled me for the same day. They were efficient, professional, and accommodated my tight schedule. Even with my limited knowledge, the total cost felt reasonable given the model and mileage of my car (194,000). The staff was attentive, friendly, and provided recommendations for future maintenance without pressuring me to get unnecessary repairs. I appreciate the trustworthiness and transparency of Precision Auto, making the whole experience easier for me.

John and his service associates went above and beyond to make sure the service they performed on my car was completed with care and with major attention to detail. They make sure to communicate if there are any other issues that they find. Very professional thorough.It s nice to be able to drop off my car in the morning and never have to worry that it will be done on time, clean and like new.

I had an air quality/HVAC concern Contacted Precision on a Saturday morning and owner Jordan showed up within an hour and with a very reasonable rate. He was respectful and professional and took my concerns seriously. He checked my HVAC system thoroughly, friendly, explained everything and found 2 issues and corrected them. Then he checked in the next morning to make sure I didn t have any further problems or concerns. I am extremely impressed with this local business owner. Well worth the call and very reasonable cost. Asset to our community for sure!

Took my call in a professional manner, gave me a prompt appointment, called with an estimate and explained clearly both the problem and resolution, met the commitment for being finished and final cost didn't exceed the estimate. Test drive after repair revealed that the problem had been fixed. This is not a cheap auto repair shop; that said you get your car fixed right the first time, in the time frame quoted, and for the amount estimated, with a call before proceeding.

My husband and I started going to Precision about 2 years ago and it's now the only place we go too! It's quality service and excellent care. Even when you call in to ask a question they are so friendly unlike some other places that either don't answer or sound like your annoying them. You can trust the service you receive and each time you get a service done they send you a thank you card with a coupon which is unheard of now a days and adds a nice touch!

They are always courteous. They explain everything that needs to be done; give you a choice as to what can wait; and can give you a ride or a loaner. Been going there for a few years. Never had anything to complain about.

This is the easiest review I've ever had to write! From start to finish this was one of the best vehicle service experiences I've ever had. We had the battery replaced on our Audi Q7, and for anyone that owns one they know this is no simple job. The battery is under the driver's seat!! What?! Additionally, the job requires the battery to be coded to the vehicle using a special programmer. I called several shops all around town and Precision was the only one up to the challenge. If you need your high end import, or any vehicle for that matter, serviced I have zero hesitation endorsing this business!! Not only did they finish the job on time with a very fair price (much cheaper than the dealership) they also cleaned the car inside and out and delivered it to my house 25 minutes away. The service advisors and everyone else I interacted with were nothing but nice and straightforward with any questions. I'll definitely be sending all of my vehicles here in the future. I do all my own work, but when friends ask for a recommendation to get their cars serviced, I always suggest Precision. They don t take shortcuts or use cheap parts, so when they fix something, it s fixed right and will stay fixed.

I had issues with loud noise and excessive exhaust smell and was told I had a cracked exhaust manifold.I was quoted a price of $3200 to fix this job.Was told the exhaust manifold was $1776 when it was found on Amazon and EBay motors for $300.Then had to pay for the gasket on top of that and the gasket and other hardware was shown to come with it.They also charged me over $50 for a PCV valve that probably doesn t cost over $10 at advanced auto.I had wanted to tow the car out of there and have it fixed at a mechanic of my choice but they tell me that they were already within an hour of completion so I couldn t do much at that point.Overall I paid pretty much over 3 times what it should have been and won t do business there again.

Customer service was very good. I m very disappointed that they had my car for 2 1/2 days and the mechanic did not find the problem with it. I had to drive over an hour one way and was charged over $300 for absolutely nothing!Service: Electrical repairService: Electrical repair

Friendly staff and good customer service. They addressed all of the issues but time spent seems longer than necessary and that's with an extremely high labor rate. I've spent over $5000 in my last two appointments there, most of that being labor costs.
