The staff at Gault Chevrolet is the very best. I especially appreciate Dalton and Darren, technicians and Ricky, my favorite salesperson.These gentlemen are attentive and caring human beings. They aim to please and I am so glad to have such a courteous and professional team.

I got my toyota matrix serviced at Gault Toyota and paid 118 dollars. They had checked all the boxes. But there was no washer fluid. The car battery died within a day and I had to take a uber to work. They did not check the battery. The engine light was on and I was asked to pay 170 to check it. I declined but once I replaced the battery it was gone. If they had checked the battery it would have saved me so much agony . When I called Toyota Gault, they asked me to tow the car at my expense. I wonder if they even did a oil change. I did not ask for tire rotation still they checked the box. The car was them for the whole day. I am giving 3 stars for pickup and drop service.

Bought a supra and a trd camry both out of state from another dealer and both in the same year. Due to poor service and treatment I will continue to purchase from other dealers. Don't waste your time or money here

The people here are nice and conscientious. The car came with 2 problems that have been known for 7 years or more. The gas door doesn't open so one has to reach inside your trunk and manually release the door to the latch. Next once that's done gasoline won't go in the car. It splashed back at me. Lucky if you get a gallon in. This has been known for years, so they order a part. No problem with service but why does Toyota make a car with known problems. It takes quite a while to get the part. I guess there is another work around on the Internet but this is absurd, can't refuel a car. Toyota should provide loaners for their cars if they make them so defective!They fixed the problems with the gas and now that problem appears solved.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Electrical, Tire rotations, Auto maintenance, Oil change

This morning I called because I had a tire going flat had a screw in it the lady said bring car down we will fix it so I did they told me can't fix it because they are down three mechanics

I've been treated better. At least the looks you get from the staff when you pull onto the floor with an old car set the right expectation for the treatment.
