A few major issues here . Vehicles for repair block line of sight at the side road.. snapon truck needs to park elsewhere other than the roadside blocking view. Shocked a bad car accident hasn t happened at the intersection yet.

They are thorough and trustworthy with very fair pricing. We trust him with our personal and company cars! Rich has also taken he time with my daughters to make sure that they understand auto maintenance.

Rich and his team are fantastic. He goes above and beyond to get things done promptly, always is reachable by text, and most importantly balances out great service with fair pricing. As the father of three daughters he takes care of their cars like they were is own, making sure to perform preventative maintenance and review with them what they should be aware of for their respective cars. Rich and the team at Endwell Auto are excellent in every way - they always look out for my best interests with advice and repairs, they price their services fairly, and they even store our winter tires at their place. They even helped my find a great used car for my daughter. Can't ask for more than that!

My wheel bearing required replacement after a road trip up here from FL for the holidays. Endwell Auto Service was able to take my car in on short notice and had the problem fixed right away. Very professional service, great communication, and a fair price.

This is the first time that I have ever taken the time to rate a business on line. Rich is a very kind and caring man who runs a very professional business alway keeping the customers best interest to heart. I highly recommend this local business if you need work on your vehicle.

1- brought car in for flat to be fixed. was charged $34 only to be told tire would last only 2 more months.2- brought car in for front end work. a suspension linkage was worn. he said it needed alignment because of repair. told him to replace same part on other side. He said, that other one not likely to wear soon. that was 1 year ago.3- bring it in for inspection, failed for frozen brake caliper. said he could do both rears for $550. told him I could afford it and took car home and did repair myself. He told me to take my business elsewhere. I did. Moores Tires in Owego. always honest and fair. As I said I did the repair. and brought it to Moores. there was alittle squeal. they said I put a clip on backwards. the fixed. no charge. they also replace front end part on other side because it was clunking. upon my request. they also said alignment is not needed for a stabilizer bar.bottom line. I like to go somewhere I can trust and be respected.

Rich is such a nice guy and he will never sell you what you don't need. His prices are very reasonable. Never have to wait too long to get any appointment. Even when I have an appointment I never have to wait too long for service.

They are a "mechanic" but they dont do installs? So in other words they are a mechanic who doesnt swap tires or brakes which litterally defeats the purpouse.Service: General repairs & maintenanceService: General repairs & maintenance

Was turned away because of the age of my car. Believe you me, if you won't service my 20 year old car, you won't service my 3 years old car, either.
