Purchased my Volvo S90 from a great salesman there Sam Rabadi.I called and scheduled an appointment to see the vehicle during the week a Wednesday night. He explained everything in detail about the vehicle. Picked up the vehicle on a Saturday. The finance process was very easy. Then they had a Volvo specialist set everything up for me in the vehicle. Explained even into more detail everything about the vehicle. Programmed all my settings, which was amazing to have done. The showroom is very clean, and all the vehicle they have indoors on different levels of the building. Was truly an amazing experience to purchase there. Now, if you want a great salesman, definitely go and talk with Sam Rabadi hands down a great honest guy, and communication with him was great.

I have been a Volvo customer for many years, however it was my first time at the White Plains dealership. My salesman, Christian was very professional and personable, and the manager even stopped by to work on my deal. The dealership was so clean and comfortable, I actually enjoyed my lease experience! Top marks for this one. Highly recommend!

I brought my 2017 s60 in for a check engine light. I couldn't be happier with my service advisor Miguel. He is very professional and knowledgeable. The team was able to diagnose the issue and fix it at a very fair price

Nick was wonderful. So attentive and understanding as I am not the most computer savvy woman! I actually had to come back the following day to have my Google reset as there was a problem. He took care of me immediately and called in the appropriate people to solve the problem. I recommend him highly!

About a year ago, I went to Volvo White Plains after scheduling an appointment there to test drive in hopes to purchase. At the time I was excited as they had the perfect car in stock but I needed to review the plan with my wife at home. It was late afternoon on a Wednesday, so I told the salesman I would be in the next day to finalize the sale. The salesman said he was off on Thursday but would be back on Friday, and would tell the team to hold the car. I inquired whether a deposit would be necessary and he said no. Sure enough, I called on Friday and the car was sold to another customer. At that point, due to frustration, I decided to find a different dealer and complete my purchase.Fast forward a year to now - we needed to get our inspection done so I scheduled an appointment. Given the close proximity, I decided to try Volvo White Plains again but for service. The appointment was set for them to pick up the car from our house (my confirmation states pickup, not drop off). They did not show up, and when I called they said they cannot come pick the car up and I would have to wait until later in the week or I can bring the car to them. We brought the car in and not long after we arrived, the team notified us they had an accident with our car leaving large scrapes and scratches on the driver side. The team took full responsibility for the accident and told us they would fix the car. They provided a loaner and told us the car would be repaired but they would need at least 5 days to do so. After a week, they said they would need another 10 days. I can see the driving record thru the app and the car didn't move since the day of the accident. We finally ended up getting the car back on a Friday evening and after driving the car less than 2 miles the rear tire (same side as the body work) essentially exploded. We did not run over or hit anything and my research on the damage points to the over-inflation of a tire. I confronted the dealership about this and they have done nothing to take accountability even though I had to pay hundreds of dollars for road side assistance and tire repair.I am a pleased with the product and I understand accidents happen but this has went from being several inconvenient experiences to a deeply concerning safety issue as I had my toddler in the car with me. The fact I have not heard back from them in weeks says about all you need to know about the level of customer service you can expect here.

I was suppose to get my car serviced on Tuesday and was told there was a glitch in the system that showed I had no appointment. I was told they can take my car the next day, my car then takes a whole day for it to get service and I was told my car would arrive between 9-10am. I did not get my car back until 2pm and after paying over 600 dollars I get my car back with the tire light on. I called several times and did not receive a call back. Not a great experience for my first time.

Such great service and made the car buying process stress-free. Niki He was a great salesperson and was ready to answer all of my questions. Everyone was so kind and personable. A smooth process with nice people -- couldn't have asked for anything more!

First, my advisor was AMAZING. Miguel stayed in touch an provided very clear communication. He went out of his way to get my car fixed at fair cost to me. My issue is with the dealership. It's like an assembly line. For a luxury car company, I'd expect to sit with my advisor and have a moment to discuss what's happening. Instead, there's a counter with 5-7 people greeting you. I didn't know who to speak with so just stood there for 10 minutes until I was noticed. Also and very annoying, they charge you a 3% transaction fee if you pay by credit card. This places their employees in a difficult position who are trying to provide good customer service. And come on! A massive dealership that can get a good deal on CC transactions and make huge amounts of money charges their customers a transaction fee. Greed. Pure greed.

I had an excellent experience leasing a new car as a first-time Volvo customer. Niki He was great to work with- she helped me get a great deal on my vehicle, was thorough and patient in answering all of my questions as it was my first time leasing a car. I was able to get my vehicle quickly and the process was so easy and efficient. She is very responsive to emails and calls and the entire process was excellent. 5 stars, highly recommend working with Niki at Volvo of White Plains! Also, when I picked up my car, the gentleman who showed me all the ins- and outs- of the vehicle was very polite and thorough. Though it was late in the evening he did not rush in showing me all of the features and advanced technology in the vehicle so I knew how to use it to its fullest potential and really customize my car.

Overall another great experience with Volvo White Plains leasing a new V60 Cross Country. I had a V90 previously but was looking for something a little smaller and luckily they had the two 2024 V60s on the lot. Niki He was our sales associate - she was polite, knowledgeable and very responsive to my subsequent emails. My husband preferred that we switch to BMW or Audi for our next vehicle, but I loved my V90 and Niki was able to get us a lease deal that was impossible to turn down. When it came time to pick up the car she was efficient and thorough, ensuring a smooth checkout process so I could get to my night shift on time. The finance person I checked out with was also efficient which I appreciated - I think his name was Christopher. The only unpleasant part of the day was when I witnessed her manager (sitting in the back right of the store) essentially having a temper tantrum because she asked him for help with collecting the car while she finished up my paperwork. She told him that she was just asking for help to make sure I could make it for work on time, and he started yelling "SO WHAT I'M JUST GOING TO DROP EVERYTHING I'M DOING?" He was actually screaming and cursing, even though there were customers (myself included) sitting no more than 10 feet away. He continued yelling and talking about her even after he saw me turn around to stare, and for a few minutes after Niki left to get the car herself. None of the other employees batted an eye, including the other man sitting right next to him, which gave me the impression that this unprofessional and frankly abusive behavior is not uncommon for him. I have generally been impressed with Volvo's customer service and commitment to excellence, so this was hugely disappointing. As a side note, I have also used Volvo White Plains several times in the past for service/maintenance of my V90. They have always been very communicative and prompt, and generally are able to pickup from my house and leave a loaner vehicle for the day. The drivers who pick up/drop off the cars have all been pleasant and professional.

Such a disappointing experience with Volvo White Plains. First, they were totally unresponsive to both calls and texts for any updates on service status/what work was needed. I finally had to just accept all services on the portal because I needed to get my car back in a timely manner and could not get in touch with anyone. Why do they send a message that tells you to text or call at anytime if they don t answer texts or calls?! Second, the original invoice I received seemed extremely high so I followed up to check on what was covered on our extended warranty and they had charged us for things that were covered under warranty and had to adjust the invoice. If I hadn t questioned the invoice, they would have overcharged us for things that were covered under warranty. Totally sketchy and disappointing experience from start to finish. Shame on Volvo White Plains.

Last year my engine blew halfway from Philly to Boston and these guys were beyond helpful in getting everything figured out. First thing in the morning the they called me and then continuously coordinated with my home Volvo dealership to get my car from NY back to PA all before my trip to Boston ended. Fantastic service above and beyond!

My experience at White Plains Volvo was excellent!! I had to have a recall condition repaired on my 850t5r, and I was extremely pleased with the superb assistance that I received from Elijah Sutton and Lina. It was a first-class treatment from beginning to end. I learned that my recall issue has to be addressed in two parts. However, the part to complete the repair is still on back order. The second part of the recall will be addressed as soon as the part arrives, which I hope will be soon. I will update my experience. If you own a Volvo and want to be assured of having it looked after in the way that it deserves, then by all means, White Plains Volvo is where you need to go.

I brought in my 2023 Volvo XC40 Recharge this am. I had an appt. They took my information promptly and the service writer, Helene, was prompt and courteous. Although I came in for a minor adjustment of my drivers seat, they gave me a ride home, kept in touch with me during the repairs by phone and text and alerted me that my car was ready for pickup. While the car was in their possession for this minor adjustment of the seat, they did a multipoint inspection, software update, and washed the car all at no additional cost. Car seat seems to be fine. Overall, all good.

Got my CPO S60 here. The car is beautiful, clean, and at a good price. The sales representative, Niki, is very helpful; she can speak fluent Mandarin. I will update this comment once all the paperwork is done.

I fully appreciate the time and interest Ms. Como took and understanding my car issue and summarizing the issues so my car could be reviewed and fixed in a reasonable time. I also appreciate the waiting room being professional and comfortable as far as remote workspace. I do have concerns about security for this area, because it's open to the public where anyone could walk in from the street. Thank you.

The gentleman who helped in service was very nice, but overall they re incredibly overbooked and disorganized. They took my car to investigate a problem and after 2 days in the shop (no loaners available) they hadn t even diagnosed the problem! I get the car back and was promised they d get in touch when they had a loaner to offer haven t heard a word from them. I m off to start working with a new Volvo dealership / service center from now on.

The sales girl Pam was not effective in selling the car to us in fact they almost lost the deal because of her.The manager found us the car. She had no knowledge of any questions we asked her. I found her to unprofessional. She drove a car to show me another car had no keys and told me to look in the window to view it.She told me nothing about the car. She talked about herself the entire time. She left while we were in with finance guy. Who was amazing. She didn t give us our insurance cards. My opinion she should either be trained or not sell cars. She did the bare minimum and I felt uncomfortable with her getting the commission. The young man who explained the car to us was amazing. The receptionist was amazing. The manager was amazing. The car sold itself but it was a very frustrating experience with her lack of professionalism and her very obvious lack of interest in her job.

My most disappointing - indeed distressing - auto service experience in 50 years of driving! Not what I had come to expect of Volvo service.I understand the service department was in crisis (Covid?) but do NOT understand why that resulted in zero customer service, failure to return repeated phone calls, and utter communications failure over 8 DAYS.Only an intervention by the Sales Manager (compliments and thanks) seemed to get any attention on my problem. To the extent I understand the problem, my approach as a manager would have been to immediately call the owner of every car in service, explain the crisis, and ask for patience. That would have made a world of difference.

We recently purchased an XC40 from Volvo Cars White Plains to replace our S40, which had been totaled by a deer. This was the fourth car we've purchased from them (going back to Big Dee Volvo). Our salesperson, Niki He, was very helpful and friendly in showing me the car and taking me for a test drive. As we went to drive out of the garage a message light came on. We had to bring the car back the next day for service. the Service Department took care of the problem in time for us to take the car to Virginia the next day. Volvo Cars White Plains lived up to my previous excellent experiences!

I brought my car in at 830 on Tuesday morning and nothing was done or communicated to me until I asked Tuesday evening (and earlier in the day via phone and text which went unanswered). I was told by Elijah that the technician didn t have time to work on my ca but expected it to be ready Wednesday. The same thing happened Wednesday with no communication. And again Thursday. I had to reach out for updates and just waited because the service phone line goes into a woman s voice mail and was never responded to. The only replies I received were that the software reload kept failing. I told Elijah that I expected and needed more communication. From him. He acknowledged the request and contacted me Friday morning to tell me my car was ready. The car wasn t cleaned as I believe is customary with all in service cars. Where I don t fault Elijah for not having my car ready until Friday,, he was my only point of contact. And when you rely on a car for use; it s unacceptable to be limbo for 4 days. On top of this, we got the car 6 months ago. The 3 free service appointments are accelerated due to the age of the car. Elijah said he would have that reset for us but I have no idea if that was done.

Your people are great, but you are way understaffed. I think I was the 29th car in line for service. The problem was electronic between the key fob, and the alarm which could not be shut off in the neighborhood. It took Home almost 6 days to get the car back. As I said, CSR s attitudes were very good, so I do not want this to reflect on them. Thank you, Tim

I went to WP Volvo to complete a lease buyout of my 2021 Volvo XC 90 with 14,000 miles on it. I was working with Christian who issued me a purchase agreement to buy out my car. However, the dealership backed out of the purchase agreement and would not let me purchase the car, which I am legally entitled too. Mike, the sales manager called me and said "You are not buying this car.". We argued over several different phone calls because Mike kept hanging up the phone. While arguing, Mike kept pushing me to get a new lease, even telling me he'll make me a great deal, assuming I was stupid enough to fall for his tricks. After this mess, Christian called me to tell me it was my fault. I ended up going to a Volvo Dealership in New Jersey where I was successful in purchasing my car. I would never go back to Volvo WP. Christian and Mike are wolves in sheep clothing.

Elijah was very helpful, he was in a very difficult position as the scheduler scheduled an appointment that the service technicians had no ability to fulfill given their current schedule. He was very apologetic and tried his best to remedy the situation, but it is clear that upper management has failed to manage the technician turnover, and they risk losing my business as a result (note - I have 3 Volvos and live 15 minutes from the dealership, but I could easily go to Stamford or even Manhattan).

My experience was not good. I was told I received a service that I do not believe I received and my problem was not addressed. I also asked for a detailed invoice showing what work was done which I did not receive. My car is brand new and still under warranty so fortunately I was not out of pocket any money.

working with Steve Zinaman was very easy; he got me a very reasonable deal. However, the unsung hero is Chris Reus, who assisted me in tech support with all the many bells and whistles of my new car - what a knowledgeable, patient man! I appreciate his help more than words can possibly express!
