Quick , easy , honest and no nonsense people. I was there on Saturday morning as one of the tires started losing pressure. I got car back in 30 minutes. The leaky valve was fixed. Total cost 35$. Highly recommend them

In May I unfortunately noticed a serious problem with my car while driving on the thruway. My rear differential had leaked of fluid and blown. What was more unfortunate was the fact the closest mechanic to me was this one. The gentleman Joe was wonderful and accommodating. I was told my rear end had to be rebuilt and it would be 5200. I gladly paid and thanked them for their help. A couple weeks later I notice gear fluid on my driveway leaking from the......rear differential thats "rebuilt". Joe tells me to bring it up there which is about an hour and a half from my home. I begin to drive and notice the same symptoms as the original issue so I have to bring it to a local mechanic. The mechanic I bring it to has his jaw on the floor when he looks at my "rebuilt" rear differential. He states "I have never seen this in my life you have no gasket and no seal, you are out of fluid and if you drove any further your gears would have seized up and you would need a new rear end." I had to pay an additional 250 for that to be fixed. When I called Tire Warehouse to let them know I was greeted by Chris, one of the most rude and unprofessional individuals I have had the displeasure of dealing with. He actually screamed over me on the phone stating their was no proof and his attitude was as heinous as his mechanic work. Safe to say I would stay FAR AWAY from this establishment unless you want whatever work you had done redone within a couple weeks and have them scream at you on the phone. You've been warned.Attached are photos of the leaking "rebuilt" rear differential and the bill from my mechanic but I was told this isn't proof of mechanic error. Yuck

Tire warehouse is the best in the business and very accommodating and reliable. Customer service is awesome and explained everything along the way. I want to personally thank Laura for everything. I wouldn't go anywhere else to service my vehicle and they definitely do more than tires. You guys rock

On a stormy day I contacted them, because I found out my car had a flat tire and I didn't know who to trust to fix the flat or sell me a new tire. Plus other places didn't open or were not open yet. I did research different locations in the area, and this place kept coming up as the best!. Attention over the phone was very welcoming and friendly. And the service received was at the shop was great. Very proffesional and gorgeous. I will definitely recommend this place... even when I was mentally and financially preparing to invest in a new tire.... They were able to repair the flat tire as new!

I was visiting family when I suffered a flat tire on the way home. I was a few miles away when I found them after a brief internet search and they couldn't have been more accommodating. They were able to patch my tire and put it back on my car. Fast turnaround, extremely reasonable pricing and best of all, the entire staff was an absolute pleasure to deal with. Thanks to everyone there for a job well done!

My dad and I are on a road trip to see my 89 year old grandparents and found ourselves with a flat tire. I called here and Chris immediately kind and friendly on the phone. He told us he could get the tire fixed in an hour. In 40 minutes, we were out the door with a fixed flat and on our way.The entire staff that we interacted with while waiting were awesome. Price and service overall was top notch.Highly recommend!

I was happy to find these guys today. I had a loaded truck in the area, and they were able to get me going with a new tire in a reasonable time for a reasonable price.I would use them in the future.

After going to 3 other places no one could find why my tire was leaking air that is until I took it here. People were super nice in & out within an hour & they found the problem a nail no one else could find. Highly recommend!!!

My girlfriend called regarding a possible leak in a tire because her Honda CRV s dash indicated low pressure. She called on Wednesday, 16 March and was able to come in the same day, (3pm) to have it checked. She spoke to a man named Chris who also helped when we arrived. End result: he let her know that it was a leaky valve and it was adjusted it at no cost. We are very grateful for the honesty and service! We definitely will be back if we need any future service. Thank you!!

I would give zero stars if it was an option. This company sold me 4 new tires that were from 2014!!!! 8 year old tires!!!! Within 1 year of having those tires I have had to replace ALL FOUR OF THEM!!!!!!!! My dealership alerted me that no one should be selling tires past 6 years for this reason! They expire!!! DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE!!!!

Friendly place to get tires, alignments and related services.Quick service and very good pricing on pretty much any quality brand tire. Don't bother buying tires online, I actually look forward to buying tires from these guys!I travel 45 minutes to get there and worth the trip.Call them or email them.I'm obviously a satisfied customer.

We just had a terrific experience here. Got a pothole flat on our way to DC. Mercedes convertible with snow tires that only Pirelli makes. The owner got right on the phone when I called and located probably the only tire of my type in the NY area. Went and picked it up, while I limped over on my run-flat. He got it on and us on our way right away. We only lost about 2 hours total. One of the best customer experiences I have ever had.

I found myself needing 4 new tires for my car. We shopped around a bit and basically were played by other tire places (saying they had the tires we wanted but then calling back and saying they didn t have them, trying to up-sell us to more expensive tires, etc.) Then we finally called Tire Warehouse. We got a straight quote upon first call to them and set up a day to bring the car into them. We just brought the car to them today and we were so glad we did. They did an amazing job on the car, and the guys there are very trustworthy and up-front. We will definitely return and will recommend to friends and family. Thanks, Tire Warehouse!

I got tires and a wheel alignment for my car. They are reasonably priced. I dealt with Mike at the front desk who has great customer service skills. They were fast and effecient, I will definitely recommend this place.

Bought 4 new tires. They said they checked my alignment when they installed the tires and it was fine. Only 2400 miles and 8 weeks later two tires were worn irregularly, lots of slipping and sliding, nearly bald. Went back to Tire Warehouse, where they told me that I needed an alignment and front end work. They wouldn t warrantee the tires, expected me to buy new ones, and pay for front end work. I asked Tire Warehouse why they wouldn t have performed a check on the front end when installing the tires to prevent us all from being in this situation. The response was you told me your car was driving straight and I didn t have time to put it on the lift and check your car, so I just installed them on the ground. I spoke with my mechanic and GoodYear themselves and both said you always check the front end when installing tires. My mechanic also confirmed that I don t need any front end work.

Thee guys took us in on a Saturday with only a 10 minute wait while the other tire places we're stating it would be at least 90 minutes before we would even be seen. This place has 8 bays so they can move a lot of vehicles and it's attached to the warehouse where they store the tires. While we were there and helped a pregnant lady who only need a slight adjustment of something that was loose and did so without charging her. Definitely worth a first call for tires and mechanical work.

We got a double flat on the New York Throughway. Not only did they have our tires, but we were in and out in under an hour. The staff were friendly and the prices were reasonable. The service was excellent!

Any repair that mavis will turn away, tire warehouse can do. Quick and quality at an affordable price, what more could you ask for? The guys are very knowledgeable, I don't feel like I'm getting ripped off like I do at most other repair shops.

These people are very rude once you say no the service they don t want anything to do with you. The lady was very rude and acted as if I was a peasant. They wanted to charge me 100 dollars to tow 2 mins away to The Mavis shop. Overpriced and rude pls don t use unless you are white

Only place that had my Continental Contiprocontact Tire! Great friendly and reasonably staff. In and out the door in under an hour. I had gotten a flat on my 2014 honda civic si on the cross bronx and was nervous to find if anyone had this OEM tire. Well I found it and they did!

Dropped my car off at 7:45AM to get a flat tire fixed and they had it ready less than three hours later. Will definitely have work done there in the future.

Best place in the NYC area for Nokian winter tires -- purchase and installation, including TPMS tire sensors, Pre-order through them (better prices than ordering tires yourself online) bring them your wheels, and they take care of the rest. Very satisfied with their quality work and tire tech knowledge and will be going back again.

Staff is very knowledgeable and helpfulI have 20 inch low profile tires went to 3 places before nobody could take the rims off the tire Mike from Tire Warehouse was very helpful and did an excellent job I highly recommend them will never go anywhere else again
