I am so grateful to Ed Michelle Paul and Garret. This wonderful team made my wife and I feel more than just customers but like human beings. Ed Herman is an outstanding man. He was patient kind knowledgeable and delightfully humorous . Michelle has such a beautiful light and wonderful communication skills especially when explaining all the bells and whistles with our new car. Paul brought warmth and reassurance with our purchase he answered all our questions and eased our minds moving forward. Garret took the time to make us feel welcomed and valued. I look forward to being a part of the white plains Subaru family. Thank you all for making this experience truly a beautiful one.

Mr. Hector Perez was a knowledgeable and kind salesperson. He was able to answer all of my concerns and questions about the car I was interested in. It was a team effort, Ms. Alliana was very nice and also went through all of the car s features. Mr. Paul from finance was very helpful and gave me a fair deal on added protection for my vehicle. We visited Subaru White Plains & really didn t know what to expect since it had been Quite some time since we purchased a new car..we must say that it was a pleasant experience .. The staff was extremely helpful.. Ramon Hernandez was our sales advisor.. and he stayed with us every step of the way.. he took his time, and we test drove so many cars.. He really went beyond the call of duty ..& again was so patient And answered all of our questions concerning the vehicle that we purchased ..as we continued on our decision to seal the deal .. we were led to Rick ( The finance officer).. he was thorough / friendly /patient ..& provided the necessary details in full clarity.. we would strongly recommend Subaru, White Plains to family and friends

My car broke down 5 minutes away from the Subaru service center in White Plains. That was a wonderful coincidence. The team was incredibly accommodating, drove me to work and picked me up when I was done, and gave me a loaner car for free for several days because my car was not safe enough to drive. For that reason, I chose to work with their sales team, even though I had purchased my previous car at a dealership closer to home. The sales team was also excellent and accommodating. I m very happy with my experience and with my new car.

We had a wonderful car buying experience at White Plains Subaru back in late December. Michael, Garrett and Madeleine were terrific to deal with. It was definitely the most laid back automobile purchase we've had-without the pressure and sleazy sales tactics we've encountered in the past. Overall great experience here. Very friendly staff. Very straightforward and honest. Pricing was as advertised - no surprise fees. I found it refreshing that they did not play any games like the other dealerships I visited.My sales rep Ed was great and very personable. He made the car buying experience way less stressful. He was very helpful by doing additional research on some of my concerns regarding the CarFax details, previous service records, and previous vehicle owners. He was very transparent and was able to dig up answers for all my questions to make sure that I was comfortable buying the car.I recently bought a used 2017 Ford Escape from here. Car was very reasonably priced and has served me great so far. Very happy with the car.

Great customer service by Madeline, Hector and Paul. They were extremely helpful from day one. My mom bought the car, she was extremely content with the price and customer service. It was helpful that our sales person Hector spoke Spanish, it facilitated the process since my mother is a Spanish speaker. He was very thorough going over important information. Madeline was really great at communicating, she would always get back to me as soon as possible whenever I had a question or concern. Initially my mom saw a car she wanted online at this dealership. I called Madeline to check if the car my mom wanted was available. Unfortunately it was in the process of being sold but something happened and the purchase did not go through with another person. Due to her dedication and thoroughness, she reached out to her manager to verify if the car my mom wanted was available for purchase. It all work out in our favor. Paul, the finance manager was very helpful and answered all our questions. He went over everything and did his best to his ability to give us a good rate. Overall we had a great experience at White Plains Subaru, this dealership has hard working, welcoming and patient employees (Madeline, Hector and Paul).

The service center at Subaru White Plains is incredible! My Subaru was towed there late at night after breaking down on the highway. Even though the service center was closed at that time, members of the service team stayed on the phone with me while I waited for a tow. I was so scared to find out how long it would take to fix my car and what the cost would be. When I called first thing the next morning, members of the service center had already checked my vehicle in and were working on it. They called throughout the day to update me. They were able to fix my car that day and it was so easy to keep track of the process through their online system. They made sure to keep my costs as low as possible - literally free with my warranty! When I picked it up around closing time, they were efficient and professional. So helpful! The easiest and least stressful car experience of my life!

Fast and professional - just how I like it. I asked for an appointment right away and they gave me one within two hours. I was in and out of the place in under one hour. That was after my 18,000 mile inspection, including an oil change and tire rotation. If you own a Subaru In Westchester, New York, this is the place to go.

I have been a customer of White Plains Subaru and White Plains Subaru Service center since early October of 20 23.It started first with me purchasing my new car and my following through what the recommended servicing of such.I must say, my experience for both were superb. I never experienced pressure free purchasing and no pressure for add-ons such as extended warranties when buying a car in the passed.I love my car as I learn more and more about it every day. I love the quality of it. And the service department within this establishment is just a superb! As the sales professional courteous and high quality!

Wow!! The Service Dept at Subaru White Plains was just excellent! First, they scheduled me immediately after I explained the car issue so I was able get an appt within the hour after I called.Devin was my advisor and took such good care of me! He reassured me that I wouldn t be billed for the diagnostic testing since my car was still under warranty. They found the issue, which was still covered under warranty, but it would take a few hours to fix. When I explained I had an appointment elsewhere, Devin then loaned me one of their cars, free of charge.I received an update every hour, including 3 other issues that needed repair but there was no pressure to fix right away.Lastly, they brought my car back to my house, fully cleaned inside out. My car hadn t looked that good since we first purchased it! They even gave me a gift of a Subaru tumbler.Everyone was just so kind and made this process stress-free and easy for me. By far, the best service I ve ever received for anything car related.

I usually have a good service experience here. Yesterday was a perfect example. I waited for an oil change, tire rotation, and car wash, and I was out of there in 1 hr and 15 min. No complaints, except for the inside of my windshield, which is foggy after they clean because they don't rub it hard enough. Happens every time.

I had an annual maintenance at the Subaru location in White Plains. Nick helped me with arranging everything. He provided exceptional customer service and informed me about all charges and updates. He arranged a car service so I could go home and then come back for pickup; my car was given complimentary wash. Highly recommend

I was there for an oil change . Devon was very good making sure I could use the coupon in the mail . As usual the swing area was very neat . When the work on my car was finished the car was washed and I was on my way . I am always impressed with the cleanliness of the service area and how well I am treated .

I took a number of years off from bringing my car here. Years ago it was cramped, inhospitable, and impossible to get an appointment. Then I happened to get a call from the Sales office and got to talking about my experiences. He suggested I come back and give it one more try (since a competitor had been unwilling to address my car s recall issues). WOW. I know, I know. How can car service knock your sock off? Every conversation was genuinely helpful and sincere. Rubi, who helped me, knew my backstory (presumably from the call I had with Sales). The updated service area is really improved with clear lanes for drop offs and many people doing intakes (over the 1 from several years back). My car needed parts and I easily got a loaner that was brand new! And when I returned today to pay the bill, I was amazed by the waived evaluation cost because of the hassle I had experienced at a competitor. I feel like the overhauled operations and customer service experience should be a business school case study. It really impressed me and the people from the sales person to Rubi to the gentleman who retrieved my loaner to the young woman beginning her shift tonight to clean the floors were among the finest in the service industry. I m beyond pleased with my experience and will continue my car service appointments here going forward.

The White plains Subaru team provided exemplary service from start to finish.Frances and Ramon were truly outstanding in their presentations and professionalism.it was a pleasure to meet and deal with Marco and Connor.They were eager to ensure that we were 100percent satisfied.We especially appreciated the overall climate of the way in which everyone helped one another regardless of their role on the team..The physical environment and atmosphere are stellar.They were all very hospitable.This dealership should be the flagship representative for Subaru!!

Today I had a perfect experience at Subaru with regard to a problem. I ve been upset with them in the past, not because of their work but because service is so expensive. I never felt confident that the expense was warranted but today they gave back. Thankfully, my problem was resolved with the easiest and best outcome and Subaru was generous! I am very grateful. I have had several Subarus and I love them. If I need another car in my lifetime, it will be another Subaru.Thank you for today.

Very good experience with all the staff at White Plains Subaru - they are ALL very customer oriented and you really couldn t ask for more. Everything went very smooth - They try to give you all the price breaks they can, including military discounts, which is a big plus. I love my 2024 Subaru Sport! Of any vehicle service department I have been to, this is by far the best. I was greeted within five seconds of stepping out of my car by a friendly service advisor. The staff at the counter was very helpful and kind. I have never previously been to any vehicle service department where staff is as happy as this team. If I could give more stars I would! This was my first time going to this service center and I will never go anywhere else. Thanks White Plains Subaru staff for the fast service and friendly faces!

They were all very nice but I don t think the car was properly checked, during the test drive I noted the vehicle was pulling hard to the right the whole time. I said I would buy the car so long as it got an alignment. I just drove the car a week or so later and they didn t do the alignment that they agreed to. Also tire valve caps are all missing also. Great. So even basic safety checks were not carried out. Hardly encouraging.So after the dealer reached out to me they did send someone to come pick up the car and they did correct the issue at hand. And the car got delivered back OK.

Even before we entered the building, Madeline (our sales consultant) was so very prompt with responses to our enquiries, and didn't press us to come in person to the dealership just to get answers.The service staff greeted us energetically with applause when we walked into the building, which was very kind. Michael Dagostino, our salesperson was straightforward, honest, informative and did not even attempt a salespitch. He was also very accommodating with our many questions and unusual last-minute requests. Paul, the finance manager, was likewise kind, personable, efficient, not pushy, and open to negotiation. Those organizing service appointments are prompt. (We had need to return after a week because of an electrical component upgrade).The dealership is comfortable, clean, and has plenty of inventory to choose from.It was by far the best car buying experience I've ever had. Great job, Subaru White Plains.

I've been using this Subaru White Plains since I bought my Subaru 2019 Subaru in 2019. They are friendly, attentive. And professional. They listen to your concern andvtake of what you went there for in a timely manner. They discussed with you of what they found and give you options to choose. They never forced you into do something that you're not familiar with.Their facility is always clean . People work there are very professional. Kudos to Devin who works at service desk. !I definitely will pass my experience to my friends and families. Keep up the good work Subaru White Plains.
