Favorite place, I been shopping in sams for year now the convenience to use the app while you in the store pay for it and no line walk right out. A game changer. Will never do a line anymore. And if you shop at least once a month you might as well get the membership that you can come in at 8am and get you money back so it pays for itself. I recommend it. Get my tires , batteries and food. Compare to any other supermarket. For example. I got a mozzarella cheese for 2 for 9 bucks. Shoprite you get 1 for $10 dollars. What a savings.

I went there to get a replacement tire because the original tire that I bought, was damaged and we had a blow out so we went to get another tire because it was still under warranty we dealt with a worker named Mario he was rude and condescending should not be there I will not go there ever again, terrible service. Looking at the reviews, when there is a complaint, nobody answers the reviews that is very unprofessional.i noticed that complaints are not answered that's so unprofessional.

I would like to thank David for helping me with a blown out tire. It was late, dark and the jacks in these new cars are totally insufficient. He went over and above and was a true blessing. Thank you David.

They were incompetent enough to destroy a couple of lug nuts of my Subaru Crosstrek over two separate occasions and lied to me that they were damaged by someone else previously. I had to shell out more than $200 to replace the damaged lug nuts. They would not do any work on my Subaru tires anymore. (Now I know why and I also found out later that Subaru cars have a little different size of lug nuts.) So I had to buy new tires at Sam's Club and went somewhere else to replace the tires.

Rolando the Manager Of The Tire Dept at the Sams Club in Elmsford is outstanding and provided excellent customer service. His expert knowledge on tires is impressive! His team David and Sivio are amazing! Ive been buying tires for over 20 years at Sams, Silvio and David service is awesome!

Driving home to NC through NY traffic and we ran over something long story short we called Sam s Club and they had a tire - they stayed open late to wait for us (we got there just as they were closing) to ensure we had a tire and were back on the road. Very friendly and professional. We NY!
