When I walked into the dealership I was in awe of how beautiful it looked. I was greeted by a gentleman sitting at the front desk. He was very polite. My sales representative, Emilia greeted me with a huge smile and tended to me with such courtesy. She was informative about the vehicle that I was interested in and went above and beyond to meet my expectations. Everyone was so kind and helpful. It was a pleasure purchasing my new car from them. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who is looking to purchase a vehicle from the Land Rover family. Thank you guys!!

If you want to be treated like a valued customer, go to the dealership and ask for Hector. My lease was up on my Evoque and I did not plan to continue to do business with Land Rover because of the New Rochelle dealership and their terrible customer service. However, Hector s professionalism and quality customer service made me give Land Rover a second chance.

Emilia Baez and the team at White Plains are fantastic! They helped to make the process of buying my new car and enjoyable experience. Emilia is extremely knowledgeable on the models and technology within the car. She made the buying part quick and then did an amazing job in helping me set up the car and learn how to use all of the technology.

Incredible team there, Mario at the service department went above and beyond and did a great job. Hard to believe that this place has the same ownership than LR New Rochelle who treated me like sh..Avoid New Rochelle at all cost, they made me pay +500$ for a leak search with a car under warranty and get your service done by White Plains or even better buy your car there, those guys are amazing. Great management!

I'd give them 5 stars, but there is room for improvement. What I will say is after some negotiation the dealership earned our business. James Romer, the General Manager currently at this location went above any beyond to make the buying experience as seamless as possible. Mistakes were made, but James went out of his way to try to correct. He offered outstanding customer service once all was said and done and a customer left happy and without buyers remorse! I would give them a chance to earn your business.Thanks James, Im sure you'll see this. Thank You for keeping your word and getting my mother in a vehicle she loves.

Honestly I think the car buying experience is good just about anywhere, you're about to spend money. Annual service was done within the agreed time frame. No issues. Car was returned very clean as always - almost as if it had been detailed. "No loaner" policy was not a problem but could become one, if a problem is discovered that requires more than same day repair.

Pretty good and uneventful experience buying a pre owned vehicle here. From initial contact to taking delivery everything went smooth thanks to salesman Raul Moscoso and others. No hassle or pressure and the dealership is clean and spacious

I am not taking this review down until my issue is resolved. Their customer service for existing customers is woefully inadequate. I have a warranty on my 2020 leased Evoque because it is CPO. For some reason, that information is buried. The service department couldn t find it and I had to wait for Steve to locate it. Later that day when I called back to have the information sent to the New Rochelle dealership, Steve didn t pick up and he hasn t responded to my message. If this isn t resolved in a reasonable time frame, I will contact the DMV to file a complaint.

This dealer pushes paint protection and dent protection and claims they cannot remove it. If you push them on it they will remove it. But in the end they took a deposit with someone willing to pay for these extras instead.

Very nice business. People are very friendly and helpful. Had to take my car back twice and I was seen without having an appointment. Both of the gentlemen that I dealt with in the Service Department were very professional and kind. Took care of my problem and even washed my car, even tho it was raining outside.

It's been over a month and I have not received my license plate. Temp license has expired. Called many times, no reply but empty promises. Until then, 1 star.

My father was told to contact Land Rover regarding the broken windshield and the service at White Plains has been completely unhelpful both to me and Land Rover customer service. Completely unprofessional and does not take responsibility for their mistakes. They re not even able to give them a proper estimate which is ridiculous considering it is a simple replacement

My appointment was just for a NYState inspection. The experience was nothing but the best. I was greeted immediately in the drive in service bay, directed to a service rep (Sean). He was extremely personable and informative of the process. ALL went well and my visit was easy. Thanks to all at Land Rover/WP.

Worked with Ron. He made our buying a new vehicle wonderful experience. He was professional and well informed. We negotiated a deal and it was a smooth transition from turning in my Range Rover Sport to picking up a beautiful Land Rover Defender.I have been to many dealerships and had a terrible long drawn out experience and was not only frustrated but disappointed. Ron was efficiently and it was very well handled.Will return when its time again to this dealership at Land Rover White Plains because of our wonderful experience.

RAUL MOSCOSO was able to get me a 2023 Defender Carpathian Ed. V8 at an amazing price! He is extremely responsive and courteous! Raul would answer emails/text early in the morning and late at night as we waited for this car to go into production. Their trade offer was also the best in the area for my 2020 GLE350. The Autonation online quote was honored and no issues when I brought them the car. This Defender is one of the best SUVs out there, and I get compliments all the time! THANK YOU, RAUL! YOU'RE THE BEST!

My service rep Valentina was great. Professional, courteous, and diligent. At first she had indicated there was little chance I d get my car back within the short time frame I requested, but in the end she and the whole service department delivered by somehow prioritizing my car, which was a very pleasant surprise. So overall, I d have to say they did a fantastic job. Thanks Land Rover of White Plains!!! Job well done!!!

I dropped 2019 svr and 2024 autobiography 930 am they both needed oil change ,multi point inspection and one part ..They called me 2 pm both cars were ready.My service advisor Valentina was so good and she snew what she was doing.Thank you Valentina

Absolutely amazing customer service, sense of urgency and professionalism by Raul Muela. He approached me within 10 minutes of being there and helped narrow down what I was looking for. Paid attention to the details of my experience and openly welcomed my family when I had to bring my kids to close the deal. He has a great deal of knowledge on all vehicles and was able to advise me accordingly. He definitely deserves a raise.

This week I brought my 2016 Range Rover in for a NYS inspection and 100,000 mile service - the Service Team at Land Rover White Plains, specifically David and Edgar, did not disappoint. Ordered parts, booked into fit them, dropped off car (had confirmation all parts were there), waited and waited for the call to pick up car, claimed they called me left voicemail and texted (no missed calls or texts), finally called them up. "Sorry we can't do your car the parts are not here". One vacation with family cancelled due to their utter incompetence, told them this and got a nothing we can do. DO NOT USE
