The service here for me has always been one of ease, professionalism, friendly service advisors and service on a whole. David, who is always busy is great, very friendly and takes the time to have a conversation with you and answers your questions. We always have great conversations, especially about family. The staff on a whole is friendly and accommodating to meet my needs. Would I return? Yep, no question.

the service team at Jaguar White Plains is exceptional! always pleasant and helpful and willing to accommodate. The latest experience was wonderful. I showed up early without an appointment because I felt and heard my brakes and the brake light was on. Valentina was so helpful and got me in immediately. She told me they could take care of it today. She called me an Uber and I was home in no time. My car was ready in one hour! Before I knew it, they called me and another Uber was on the way to get me to pick up my car. It was the smoothest experience I have ever had! I had forgotten to tell them about the back windshield wiper and they immediately went and got the part, changed it out and I was on my way! I am very pleased with this team and I know that anytime I come in, they care about me and try to give me the best experience.Grateful for their kind and expeditious service!Joy

My salesman Wilmer Guerrero was great explaining the car to me. The sales manager was good as well. But the finance guy was rude messed up my paperwork many times made me waste my whole day at the dealership 51/2 hours and never apologized. By the way I didn t even finance the car I paid for it and still took the whole day from me. The dealership only had 1 key and fob for me I priced a new one to order from a Chevrolet dealer and it s $500.00 This dealer gave me $250.00 twords the new one I think they should have given me 2 keys and fobs with the car. It is what it is. The car was supposed to be detailed for me when I picked it up and it was not. I saw an employee drive the car into the service area from the glass wall in the show room to inspect the car and he hit a stack of tires with the nose of the car (no damage) but be more careful. I don t think I would recommend this dealership especially if your financing your car. They should get a new finance guy that cares about his job. Gary Davis

My scheduled service was completed on time (I had asked to wait there while the service was performed). All three of the service associates were pleasant and helpful. None of the three service associates introduced themselves or what their role was in the process. Two of them promised to follow up on items after I left the dealership but neither of them did that.

Edgar always goes way and beyond to please his customers. He's very professional and hospitable. The facility is very cozy and comfortable if you decide to wait for your vehicle as I did. Thank you to the staff that kept checking to see if I wanted anything too.

Visited this location on 11/01/23 for an appointment. Met with Sean Harris, who was my service advisor. Let me start by saying this is one of the very FIRST TIMES EVER that I was given excellent customer service in the service department, not only that I managed to get a loaner vehicle even though it had a smell to it, it wasn't very clean and the fan made this loud annoying noise so I had to keep the heat off and freeze my behind off the entire duration of the loaner/servicing of my vehicle.This location treats some of their customers horribly depending on your race. They do NOT honor the agreement of providing the loaner vehicles unless you're caucasian. This is my third Jaguar, and it'll definitely be my LAST jaguar purchase EVER due to the numerous horrible arguments and experiences I've encountered there simply for requesting services under my vehicle warranty that they did not want to honor or provide. Sean Harris, you certainly exceeded my expectations today, and the White Plains location should cherish you for performing such an effortless job and providing me with such excellent customer service. If I had my own dealership, I'd give you a promotion, a raise, and steal you from Jaguar White Plains.

Worst service ever. I'm treated better by the Kia service dept. The staff is rude, and they never return calls or call back with a status as promised. Plus, above all, they used my car as a shuttle vehicle to transport other service customers back to their homes or places of work, then denied it even though every trip in logged in the mobile app. Unbelievably disappointing for a high-end vehicle..

I was very disappointed by the level of service I received. The dealer didn't lift a finger to try to help me resolve an annual service issue with Jaguar corporate. "Here's the number -- you can call them" was as far as they were willing to go. We recently moved to New York from out of state (having leased the vehicle before we moved), so I was also looking for a new dealer to use for regular service. Clearly that's not going to be White Plains.
