What a wonderful experience for my family/business vehicle selection travels. Rayvon and Saimon were very helpful and knowledgeable about our options when we informed them exactly what we were looking for. They even went above and beyond our expectations, the hands on help as if they were purchasing the vehicle for themselves or a close friend amazing service. They even gave us knowledge further down the line that would benefit us long-term we will definitely be doing business with this company again. I purchased my first car today at Sunrise of Elmont. I dealt with Ray and Simon. They both was so nice, honest and very informative. They worked with my budget and got me in a very nice clean car. They are awesome! I recommend this dealership 100%! I m so happy I came to Sunrise of Elmont!

Staff was extremely courteous and friendly. The General Manager and Staff Customer service skills was impeccable. I would recommend them to anyone to take care of your transportation/ car needs. I sold them my BMW X6. My busy schedule did not allow me to get my title that I misplaced. They applied for the title for me. Process was smooth. Great job Sunrise Auto of Elmont. !!!!!

The team here is incredible, the friendly environment will definitely make you want to return. This is the best and honest place to go buy a car .everyone there Sam /ray/and the uncle and the manager go far and beyond to make everything go smooth . I bought a 2009 sienna that had a small thing to fix the owner himself took the car from in front of my home and fix it and bring it back same day couse he know that I use the car to take kids to school .my credit is the worst but they were able to get me good rate that I am able to afford . This is my first finance and I am really happy . Thank you guys

I would give this place a 5 star review but someone who works there said something that didn t sit right with me, if im being honest im giving 4 stars just for Ray because he bent backwards to help me and my boyfriend buy a car most guys would ve told us forget it and say that they can t help us but not Ray, he did everything he could because he saw how passionate we were in buying the car. For that me and my family is forever grateful i hope Ray gets all the blessings he deserves.

The service and care they had for me when I was coming in to purchase my first used vehicle was amazing, and after I purchased my vehicle Tony, Simon and the rest of the crew made sure that whenever I came in I felt comfortable discussing the problems I had with the vehicles and fixed it with the upmost efficiency. If you live anywhere near Elmont I recommend this the dealership to be at.

Great place. Worked with Simon.Bc I don t just accept anything I m told & I go into details, MANY other dealerships failed miserably for me. Everything I asked was reasonable & if Simon didn t have a clear answer he got the answer for me in a timely manner.There were a few concerns he was able to ease & he didn t make the process difficult. He explained everything to me before each step & also explained while going through them as well. Everything aligned & he kept his word.Overall I do recommend this place.Thanks, Simon!

Very excited about this place and would like others to experience this wonderful feeling of being person the matters when you walk in. Genuinely believe they cared, even took me home one night when things didn't look good and didn't work out. But delayed but not denied. They worked until late to make sure everything was in place. I felt special. Other dealerships rush you in and rush you out, Sunrise of Elmont two thumbs up Great job, I love my vehicle. I recommend this place.!!!

Phenomenal doesn t even come close to the level of service provided by this dealership. When I say above and beyond, they are very dedicated to working on what best works for you and takes that an surpass your expectations. I have been to many dealerships in the past but they the only one I have been back more than 3 times and every car I took out I NEVER had any issues!!
