I got to work with Nathan and Daisy to buy our large Spinter Van. First off its one of the best purchases I've made. We love our Sprinter Van!!I was buying this from Florida so we had to work out transportation. There were lots of questions from my end about how that was going to work and I was calling them often. They answered every call and were always available to communicate. That's more important then anything else to me. I knew I could get a hold of them at any time. Awesome people to work with, and the process worked out great. I'd trust going to them again in a second.

Bought a van from these guys and the first day I drove it off the lot the check engine light comes on. I drive back to the dealer, they solve it. Next day, check engine light comes on again. Now they re asking me to come in again knowing I live almost three hours away. Do not buy here, I ve owned the van for maybe 3 months now and have not been able to operate it. Worst experience I ve ever witnessed. GO ELSEWHERE and save yourself the headache.

Dont to go this dealership. They used to be called "26 Motors" and there is 100% a reason why they are permanently closed. Typical bait & switch, money grab dealership. Unprofessional, unknowledgeable, and horrible staff which are just looking to take your money, and don't know anything about cars. Your car will 100% get a check engine light driving off the lot and they will run you around to beat the 30 day lemon law. Take your money literally anywhere else. Read the other reviews and trust them!

Purchased a vehicle mid June.Was charged $4900 for an extended warranty which was added on to my loan and funded 100% by the bank .Fast forward to over 2 months later after bringing this to their attention at the beginning of July......They never purchased the extended warranty!. Like a fool i call up the company that my contract is supposed to be with. They have no record of me or the vehicle.Stop by to just be told"You're 100% right. Call me tomorrow and we'll let you know what we can do for you ."Why is it me having to chase an issue like this. And the gall to talk to me like they're doing me a favor.Well see how tomorrow goes.

If I could give zero stars I would, bc they don't deserve any. On Tue, my husband called after seeing a van on CarGurus listed by them for $35,995k. Evelyn called my husband back, confirmed the unit was on the lot and that there was room for negotiation. She also said that she was the sales manager. When we arrived today, after an 1+hr drive there, it was total bait and switch. Now the same van was $47K and there was a "mistake" on the website. When we asked why Evelyn had confirmed the price the day prior, the co-worker said, "oh she's just the receptionist that answers the phones, she doesn't know about pricing". Hmmm that's funny bc Evelyn said she was the sales manager. We walked out and now after seeing these reviews I'm glad we did bc we probably would have wound up with a lemon. Stay away from here and go anywhere else. This is probably the worst car dealership that I've ever dealt with.

Don t go to this place, whatever price you see online they will add $5000 to the advertised price claiming reconditioning fee, delivery fee, and then an added 2995. Just know whatever price you see online they will add $5000 plus taxes and dmv. One of the salesman who claims he is a manager doesn t know how to speak with customers and has a very large ego. No negotiation can be done here at all it s the price they say or nothing at all.

What a great experience I had this week ! Hassle free ! We were in and out and on the way home with my new car within 2 hours . Finance was a quick process with NO extra fess.Great staff to work with !!I would definitely tell my family and friends! 1 stop shop !!Thank you !!

0 star for this dealer Red flag, don t buy car or pick up from these , they sell bad cars , bought a pickup dec 2 2022 , the real next day had to go back get light bulbs fix , it was cold didn t check the ac recently last week found that ac not work , got low oil sign , had do breaks, now have to get ac fix , got over heated, went to them to see if they could fix it own said it s gonna cost me to fix coz I bought while ago . Gota find problem why more spending and just after just 3 month , so think twice

These people do not deserve not even one star for their service. They are bad people that sell bad condition vehicles. After I bought my van from them they told me they could not do anything for me but they already sold me the broken messed up vehicle. If looking to purchase something do not waste your time to deal with these nasty people that do not care. Go somewhere better where you will not be tricked into buying something that is not in an operable condition. NEVER will I ever buy from these people anything again. I have learned my lesson now. These people are trickers they just want the money and do not care for anything and will not help if something goes wrong even if you buy from them.

I purchased Dodge 2017 from Specialty Auto Group. Nathan was incredibly professional and knowledgeable of the vehicle; he also wasn t pushy at all. Overall I couldn t be happier with the car and the experience. Will definitely consider returning in the future.

I had an outstanding experience purchasing my vehicle from Specialty Auto Group. I found the sprinter I was looking for on Cargurus so I called prior to flying in from Atlanta to inquire. They had such a big selection of sprinters at the lot. Nate got me approved that same day for the one I flew in for and had the mechanic that's on the premises double check my sprinter out before I drove it back to Ga. Gotta say the whole experience was truly exceptional. Thank you Specialty auto group.

Buyers Beware! My husband and I went to look at a Toyota Scion around late August. Nathan the owner states is was some issue with the vehicle, and his mechanic was going to fixed it and have the vehicle ready for us after Labor day. About three days after Labor day they called and the the vehicle was ready for pick up. I live in Coram NY and was running about 10 minutes over closing time which they waited for me. We got there and the transaction went smoothly. Drove away in the vehicle and it was driving ok, about mid October while driving on 495 with my kids I heard a dragging sound by that time someone that was driving next to me motion that my tire was blown. I pulled over to right and notice what appeared to be a flat. Statfarm highway emergency services came and attempted to change the tire but couldn't. The tiee would not come off. I had the car towed and ended up taking a uber home. The following day I had a mechanic look at the vehicle and notice that the entire car frame was broken because it was rusted so badly. Tried to contact Nathan couldn't get a hold of him because of the Jewish holidays. When I did finally got a hold of him he told to have the vehicle towed to him from Coram to Elmont at our expense and the the part would cost us 450 and the does not include labor, which was 400 and that's because he was giving us a break. Not to mention I didn't include the towing cost. He's a wolf in sheep clothing a theif!

Honestly one of the best dealerships around, Nathaniel really tries his best to attend to you needs. He is professional and cuteous. It was a quick and easy process to finance a 2010 frieghtliner with low mileage and a great price. Low monthly payments and a great vehicle for work, what more can you ask for? I recommend this place to anyone that needs a finananced vehicle!

It is hard to put into words how awesome it was working with Specialty auto group. Nathen, in particular. My work van had recently been totaled, and I did not have a rental so it was more challenging to get everything handled since I live about an hour away, but nathen made the process very easy. We talked over the phone, and I went and looked at the sprinter a couple days later. The vehicle I purchased was immaculate, and he even held it for me since I already had financing. It took a few days for me to get it during the processing of the paperwork but again, it was such an easy process, and I wouldn't be in my vehicle now if it weren't for nathen's patience and holding it for me while everything was being processed. It is difficult to find a good place that you don't feel pressured or schemed, but nathen made me feel like I was getting a good deal and was easy to deal with, and I highly recommend them! Thanks again Nathen!!!

Accompanied a friend of mine to this dealership. The worst experience ever. They sold a vehicle that was a lemon which they took back and gave another lemon that is now sitting at a Benz dealership u able to start and oddly they still want the last two payments and will come all the way to Another state to pick it up and fix it , by their repair shop, their tow truck.... and oddly enough has anyone looked at al of the names of their reviews... the customers practically all have similar last names... stay Away!!

Dear Future Prospects:I was in the market for a Mercedes-Benz Sprinter 3500 Cargo Van to use as a transport vehicle for my AKC show dogs. I live in Atlanta, GA and traveled to Elmont, NY to purchase the Mercedes-Benz Sprinter 3500 Cargo Van from Specialty Auto Group. Nathan, Ms. Daysi were very professional, honest and patient. Due to their willingness to answer all of my questions and go above and beyond to ensure my trust, I purchased the vehicle based on the pictures on the dealers website and supplemental feedback provided by Nathan. I flew up to JFK, took an Uber to Elmont, finalized the paperwork, and drove the Mercedes-Benz Sprinter 3500 Cargo Van back to Atlanta. The van drove and performed like a dream. Nathan took his time to go over the van with me in detail and educated me on the Mercedes-Benz Sprinters as I am new to this segment of the market.Thank you Nathan, Ms. Daysi and the management team at Specialty Auto Group for the white glove service.Dr. Yves Belmont

I'm satisfied with the 2010 freightliner sprinter truck from specialty auto group because of the flexible payment, I paid for the truck in one month. And I will most definitely be back in five years to buy another sprinter.

I wish give 0 star I Went in time morning to look car I called him he said that he be here in 30 min then he took more then one hour. then he showed me 2 promoter he ask for vehicle $29000 then can you give me any break even $200 he said no then I told him ok I come back let me see some where else for 2nd opinion I said very badly go go go..... don't wait he was do rude customer service was so bad

no recommendation to buy from them, I bought a mercedess sprinter from them, first he wanted to convince me that it is ok to have a check engine, when I said I will not buy he said I will fix it, later he told me not to worry about everything is ok with mercedes, on the way home my check engine started and my transmission stopped working, when I called him he said it was no longer his concern! do not cooperate with these people selling cars in poor condition after a few days my starter, alternator and many things stopped working when I called him and told him that ds mercedes is not even a month as I bought from him and everything breaks down he hung up and told me not to call here anymore , I do not recommend cooperating with them in any way, very bad people
