I was indecisive about which TV to buy and sales rep JWest was very patient and knowledgeable about TV products. He also worked diligently to try to fit my budget while meeting the TV needs of my family and I. I am very satisfied with the service I received from JWest at the Elmont location and very pleased with the products I purchased.

Mike was very helpful while I was purchasing a new washing machine for my apartment. He was very nice and gave a lot of information for all the washers we were looking at. I definitely recommend shopping at this pc Richard and son. Exceptional service that I received today

This store is great! It s always fully staffed. I ve never had to wait for help. The reps are knowledgable and patient, and the manager Rich never fails to great you at the door and start your experience off right. I ve been coming here for years for a reason.

Been waiting since DECEMBER for a spec order oven... every 2wks they say same thing, 2 more weeks.. almost 4 months later missing holidays in between eating out we finally canceled... found 1 in Brooklyn and I will have it by Monday, 5 days in total

When I walked into PC Richards and sons located in Elmont NY I Was mostly window shopping. Then Jamel approached me and we started talking about quality tv's at a good price. He helped me through the process and had an amazing customer rapport. Thank you Jamel!

We had a great experience today with sharon, we had a rollercoaster of a time with customer service department as they did not help or accomodate our needs. But the in-store service provided by sharon and her leaders were top notch. I left multiple call with the pc richards cs dept which would get a 0 star

This is the Elmont location.. the only one I would recommend as I've had issues with other locations.. Junior is a great salesman!! Ask for him and you will be assured to get great service.. I just bought a 77" LG tv, Cooking range and dishwasher and he was a great help in selecting and got the right discounts..

The best appliance store have ever visited. The greeting is exceptional. Sharon and Farel are my favorite ones. She very sweet, always there for me. This location is on Linden Blvd right over the bridge when you coming from Jamaica Queens. Q4 line. by the way, i don't get pay for this, I'm just sharing my experience and my satisfaction. Love PC Richard & Son

i felt like the sale was easy and great and as well no issue with the employee. my issue is i purchased a macbook pro in october, im already in apple getting a repair done because of the charging port. thank god i gave in to purchasing apple care but it s inconvenient especially paying over $1k for the laptop i shouldn t really be in an apple store a month later

If you need any type of appliances or electronics, you should go to the PC Richards at Elmont, NY on Linden Blvd. Just ask for ROY. He is really nice and actually very willing to PRICE MATCH and work with you on the prices you see in the circulars and online. We needed an AC and visited our neighborhood PC Richards in New Hyde Park. (I always feel a bit intimidated whenever I go into this type of stores. The sales reps are always so intimidating or they just ignore you.) We showed the sales rep an online ad that we saw from BedBath&Beyond at a lower price bc PCRichards claim to price match. The man was so rude and dismissive from the moment we asked him for help and proceeded to tell us that if we wanted that price then go buy it there. Then we called four other locations, two also said they refused to price match, two locations agreed to a lower price and this location at ELMONT gave me the better price- almost $100 less!!! I am not familiar with the neighborhood so was unsure at first but I d be saving A LOT of $$!! So I took a risk and v happy that this is a safe and convenient location. A sales associate will bring your item to the car. ROY was knowledgeable and professional but most importantly he was very helpful and NICE!! I feel like I discovered a secret and I want everyone to know about it!!
