Excellent service. I came in to have new tires installed that I ordered. I spoke to the shop clerk Carl and he was Excellent. He went over all the services Mavis provides, and immediately got someone working on my vehicle.

My experience at Mavis was a great one. I recommend anyone to come and see for themselves. Cliff customer service skills coupled with the customer service skills of the rest of the staff like Brandy and crew makes you very comfortable and at ease to leave your vehicle with them to be serviced. I will come back for sure!!

Thank you to the Mavis located on 1841 Hempstead turnpike !!! I was riding around on a donut for a few days because my tire caught a bubble . It s so hard to get to mavis on time because I always get off late from work but the manager Cliff came through for me big time !!!! Because of the holiday season there is sooooo much traffic on the roads but I was able to call him and he was able to accommodate me he stayed open a little later and was able to get someone to change my tire within 30 minutes !!! Thank you cliff and a big thanks to the team at mavis !!!!

Manager Charles and crew took care of my car and got it ready for a road trip. Mechanics were thorough and efficient. All staff were cordial and kept me updated on the progress during the wait.

April 09, 2024 ... @04:47 PM I called for an estimate for "Engine Mount Replacement"; and was abruptly hanged up on and told they don't do that there and only tires, in a manner that person did not even care to speak. Very and Extremely Rude. Like Really, I have seen them do major work there, but not replace engine brackets aka engine mounts? like really ??? A real class A Piece of you know what. The way his customer service was.

Came in because the car was making some noise. My husband and I couldn t find where the sound was coming from. The gentlemen were very friendly and accommodating. They fixed the issue quickly while we waited. Would highly recommend coming here. Thank you!

Horrible service.Cane last night with a flat tire, was told nothing was wrong with my tire.Associates wanted to go home and rushed me out stating that it was due to the weather. Needless to say flat tire in the morning.Assouctes are not trained and super unprofessional.Manager Charles is good and courteous, who helped me in the morning. They need tio have trained employees working on customers cars.Very disappointed since I have been going here for years. This was a very bad experience.

New update came back and Chucky took care of me and my car again l!! New brakes and two rear tires!! For a great price thank you so much Charles!!!!!Thank you Charles! Came back and you got me right again thank you so much my mechanic my mechanicCharles really does go above and beyond, he brought my car right in and changed my battery and checked my car and now I m heading to work on timePulled up on Chucky again and boom got my car right again!!Update!!! Came to see Chucky again and just like that he took care of me as always!
