I have been coming to this auto repair shop for a couple of years now. Unlike the dealerships, the staff here is always pleasant and fair and the diagnosis honest. The prices are fair as well, so I highly recommend Elmont Best for anyone seeking quality and efficient repair.

Robbing customers. Trying to get money from customers by threatening to fail inspection for wiper blades. Customer had his own brand new wipers in hand but the mechanic wants to get new pair from his shop and charging 3 times the price. And He doesn t hav any knowledge of new cars. Inexperienced guys. Don't go there. It s total rip off.

Overcharged for a new cap for the cooler and a/c coolant - paid $130 . I feel robbed and they are not honest people . How is it possible to get charged that much for a new cap ? And some antifreeze .. ? Never coming back .
