Got my new York enhanced license in less than half an hour (paper one mail one came in 12 days) just call to make sure you have all the paperwork/documents or look it up online

Just as I walked it the power went out for a few seconds. The clerks had difficulty getting their equipment back up and running because of it. However they tried to help the best they could using paper forms and such. I'm just hoping my transaction is processed and not lost so I don't get fined for not turning my plates in.

I called to PAY some old fines. The lady put me on hold, then transfered me to a line that rang forever. No one ever answered the phone. You'd thank they would be trying to help considering your trying to PAY them! The lady was VERY rude. Worst experience ever. && No I never figured out how to pay them.. online wouldn't show anything neither.

Now I have to say the experience with a recent person at this dmv location is not performing their duty 100%. I was told to get my registration sent through mail and would be the fastest way. I called a week ago . A woman picked up the phone and explained to me that in order for me to get my motorcycle register I would have to download a form from their website and put my credit card information. Now after waiting 4 - 5 days later. I called and they said they mail my application back to me because they don t accept credit card information. This is really frustrating . I no longer trust information giving over the phone . If they would find out when will the open for walk ins would be very helpful.

Came to exchange Indiana license for Enhanced NY license. Even with me forgetting some paperwork in the car, I was done in 30 minutes. Staff was super nice and helpful, everything was quick and easy.

The person who answered my telephone call was very knowledgeable and courteous. The answer to my question was nowhere to be found online so I was pleasantly surprised to get such good service! It was quick and easy.

Really should build a parking lot sufficient enough for this location. ZERO PARKING within a 2 mile radius

Nice to know that I can call the dmv literally four times in 15 minutes just to ask a simple question that would have taken them literally seconds to give me the answer too, and no one picks up the phone. You can't tell me one of the three people that's in there can't here that phone ringing

I went to take my 16 yr old to get her permit was there by 330 a lady was visiting with a employee and was in line in front of us they refused to do her permit because it was 340 when we finally got to the window nothing like ruining a girls sweet sixteen
