This professional repair shop is the only shop I would take my vehicle to. They are knowledgeable in fact experts in the field (certified techs). No bull straight up with what you need to be done with your Merc. Above all there are fair and reasonable in pricing. Always reliable, always accurate especially in the AMG realm. Great people to help you take care of you car. I ve been fortunate to find an honest auto shop. Truly a rare find.

The last visit to Computerized was a pleasant one. After picking up my car from my most recent maintenance repairs, I realized the mechanic didn't replace some preexisting parts to factory specifications. I was impressed with the level of service. Not only was there a quick resolution, but it happened without incident. I had been using Computerized for years and never really had any problems. I would gladly recommend this Mercedes-Benz-only shop to anyone who has a Mercedes-Benz in need of service and preventative maintenance. I would recommend making a reservation before visiting. Also, I believe that hours of operation are on weekdays from eight to four or four-thirty. If you don't make an appointment and want to visit without reservation, eight in the morning is your best bet. Be prepared to catch a ride or use a rideshare service because the waiting area is limited to one chair. Service like an oil change is not a complicated service, but don't go with an electric problem and expect them to fix it immediately because there might be no guarantees that the shop will be able to fix technical vehicle problems in a day.Services: Auto water leak repair, General repairs & maintenance, Auto A/C recharge, Auto engine diagnostic, Auto emissions testing, Air conditioning, Battery

I had an issue with my Mercedes Benz and put a call to the shop. Tom ( father) was very receptive, accommodating and went as far as diagnosing the issue with my car. I went there the following day and the son took care of the problem.I highly recommend them to anyone who wants quality and efficient service. Great service. Friendly personnel. They even provide with getting you back to your house if you live within certain distance and the vehicle has to stay for service. Good prices. Honest, NOT a rip off. Very satisfied. Will definitely be back anytime something goes wrong with one of my cars.
