David was amazing!! I went in for a simple task, to change my windshield wipers, his customer service was top tier! Extremely knowledgeable, patient and very friendly. I felt bad that it was so cold out- he quickly changed the wipers on my two cars and checked everything before we pulled off. I will 100% be going back.

I want to thank Associate Jalen. He check my car to verify if the problem indeed was my brake light. Once I purchased the bulb he changed it in seconds. Jalen is very manner able and informative. Thank you for your help Jalen.

Called to find out for a specific color paint and spoke with Jalen he was very rude. He stated that he s not a painted he doesn t know if they carry the color I was looking for, that I need to come in the store and check for myself that he s not able to check for me. Poor customer service

I spend a lot of money at AutoZone and so do a lot of people. We deserve to be treated with respect at all times . The female manager with the big black glasses gave me a hard time on returning a item . She did not want to help me and told me to call customer service because she couldn t figure out the problem. She couldn t find the item in her system . So another male worker asked if I bought it at another location. I said yes . So turns out because of AutoZones policy I had to bring it back to the original place of purchase. But this worker had no right to give me a attitude and try to brush me off as if I am a inconvenience. Good thing the other worker was there to calm things down and solve the issue . I couldn t see why she wasn t able to help and she is the manager. My advice is do not lie to customers and try to insult our intelligence especially when you re the manager. I was shocked and really getting upset that she just wanted me to go away. But I refused and would not leave until the problem was solved.

Store was super clean and the staff specially Paula M, was the best, she was very knowledgeable and friendly she help us get the parts for our car really fast. Definitely coming back to this location.

The incompetence here is at a mortifying level, I always wondered how the auto parts place across the street was able to stay open and now I realize why. It s always a few staff with only one of them with some knowledge of cars other then the usual I just go by what the computer tells me and his attitude is miserable witch is understandable because every few minutes he has to drop what he s doing because the other staff are calling him over because they have no clue what they are doing. If you aren t lucky enough to get the one guy who knows a little then forget about going the extra mile Ha! They don t even go an extra foot! Instead of trying to figure it out and help you find what you need they just tell you to go across the street. Pathetic ..

Both store pickup as well as ship to home have been horrible. My first in store pickup, two items weren t in stock so it was refunded and I purchased similar items no big deal. Two days later for my second store pickup after waiting 4 hours with no update I go to the store and they don t even have my order in their system. So I again bought what I needed in store. As I got to my car in the parking lot I saw email saying order was cancelled and in-store return was made for the cancelled items. Finally I had a ship to home order estimated delivery Friday, then was delayed to Saturday, then delayed to Sunday. Then on Saturday I get a status update saying order was delivered in the morning. I check and it was just a small drain pan, the rest of my order was missing. No big deal again I thought, but when I checked online it says all the items were delivered. So I contact autozone and they said they ll do investigation and ship me a replacement on Monday. I have a road trip that s why I ordered things online for ship to home and store pickup to save on time but this has been a headache. Online ordering system extremely unreliable. Don t order in store pickup or ship to home until autozone gets their act together.
