I have found William's Honda Service Department to be worth the price. For what we pay for vehicles these days, it's important to properly maintain our vehicles so they last. They have the experience to do the job right. I look at it as extra insurance to be sure our investment in our vehicles last. Certainly there are less pricey options but I've found the hard way it's worth paying more to Williams to get the job done right.

Update: The general manager called me and throughly investigated the situation. The car indeed does need to be wholesaled. Although it is scary that vehicle could ve been bought by someone for the 11 days it was at the dealership, I am glad the situation was resolved and no one acquired the car.BEWARE! Take your business elsewhere.On March 6, 2024, I was purchasing a red 2021 Honda Accord EX-L VIN NUMBER 1HGCV1F50MA000444 (Sorry to whomever buys this car!) from Williams Honda. I drove 7 hours round trip to go look at it and spent about 6 hours in the dealership. After being haggled for the $3,700 warranty, I politely declined because I don t buy warranties. The finance manager tried selling me the warranty that isn t exclusively Honda, it s a third party. He also kept stating about 15 times that he s a Jeweler! and not a Car guy . The finance manager and I signed my purchase invoice without the warranty on it and handed it to me with his signature to bring to my bank the following morning.. That following morning, I get a call from Kevin, one of the salesman, stating that the vehicle is being wholesaled and that I should go to my bank and have them refund me my $23,000. They knew that I was financing with my bank before I drove the 7 hours, so I believe they re just upset I didn t cave on their third party warranty and their financing services!Furthermore, the car was NOT BEING WHOLESALED. I confirmed this by having someone else inquire about it, and they told them Hold on, let me check with my manager to make sure it s still available. They then texted back and said I just checked with my manager. The car is still available, when would you like to come see it? So realistically, they just don t want me to purchase the car.Upon inspecting the vehicle, I noticed a small ding, that I will attach a picture below. The small ding is related to paint issues Honda has been frequently experiencing. It was since covered up, but still looks like clear coat peeling and ready to chip away in the future. While I inquired about the paint warranty, I was told that the warranty had expired. The car was sold in June of 2021, so the warranty was NOT expired. Anyways, I was still going to take a chance, and buy the car, and figure it out afterwards at another dealership near me. Don t come here. They are shady and bitter when you don t want to use their extra services and when you figure out their scheme.I ll never forget I m a jeweler! stated by the manager at least 15 times. I m not a car person, I m a jeweler!! Felt like I was in the twilight zone. Like, where am I? At a jewellery store or purchasing a $23,000 vehicle?

My fiance and i leased a vehicle in October of 2023. After previously buying 2 vehicles from this dealership. We asked to have a check cut for our Honda car because we are now leasing and don t need the Honda care we ve paid for for the last 7 years. We were told no problem and Honda would send us a check. Here we are 6 months later and nothing. No one will return calls or emails regarding our Honda care check and we ve been forced to go to corporate. And this check is for a substantial amount of money. Needless to say after buying/leasing 3 vehicles from Williams Honda we will be looking elsewhere for our next vehicle.

I purchased a used Dodge van at Williams Honda 6 years ago, along with a Warantee. The service department at Honda is now able to work on any make or model, so after having nightmare service at other places, I brought my van to Honda. They were WONDERFUL!!! They made the whole process so simple for me, whereas in the past, other service places have kept my van for 9 weeks with little or no communication about the process. Annie, the Manager and Cuu, the technician were SO helpful and communicated everything that needed to be worked on and what was covered by the warranty. They did the job in one day and because it was going to be a long job and possibly overnight, they gave me a loaner! I will be bringing my van for service to Honda from here on in. I'm so grateful to all of the staff for the way I was treated and helped. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Honda serviice department to everyone, not just Honda owners. Thank you all!

On November 4th 2023, I purchased pre owned Acura 2018 MDX Red. Sunroof has been leaking constantly soon after I got it. Contacted sales person Jessica Link several times soon after it occurred. It took sometime for response, however vehicle was taken for an inspection on January 11, 2024 for the roof instead they tried to bill me $145.00 for something I didn t ask for was wavier. Roof was checked and said to be sealed. Subsequently, vehicle was inspected and issues was supposed to be corrected but to no avail I still have the same leaky sunroof as of January 24, 2024 not resolved so back to Williams Honda of Elmira I go.

Their greedy sales manager will get you a wrong KBB for your trade in so he can take advantage of you as much as he can. In the beginning he tried to offer me 25 K for my 21 CRV with 9k miles which was sold in his lot in less than a week for 32 k, don't trust their KBB estimation because they will never put your car details right. They will never care about any matter after you paid, even if you come back to finish your paperwork, they will barely talk to you!

If you are looking for the best possible Service Experience look no further than Williams Honda. They are professional, courteous and the techs are top notch. Cant imagine dealing with anyone else....simply the best!!!!

Not serious business people. In the business of thugging new and existing customers. Went in looking to trade in a not so great Honda vehicle and they under appraised their own vehicle compared to the market to add to the bad experience of owning their brand.

A huge thank you to Kevin for all your help with my new HRV! He was available to answer all of my questions throughout the process, and when an unexpected issue occurred during transport, he as well as Frank went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied.I d also like to thank Frank for going out of his way to make sure I was able to get the financing I was looking for, as well as making the buying process as easy as possible.As a young female buying my first brand new vehicle, it was intimidating at first and I didn t know what to expect, but Kevin & the team at Williams Honda were kind, efficient, and knowledgeable. I highly recommend them if you re looking for a new vehicle and will absolutely be back in the future!

Everything was beyond five stars from the very first time stepping on the lot. Matthew Williams provided a wealth of information on what Honda has to offer and paid attention to what I was looking for. He is honest and very easy to work with. I know I can feel comfortable reaching out anytime in the future for questions. The pride in the Honda family and the confidence in the brand has reinforced my confidence I made the right decision.

Great experience from start to finish. Chris did a great job making an impromptu trip to Williams into me taking home a beautiful red accord hybrid. All of the staff is super friendly and accommodating. This is the best place to lease/buy a Honda!!

Ashley Whittier was rude and condescending when I was inquiring about the status of my car. I asked how long it would take just to mount tires and was told it would take 1-1.5 hours and was told my car was being worked on and the process proceeded to take over 3.5 hours. I was not informed of the delay of the work on my car and was also told a price much lower than it was for tire mounting and alignment. Thankfully Anne Lister is extremely helpful and moved the process along. She also honored the original quote price. I appreciate the helpfulness of the other team members as well.

Williams Honda was amazing. I didn't buy my car from them, and I showed up randomly on a Saturday, 15 minutes before their service department closed, with a broken gas door on my 2018 Civic. They took the time to clear the debris and get me back on the road immediately with a friendly staff and a great technician. If this is how they treat extended Honda family, I would not hesitate for a second to buy a vehicle from them :)

Hey America, let's find fault - let's COMPLAIN ! ! Well, let us NOT start with WILLIAMS HONDA - Cnty. Rt, 64 - ELMIRA (NO - BIG FLATS, NY). ....had an electrical problem with our 2019 HONDA CRV with the AUDIO / INFO SCREEN going totally black - nothing - nada ! I / we spoke to SERVICE MANAGER "ANNIE": honest - sincere - professional - knowledgeable - reassuring - and CARING - assuring us that WILLIAMS would "get to the bottom of it", find the issue and correct it. They DID ! ! Service Tech A.J. did the appropriate testing and found NOTHING. I / we could NOT believe it. A.J. did something called a "RESET" on the CRV's extensive electrical system. Whatever this A.J. did along with ANNIE at WILLIAMS' HONDA....it WORKED ! ! 7,000 miles later and not one issue - - PROBLEM SOLVED.....Oh yes, it cost $70.00.Let's complain??? Let's say "Thank YOU!! An aggravating problem GONE - AND it has NOT returned! Thank YOU - ANNIE ! Thank YOU A.J. - Thank YOU - WILLIAMS HONDA It IS because of people like ANNIE AND A.J. who knew what to do, do the test needed AND correct the issue without breaking the bank ($$$), doing it without fanfare and simply "GETTING 'ER DONE ! ! I came to Williams Honda of Elmira to have my car serviced after canceling an appointment at Maguire Honda of Ithaca (a conversation with one of their service advisors left me feeling off).My appointment was last Friday, 6/30/23. I had been dreading it due to my subpar pre-service experience at Maguire, but all of that went away upon arrival at Williams. The service advisors were attentive, informative, and kind, the service was timely and on point, and the waiting areas were comfortable and accommodating. A representative called me today to ask about my experience, how my car is doing, and if I have any questions.Exceptional service all around. I will be back.

Very nice staff until you get done, purchase and then got nothing from them. Bought a Toyota Rav 4 in February 2022. Breaks squeaking bad. Have taken the car up there twice and they say there s nothing wrong! I have a full time job and don t have time to keep running back up there for nothing. And I also got the manufacture warranty. I don t want that anymore, but no one (Dave) won t answer my email or calls. Terrible!
