Wilbur's is my "go to" shop for EVERYTHING. The service is excellent, the staff is friendly & knowledgeable, and the prices are second to NONE! No need to look any farther, you found the best, you won't need the rest!!

Brought my truck in Thursday to have a new leaf spring put in, was told they couldn't have it in until today. I get it put in today and I was charged 45 minutes just for them to put it on the lift Thursday to see what leaf needed to be replaced lol. Wild man.

Great people. Veteran status. Honest, direct,and to the point. We drove 3 hrs out closed the deal within 30 minutes. Great friendliness. Will definitely go to these people for our next.

Great small business owner, staff included. They are more than happy to take a look at your vehicle, give you a quote before work is performed or give you a solution over the phone if they can.Very reasonable for pricing & don't gouge for anything ( parts or service). Highly recommend.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Amazing owner and staff!! The service is ALWAYS above and beyond! Fair, honest and kind. They've been servicing both my vehicle and my husband's vehicle since we've lived in Elmira. Never had any issues. I would definitely recommend this garage!

I bought an older truck there for a lot of money for that year. The truck looks and sounds nice, but I've had it for over a year and had nothing but bad things happen to it. Most recently, I had to pay $90 for an EVAP leak to be fixed because the hose was taped with packaging tape!!! I was also told this truck had barely any rust, the frame is completely rusted and my rockers are RIDICULOUSLY rusted. I wouldn't care about it if they were honest with me but they were not. Good thing I am in the Auto body business and can fix it myself. At least once a month, everything electrical will shut off while I'm driving, all the gauges will go down to zero, and all the lights will come on. It shouldn't be a problem because it was "supposedly" fixed on my one month warranty (which is ridiculous-one month?) but I just had it happen to me again before writing this. I love my truck, but TOTALLY not worth the money I paid for it and am continuing to put in it on the issues that should have been fixed in the one month warranty.
