Recently bought a truck from Ross Auto Sales. He went above and beyond to make sure that I was satisfied. All my questions were answered. Got me a good vehicle at a good price and worked with my budget. Staff was friendly and helpful throughout the entire process and followed up with me to ensure everything was working well. Only rating 4 instead of 5 due to some minor issues which came up after the purchase, which they were quick to fix at no additional cost. Solid recommend.

Great business ethic and very knowledgeable about product and service. The owner is very hands on involved in the business and follows up to ensure that all of his customers have the best experience - It's a pleasure to say I personally experienced this first hand. Tried to sell me a car with an obvious coolant leak, tried to hide the fact that odometer wasn t original, and the vehicle passed their inspection without being able to read one of the banks which is legal in NY (barely) but means the CEL will come on within a few miles.He kept lying to my face like this car has original miles even though the title said not actual mileage and I found on CarFax it had been in an accident (which he also lied and said it never had been) and he didn t want to do a fresh inspection on it even though there is supposed to be a new one every time a vehicle is sold.

Zero stars if I could. The car looked good but it's a money pit been driven 40 miles and almost $3,000 later after initial cost of the car.

They are life savers. We ended up in a emergency situation, and they came back to the shop after being closed to help us get back on our path. We appreciate these guys more then they know! Amazing people that do amazing work! Definitely recommend these guys to anyone running into problems.

Thank God for Javon and Charlie ! We come from Ellenvillle it s 9pm and our truck was over heating! They fixed the problem and sent us on our way ! They are honest people who will tell you what s best for your car or truck and nothing more.Highly recommend them!

Worst experience I ve ever encountered with a dealership before. Sold me a 2003 Nissan Pathfinder that was found to be unsafe to drive by my mechanic due to ply cords exposed on all 4 tires, large EVAP leak, and loose wheel bearings. BEWARE AT ALL COST!! I have reported this place to the dmv hopefully they get their license revoked!
