Needed to have our car detailed fairly quickly. Mostly everyone in our area of Sayre, Athens, and Waverly was booked. Turned to the Elmira area. Same story including On the Spot due to one of their detailers being on vacation. Totally understandable, people need time off and a break. What stands out was the owner personally reached out to see if they could still help and possibly get us in this week. Which they did. And I have to tell you everything turned out wonderful, they did a great job on our full detail inside and out. And they don't mess around when it comes to time either! About 3 hours in total and that included taking me over to the mall to hang out until they were done and picking me up. Definitely would recommend and bring back again for when it needs a future detail! We had a van and a jeep wrangler detailed. The two gentlemen who worked on the vehicles did an incredible job! One vehicle was full of dog hair, and I was very impressed with the outcome! The leather seats were deeply conditioned. We used the option of having the detailers come to us, and the convenience was incredible. Will use them again in the future!

Very friendly and reliable service with extremely competitive rates. They were even nice enough to work with me around my work schedule.As a second shifter with one vehicle, it's hard to get things like detailing done without losing your vehicle for a whole day or 2 and needing a ride somewhere. They were nice enough to take my car before work and allow me to pick it up after work(@11pm) with zero issues.

Great team of very personable people. I went to get my window tint removed and they were very helpful and friendly. Prices are great and they get quality work done very efficiently. I d recommend these guys to anyone and will absolutely return if I need work done again.

All of the workers were very nice however I have some issues, Someone else picked up my car for me or else I would ve discussed them there. They didn t touch part of the dash, the cup holders up front are still dirty it looks like they tried to wipe them out just quickly, you can tell they vacuumed and shampooed but the hatch area is covered in cat hair; I think that my car looks better than it did but it looks like they rushed. I paid $162 for the service and had the person who picked up my car leave a $20 tip before I saw the car.Edit: they reached out right away and were very good about fixing my complaints quickly, my car looks brand new, excellent customer service. You can tell they strive to have a good public opinion. Thank you Antonio.

They did quite a decent job on my car: external wash and internal detailing. Price is reasonable. I am happy with them, except their phone is sometimes unreachable.I recommend their service.

They did a wonderful job on my 2015 Nissan titan. They detailed the inside and waxed it and vacuumed all the rugs. The owner touched every spot accessible and I would highly recommend them !! I received a voucher through the Local Flavor site. Has no idea of On The Spot prior to seeing it posted on that site. I have a 2020 Toyota Corolla which I purchased in May 2019. I try to keep it clean and fairly neat but it really needed help both inside and out. I set up my appointment with Antonio at the Lancaster location. Very convenient to access. I was told to plan for four hours.The only slight glitch in the process was the detail specialist (John) was not there on time. Still I d been informed it would be four hours and they completed the job in three. Very very pleased with the results.It now looks like it just rolled out of the showroom, instead of having logged 15,000+ miles.The driver side door had a scratch about four inches long. John was able to erase and buff it out completely.People have noticed the difference and I m happy to refer them to In The Spot

This is the second time I have used this company. I only had them detail the interior. Both times they did a perfect job. Believe me, I am a picky s.o.b.. they absolutely deserve the 5 stars I will definitely continue to use on the spot for all of my detailing needs. The owner Antonio is amazing! Very thorough and attentive to your needs. Brought him two cars, each with nearly 300k, and they look like they did when new! One was owned by a smoker and Antonio, knowing that we had a family, pored every every crack and interior surface to ensure it was safe for our children. Zero smell whatsoever! Best detail spot in town, reasonable rates too! Call Antonio, you won't be disappointed!

The interior hasn't looked this good in years! Light leather interior, I was afraid it was going to glow in the dark when the sun went down.! I was a manager at mcdonalds for 3+ years so you can only imagine the amount of oil that was absorbed into the driver side floor.In addition to be a smoker. It a 2010 Lincoln town car I sold the following day to Carvana for $$5,465.00. For how big the vehicle is, the car was finished and ready for pick up in an hour and a half! Definitely recommend On the Spot Detailing services! I am not the best at planning, and was short on time. Thankfully, without hesitation eager & willing to work around my work schedule. On The Spot did a very thorough job for interior detailing of my car. Antonio took my appointment at the last minute and was very professional. It took about 2.5 hours to do interior detailing for a crossover SUV. Even though detailing costs quiet a bit of money, I felt that it was worth it based on the job well done.

We used On The Spot for detailing our truck fleet. All of the drivers were very impressed when they got back in their trucks. One stated that he felt like he was getting into a new tractor. Great job Antonio. We will definitely be using your services again.

Nice job! I used their mobile service to get my car detailed while I was at work. I was blown away by the work done on the interior -- it looks like a new car. All of the crumbs and particles from the crevices are completely gone. Every bit of dog hair, every little stain, and even the salt marks from this past winter -- all gone. I have already recommended them to several people.

Just had my car detailed there today. Carl did a fabulous job. I'm very pleased with the interior, it smells & looks so good. The only thing I would have to say is the visors & middle council could of been cleaned. Overall I'm happy with the work.

I used this service to detail a client's car to help settle an estate. I was very impressed with the service and attention to details. Dave had to coordinate his work with an out of town seller and provide photos. Everything was done to the seller's specifications and the family, seller and I found the work on the car was exemplary. They also fit the car in on short notice. I had never used their service before and would highly recommend them.

I do not hate this place I hit the one star accidentally. So very sorry for that. I have actually never used your service, but had the opportunity to meet either you or your employee one day. Very impressed with the professional attitude & the work being done on some one else vehicle. On the spot Auto Detailing you Rock! Keep up the great work!

This is the best recon work I have seen. I'm not normally a review writer but every nook and cranny in the car was spotless. Literally like it was a brand new vehicle. The guy put some real work in my car and I gotta tip my cap. Beautiful work.

Had On the Spot detail my son's car for his birthday. Was very pleased with the results! My son had kinda "let it go", and it was a bit of a sty. Looked like brand new when they got done. Even got the spot out of the rear seat that had been there for several years.

I was able to get a last minute appointment and have my car picked up at my work. Carl did a great job on the interior of my car and, overall, I was pleased with my experience and will utilize them again.
