Pretty dedicated service. I love my car (08 Ford Taurus) and it has not broken any expectations. If I'm ever in the market for another used car, I'd definitely consider this dealer again. The associate, Dave, was always helpful, personable, and reasonable. The whole process was made relatively easy.EDIT: It has been about 6 months since I posted my review, and my car is still as wonderful as ever. Just regular maintenance so far.

I recently purchased a car from Mike (NSA). The entire experience was wonderful! Mike is honest, knowledgeable and provides great customer service! I would definitely recommend, if anyone needs a used vehicle. Thanks.

Bought a car off of him. Yes it was older but supposedly it was a great car he said. Had it for maybe 3 to 4 months then got a blown head gasket. Took it to other mechanics and they said it had head gasket filler in it. Now I'm out 3400 bucks and have to deal with it. Would never go there again.

Rude lady answered the phone very unprofessional. Won t ever send anyone there.. she literally hung up on me while I was talking.. smh

Not that bad of dealership but a lot of problems that could if been taken care right of the bat. Paperwork issue and now issue with the car. Hopefully it will get taken care of.
