I went a few days ago to have my vw beetle get some work done all new breaks rotors and shocks oil change and an inspection Dillion I hope I spelled your name right you were great you saved me money and time Nick and Ryle sorry if I spelled your names wrong but you guys did great work everything was perfect and there attitudes and willingness to go the extra mile was seriously top tier service Monroe needs to give these guys a raise thanks again you guys me and my family are safely back on the road thanks to you ! Thank you

Brakes and rotors all around and two tires were done on my vehicle and the staff was very professional about handling everything and the technician Nick did it in a timely manner will definitely be back for any and all repairs in the future

We took our car in the first time for an oil leak they said they didn t have the part to fix it and could get it in Tuesday. So I set a appointment to come in Tuesday after I got out of work and when I got there the mechanic I spoke to never ordered the part and acted like he had no idea what I was talking about from 2 days prior. At which point I spoke to the manager that was there. I told him we had to get it fixed before we left for a family trip on Friday then he told me I could bring it in Friday morning when they open he could have the part and have it done for by 11 or 12 because as I told him 12 was the absolute latest we needed to be on the road. So we brought the car to him at 7:30am as soon as the shop opened so we could get it done as early as possible since I was told it was about a 1 hour job. Then at 12:15 I had to call them to find out what was going on because the manager assured me he would have it done before noon. He then told me they were still working on it that it would be another 45 mins so he could Make sure I had a Safe vehicle for my trip. I said Ok. Then another hour passes so finally I drive up there where my car is still in the garage and the manager and the mechanic are both under the hood of the car. The manager comes out to greet and tells me they are just finishing things up I say ok and I pay over $300 to fix a oil leak me and wife left with the car packed everything up began to leave over 2 hours later than I told the manager was the latest we needed to go then as we are driving up the highway the car begins sputtering. I figure it just has to run some so we go a little further at which point it is getting worse. So we pull off to a gas station and I call Monroe multiple times before anyone answers the mechanic tells me it s normal and I should be fine and I could if I have anymore issues. So we start up the highway again and it is so bad we decide by the next exit to turn around and go back and swap for our other which we didn t take because it needed a oil change. On the way back to our house it is still doing the sputtering and at one point the check engine light came on and the car stopped accelerating while we were driving down the highway. This vehicle had no problems other than the oil leak were told about when we got the oil changed the last time. This is a daily driven vehicle it is a 2016 and we have never had any issues with this vehicle AT ALL no major fixes nothing before this trip to Monroe to fix a oil leak. I will be taking this vehicle back to the garage when we get back from our trip and they need to fix whatever they did at ZERO expense to me.

CUSTOMERS BE AWARE;URGENT!I have been a loyal customer for a few years and this past week I am done with them and it isn't because of bad performance.I am a delivery driver for doordash and I have bags in certain spots in my backseat that never get moved by me. I was at the bank and I had to pull out cash for a payment to process for friday, little did I know my car alternator was going to fail a day later after getting the cash. Once I got my car over to them, they had 1 person confirming what is wrong with my car and needed to wait overnight.Friday comes and I needed to make my payment. I forgot about this cash and I ask to enter my vehicle to find out that my money is gone and my bags were thrown everywhere in my backseat. This is telling me that someone went through my car and dugged for whatever they could find.I complained and they tell me there is nothing they can do. They do NOT have cameras installed. What is stolen is NOT on them.With this knowledge I can confirm that someone in the shop is a thief and most likely is doing this more than once!

The service is good and they know what they re doing and they do a good job. I have never had a problem with my vehicles after I have taken them to this MONRO. I will be going back to this Monro!!

I cannot say enough great things about the crew here. Came here for the 2nd time today to get an inspection done and there were a couple of issues needing fixing. Gabe and the rest of the guys did everything possible and went above and beyond to get it all taken care of quickly and affordably as possible. Highly reccomend them to anyone in the area!

I absolutely love this Monro location!! I've always had trusted service & have wonderful interaction from the staff. Mark, the manager, always explains what my car needs on a level that I can understand with such a kindness. I will make this my first & last stop for my auto repair!!

I stopped into this Monro location this morning to diagnose a check engine light. Despite being there right at opening time and while no other customers were present or cars were being worked on, the assistant manager made me wait for a technician to arrive and help me because that's not his job and he shouldn't have to leave the desk?? He couldn't be bothered to give me just 5 minutes of his help. Not impressed with the customer service.I opted to give three stars instead of one only because the technician who helped me (older, long-haired gentleman) was very kind, helpful, and professional.

They always treat me with respect and kindness. They squeeze me in when I don't gave an appt, I'm only In Town a few days a week. No appts necessary though. And they work quickly, which I need on my little time in town. I love them. Firestone is closer and I have gone to them for 30 years, but Monroe on the miracle mile is my go to now.

They have new management since I was there in November. They went from a reasonable place to becoming like every other Monro. Quoted me $800 for a whole new exhaust system because of a broken pipe that could be sleeved. Then they offered to sleeve it(a repair I've had done for under $100) for nearly $300.This used to be a decent place, but now it's probably better to just go somewhere else.

These guys are amazing. I was headed from a doctor's appointment to my daughter's track meet when my truck started spitting out brake pads. I nursed it to one shop, but they weren't going to get to it that day. They recommended these guys at 2410 Corning Rd. in Elmira, and I am so glad they did. In about 1.5 hours, the front brakes were taken off, parts were delivered twice, everything was put back together, wheels torqued, road tested, and wheels retorqued. As a former mechanic, I know how much of a job this was, let alone getting brake pads, rotors, and a caliper that fast. I could not be happier with the service from these guys. Although I missed my daughter's first event, I was able to watch her next two. Under normal circumstances, I shouldn't have been able to make any of the event, but these Monro guys made it happen. I could not recommend this place enough.

Had them put new tires on and they scratched three out of the four rims amd they said they did not do it and it was me and I put the grease there ? It has been months after making a clam still no call back from upper Management. So hope u don't have to make a clam seems like they don't want to help.

Ramone and his team were amazing. I had front shocks that were stuck and after getting a quote from another national shop for 3x the cost they were able to get me right in when needed. They were quick, attentive and communicated well in regards to options we had. Highly recommend and would definitely return for services.

I had a minor emergency on a cross country trip with my travel trailer tires. They got me in and out in less than an hour with a good price and friendly service. Highly recommend.

I walked in and loved the festive atmosphere. They had holiday lights decorated around the waiting area. The manager welcomed me and chatted with me, which helped the time go back quickly. They went above and beyond by looking into other sounds, and checked other parts of my 325,000+ mileage car, which I greatly appreciated. They even found a solution to a problem that the previous mechanics didn't discover/solve. Last but not least, all the mechanics were kind and clearly explained my options with the issues, suggested time line to get them address, and the discounted cost estimate(s) to have them solved. All in all, I can't wait to see them again.

Decent and honest auto shop. I heard increasing whining sound when starting the car and that made me worried about rest of my trip in the up state. I called them for help. Didn t wait for long. They quickly identified it was just the power steering fluid running low and no apparent leak. They refilled the fluid reservoir without even charging me anything. Thanks bro!

Have gone here for many years then was stuck in a contract with another company I purchased a oil change maintenance package. There, I was never pleased with the customer service or speed in which the oil change took. Here at Monro Muffler, not only was it half the price for the same oil change but also the speed was amazing! I was in and out within 20 minutes or so... I could not believe it. I was able to actually watch the gentleman drain and change the oil through the window including check the tires among other things. Everything! So impressed with the quick, reliable, cheap rate but especially the outstanding customer service. Well done! I will be back very soon with my other vehicles!

Nice people but they damaged my car and wouldn't pay for the repair. Instead they gave me 200 dollars off, but my new repair is over 500 bucks so I got roached.

I am very pleased with their service. The staff was very professional, the waiting room was clean, and hand sanitizer was available on the counter. The service itself, which was an inspection, took less time than I expected it to. They also didn't comment on the closeness to the due date, which some less professional shops have done in the past. The gentleman at the front desk was also very friendly and personable.
